This spot is fantastic and so much more then your everyday massage. The environment is very tranquil and a great place to begin any healing or relaxation process. The owner is amazing and unbelievably caring, and the staff is courteous and very professional! I have temporomandibular jaw disorder also known as TMJ, and it causes a wide variety of problems. I highly recommend Hillary who does a great job alleviating these problems and has first-hand experience dealing with this disorder. This is a great team of healers! Don't think twice just do it! You won't regret it!

Really love this spa and the monthly packages! They never disappoint in the service they provide to their clients! I was disappointed when they changed their packages to increase prices but decreased the length of the massage and that we can only book on weekends for an extra fee. I’ll still continue to go, however they have made it less convenient for members.

I have been coming to this spa for about a year now for facials. I am so happy I decided to spontaneously book an appointment. Every single experience here has been positive. From the first step inside to reluctantly walking away post treatment, I LOVE everything about this establishment! The staff are very warm, welcoming and helpful. It is so easy to book an appointment, in fact their hours are really great for someone who works later in the day. I always walk away feeling so rejuvenated and relaxed. I purchased my mother a massage here for her birthday, and she loved it (she's hard to please, trust me). I would highly recommend this spa for facials or massages - I have yet to try the other services but I'm sure they are great.

I want to design a room just like it in my home. The staff were also so kind and attentive. I’m still breastfeeding and they even provided me with a private space to pump.

My experience at Dolce VIta Wellness Spa is always wonderful. It starts with slipping into a soft robe and slippers (and a piece of dark chocolate). The relaxing mode has already been set. Then I stroll into one of the many restorative theme rooms. ThIs time it was the Rainforest with "fireflies" twinkling in a full sized tree, bamboo and greenery throughout. The soft music is very soothing and before my treatment has begun, I've already drifted into another world of peace and tranquility. The massage table is lightly heated and I melt into its plushness with the softest of sheets draped over me. My massage therapist, Nyla Allen takes me to an even deeper level of relaxation and makes it easy to surrender to her work. She is an awesome therapist and knows just how to work out all my muscle tension and tightness. She uses aromatherapy, hot stones, a warm lavender eye mask and hot towels. The whole expereince is wonderful. I highly recommend Dolce Vita Wellness Spa.

I just had a massage at Dolce Vita Wellness Spa and it was definitely a spa experience that I will not forget. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Caitlan, was given my own personal plush robe and slippers and shown the relaxation room complete with refreshments. I love how the center is decorated and my massage by Laura Landry was one of the best I've ever had. I will definitely be back!

GPS said it was right qhere i was but they don't have any signs showing their location so was a bit confusing. I understand they are moving but not sure when.

I came here because I won three free facial treatments at their Bubbles and Botox opening event for their new location! It was the red carpet oxygen facial and I cannot day enough good things about Dolce Vita and their entire staff. I don’t even know where to begin but here it goes! The entire staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The owner is easily one of the kindest people I’ve met. From the beginning where you check in and where they have so many wonderful products (I took home the Farm House Fresh Shea butter and some Osmosis face care products, HIGHLY recommend) they are happy to see you and show you to their extremely luxurious lounge. You get a warm neck wrap that completely relaxes you in their lavish lounge that’s filled with beautiful pillows and plenty of places to lie down and relax. Then the facial itself is an amazing experience. Warm steam opens your pores and then one of their incredible estheticians massages your face and neck and applies all of their wonderful products. They use a hot towel that brings you into a deep relaxation and then they apply the serum which transforms your face into a bright, beautiful and youthful face you can be proud to wear with zero makeup. Thank you thank you thank you Dolce Vita! I will certainly be back for more pampering and relaxation!

The decor was attractive and receptionist very kind, and attentive. My treatment was delayed and I was charged only for one hour facial because of the delay. That was nice but still annoying with the wait time. Aesthetician was ok, but I have been for many facials and this certainly was not up to the standard for the price I paid of $90. A more appropriate charge would be around $65. Products were nice and treatment areas clean but no room with hairdryer, brushes or other items to freshen up. For this price more should have been offered

5 stars aren’t enough to rate Dolce Vita. I am new to town and found them on google search. Not only do they have the best website that you can schedule appointments ,the office is pure luxury. Reagan is my girl!! I have always had bad acne , sun spots and all around cursed skin. Reagan lifted the curse and repaired an amazing amount of discoloration in 2 visits. Very friendly and professional staff, clean and relaxing experience. If you’re cursed and need a miracle like me,call them and request miss Reagan .She will assess your needs and recommend the perfect solution just for you.

