This place had a first time client 2 hour massage for $125.. My appt was at noon. I show up at 11:45 A.M. At 12:15 I’m still waiting! I was finally called back for my massage at 12:30. When the massage was over the digital clock in the room read 1:52. The receptionist apologized, charged me for a 90 minute massage and gave me a $25 gift card. Gave the gift card away. Don’t plan on going back.

I was in Vegas this past weekend staying at the Signature at MGM. Instead of spending tons of money for a massage at the MGM Grand Spa, I decided to venture out of the city to see what places I could find. Did a Google search and found this place and checked it out based on the high reviews. Plus, $119 intro rate for a two hour massage?!? Can't beat that. If you're coming here for the first time or taking an Uber here like I did, the location maybe a little tricky. Somehow the GPS will point you to the shopping plaza on the opposite side, as there are lots in that area. My Uber driver and I spent about 10 minutes trying to find the place, so I had to call twice. Also, my Uber driver who picked me up afterwards also had a hard time finding it. Elements is located at the shopping plaza right by the Shell gas station, next to Martini Bar. Elements inside is pretty small, but still had a calming and comfortable atmosphere. Mindy was helpful in giving me directions while I was talking to her on the phone and she was courteous, professional and kind. I had my two hour massage with Simone and she was awesome! The two hours went by quickly, unfortunately. She made sure the pressure was just right and she gave me aromatherapy at the beginning. I'll probably be coming back here next year when I'm back in Vegas now that I know exactly where it is. Even though it's about a half hour drive from The Strip, it's worth it for the price and service you're getting. Thank you Simone and Mindy!

Couldn’t have been happier about choosing a place to get a massage solely off Yelp reviews (as I was in from out-of-town visiting my mom for a couple weeks, but technically on vacation too). Kitt was amazing - everything from the sound of her voice, to how she kept making the sheet and blanket crisp & taught throughout the hour, to rubbing on my back over the blanket in circles to heat up the blanket & my lower back before she started massaging my lower body, to how she used extra lotion on my feet but then when she was finished massaging them she rubbed off the excess lotion with a rough towel and the juxtaposition of the smooth lotion and the rough towel was amazing - I couldn’t have been more please about a 1-hour massage for just $69 plus tip!

These guys are great. The massages are excellent. The customer service is excellent. Very professional place. Nice peaceful atmosphere inside. I used to go to Massage Envy and had a favorite therapist there. Than I moved to another part of town and tried the Massage Envy there. I couldn't find anyone decent and they would end up canceling half of my appts, so I decided to try Elements. I've tried 7 therapists at this location and they're all EXCELLENT!! I was looking for that "one" that I would go back to each time, but I don't even have to decide on just one. I have about three favorites now that I'll likely rotate between. When you schedule for one hour, the massage time is one hour and your total appt time is about 1 hr 15 mins. At Massage Envy, 1 hr was a 50 min massage. Yes, Elements is a smidge more expensive, but that's because the massage time is more and the quality of the massage is worth it a bazillion times over. There's no comparison. Go here! You won't regret it.

Been searching all over town for a great Swedish massage. I was fortunate to have Michael as a therapist! Great firm pressure and fluid technique. It was so relaxing. The spa was very relaxing upon entering. There was nice spa music playing and they also have a coffee/tea/spa water bar. The receptionist LaLa was really helpful. Their packages were decently priced for the amenities offered. You can also gift your unsend massages to someone. Should you get a second massage for the same month, it’s discounted $20. Overall,I was blown away by the massage and customer service that I signed up for a membership. I’m looking forward to many more visits.

Really unfortunate customer service:/ I called to book an appointment for my wife and upon asking questions about their intro special based on their description of the deal, it seemed everything i asked was an inconvenience.. mind you I asked ONLY about what was written online under the description itself. At the end I still wanted to at least try and asked to book the appointment, only to be responded to with skepticism asking "are you just going to cancel?" Anyways I decided to not book after all. I gave 2 stars due to the fact that I didn't even go there so I can't speak to the actual service, but their customer service on the phone was bad enough to deter me. Really unfortunate because it's close to my new place and has great ratings outside mine.

My masseuse was Michael my experience receiving the prenatal massage was mediocre, he started a few minutes after my appointment and we finished about 7 minutes before my hour was over. So after walking to my car I noticed I paid for an hour and left a nice tip to only have received 50 minutes or less of service. I would not reccomend Michael.

His expert level knowledge of anatomy and physiology was unexpected, but delightful. Since I clearly enjoy a results focused massage, I like my therapist to distract me with conversation and Jeff was perfectly chatty, but not too chatty throughout the entire two hours. Two hours! If you, too, are an athlete or kicking your butt in the gym often and need a therapist who can loosen you up for optimal performance, Jeff is your guy. Elements is a membership massage shop, but you can also just get a massage on an ad hoc basis. But it does seem most folks come here on a regular basis- weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly for massages. This is a great alternative to Massage Envy in my opinion, which has more of a "corporate" vibe and has its share of corporate scandals. (Can we say "sexual harassment," anyone? :) This place, especially at this location, has a low-key, non- chain atmosphere (even though it is also a franchise). They do the "Zen" thing fairly well. Relaxed atmosphere, quiet, and low lighting. The professionals do vary, as at any place, but there are several very good to excellent therapists. (Though you might have to wait a little bit to get an appointment with one of them). This place is known for treating massage more as a therapy, and not just a fluff good-feeling 'spa' experience. They really work on you, and some even set goals for your flexibility and undoing of knots over the course of weeks or months. There is deep tissue, sports massage, Swedish, and hot stone, among others. But what you won't find here are the mud wraps or coconut leaf infusions or facials that less serious massage places offer. But more than likely you will, like the Godfather of Soul, "feel good" when you leave. The therapist will always talk to you about how you are feeling, what you want done, what areas you want to avoid, etc. Be candid. It will make a difference. Men and women are both represented here, both as clients and therapists. And there is no judging as to which one you might want. So express yourself! When you arrive, there is coffee, tea, and water (and you will often get a chocolate, and a small complimentary bottle of water on your way out-important to stay hydrated after a massage). A small waiting area with magazines is off to your left, but you won't be waiting long. They keep the trains running on time here. The massage tables are heated (if you want), with simple but homey decorations in the room. Usually soft music is playing. Why 4 and not 5 stars? They need a better online reservation system. You can try to make an appointment online, but it's just a "request." Then you have to speak to one of the receptionists anyway and try to figure out dates and times. At this point, lots of places allow you to book and pay for the whole thing, appointment time and type of massage, and all, right online. The biggest hassle of this place is the booking, and the incessant, real-time reminders of your appointment (with requests to "confirm.") This can get annoying if you're a repeat guest. If they can work this out, it would rock even more.

You can check on the website to see that they have the price for 1h; 90 min etc. I ve been a massage therapist and i love massages. So is not like i am not aware of how this is supposed to go, but unfortunately they give u just a 50 min massage. I wonder when they set up the prices instead of an h why they didn t put “50 min” . When i charge for an h is a full hour. The fact that the client has to dress and undress is not my problem. U have to add from yourself 10 min extra. I even reqested to give me for dress and undress less time because i am quick, and i don t need 10 min to take a dress off. But obviously they didn t do anything about it and i still got a 50 min massage. the client expects one h how you show it on the website. If on the website would’ve been 50 min is understandable, i know what i m paying for. Other than that, everyone is nice and the place is clean. The massage ladies were good and nice, but nothing to blow my mind. Could be the fact that i got so many massages all around the world to be picky.

Funny thing I my mother and older sister came late for our appointment but omg. Their spa is conveniently located in a new shopping center, clean, well-decorated and relaxing. I have been to this Elements location three times now after years of being seen at a location in Denver, Colorado. I have seen Jose twice, and I have been extremely impressed both times by his skill and professionalism in addressing my needs. He has a level of ability far beyond that of an average therapist, and he was extremely intuitive in knowing how much pressure to use and how to address the specific issues I had going on. I would recommend him to anyone and will continue to see him when I come in for my regular sessions.

I agree with all of the other reviewers here. I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in. My therapist was Kari, and I highly recommend her. But I believe that they're all probably great. The atmosphere was pleasant, Kari really listened to my concerns, was considerate enough to ask me questions throughout and give me suggestions about how to improve. I really hope to go back soon. In the meantime, try out their "New Client Special".

Funny thing I my mother and older sister came late for our appointment but omg. I have learned my lesson it was great with just half the time remaining u could only imagine how it will be the next time I come on time. The front staff answered all my questions and my massage therapist made sure the amount of pressure applied was to my liking. Then they gave me yummy chocolate and cold water at the end... I am sooo coming back

I have been searching for a massage therapist since I moved from Philly to Las Vegas this summer, and my search is over. I found Elements Massage of Summerlin based on their location, and was able to book a one-hour session the same day. Their spa is conveniently located in a new shopping center, clean, well-decorated and relaxing. Rosie helped me through a quick-and-easy new client intake, and after a few minutes Clare, my massage therapist, introduced herself. After a brief but important dialogue (a genuine dialogue, not a box-check form) about my experience with massage, style preferences, injury history, and pressure comfort levels, I received the best deep-tissue massage I have ever had. I am looking forward to my next session, and if more than five stars were available on this Rate & Review, Elements Massage of Summerlin and Clare O. would receive more than five stars.

Sabrina is amazing and super friendly! If you want a good massage see her. She gets in there and gets the knots out and if anything is tight she makes sure she spends more time on that area. I always leave feeling better and my shoulder has more range of motion after I leave.

I booked this for my husband for our 2 year Anniversary. He got Kevin. Kevin was supposed to give him a deep dish message. But instead he made my husband feel worse than when he walked in. Not to mention he was saying and treating my husband very unprofessionally. I wouldn't want anyone of my family or friends to ever go here. This place was very unprofessional.

The massage was great! Lilly knows how to work out the deep knots. Nothing frou-frou; just a truly therapeutic massage. I also appreciated not being pushed into upgrading or signing up for a membership. I will certainly consider signing up for one because of not being pressured! As a wheelchair user, I also appreciated being accommodated with an adjustable height table, and assistance was offered in a way that seemed like everyone is offered the same kind of assistance. Ive been going to Gina for a few of years now. I would highly recommend her and Elements to anyone who needs a real massage; not that fufu rubdown you get from some other places. Don't get me wrong, they can do that too if that's your thing. But if you want someone to really work out what hurts, Ive never been to anyone better. Also, the girls at the front are always super nice and very helpful.