My experience at Dolce Vita was absolutely fantastic! It started off with a warm welcome from Emily, who was just a gem, leading to a Total Body Balancer with Stephanie, who was exquisitely wonderfulwat understanding my exact needs and providing the perfect experience. Afterwards, Stephanie was also thoughtful enough to recommend other methods of relief my body could benefit from. When my session was coming to an end, I was bid farwell by two extremely kind girls; Emily and the other name escapes me. All in all, I will most definitely be going back soon to enjoy another relaxing and stress reducting experience.

First time getting a massage.... Kristen was awesome!! Extremely friendly and gives great massages. I also added on the mud mask which felt amazing especially when she puts the warm towel on your face. Then I did a sugar foot scrub. A+++ all the way!!! Dolce Vita Spa is small and lackluster. The atmosphere is nice but basic in it's offerings. It only has one unisex bathroom and one unisex changing / locker room which creates an awkward waiting game for both. There is only one waiting area with limited seating. There is no pool and the sauna is an extra charge unless you are a member. Went here for a massage with Deanna who was AWESOME. She would be the only reason I would return. Dolce Vita is very upsell focused. DON'T buy a gift card here. They won't let you use it towards tipping your treatment specialists which is BS. Knowing I wouldn't be returning I would have loved to give the remaining balance of my gift card to Deanna but they only accept cash or card for gratuity. Treatment pricing is comparable to larger and nicer spas. I would recommend going to Spa Toscana in the Peppermill instead.

My best friend and I recently experienced Dolce Vita this week for my birthday.... a big birthday we will say :) I will preface this review with this: I have experienced many massage businesses. From the $20 foot places to swank hotels to cruise ships. This experience put them all to shame... and for an affordable price to boot! (My bestie paid but still, I knew the cost. Amazing bestie right???) So, we booked the head to toe package. We were greeted with smiles and excitement. We were treated like VIPs as we were taken to change in to our robes and relax in their, well, relaxation room. The changing room had hair ties, mints, etc and the restrooms has, ahem, ladies products available for those surprises. The relaxation room was SO pretty and calm. Nice, quiet, airy. We had lovely tea and enjoyed the pleasure of a nice warm foot soak. I can't have alcohol, which was included (a nice glass of sparkly) but never fear! They had a lovely non-alcoholic rose that was so nummy! After a lovely foot soak and some great relaxing tea, we were escorted to our massage rooms. The massage therapist explained the plan for the day, asked very good questions, and then left so one could get comfy on the table. That was NOT difficult as the sheet, my GOD the sheets.... like silk. They were SO soft and luxurious feeling. The massage therapist came in and went right to work. She knew EXACTLY what to do, the precise pressure for my angry fibro ravaged body, and how to treat someone like royalty. The massage was lovely. The facial, my first ever, was equally as lovely! The products felt high end and did not irritate my sensitive skin. My therapist was SO gentle when she took the mask off I commented she was nicer to my face than I am! While the facial is happening, mind you, your hands and feet are in these warm bags of lovely... lotion/oil no clue but just so nice on these hands and feet dried out by the arid weather! Then about a half bottle of scalp oil is applied to your head and you wonder if this was a good idea.... then forget everything because it smells divine and your head feels lovely being rubbed.... While your final facial mask is applied, your hand then feet are rubbed again and all is well with the world. At the end of the whole amazing sensory experience, you can request to reserve the shower. If you get the scalp treatment, I suggest doing this. Your head is QUITE oily. The warm and soft wet washcloth that is left to wipe off "excess oil" won't tame that bad boy! But your hair will feel AMAZING after you wash it! I cannot speak more highly of this establishment. It was one of the most amazing sensory experiences I could ask for. I felt like royalty and so special. I mean, they hand drew me a birthday card! The staff is so sweet and kind. They exemplify "above and beyond." I have already decided this will now by my mother's day, birthday, and Christmas present to myself for years to come. Side note: I know many of the high end casinos offer high class spas so you may wonder why you should drive down to South Reno to check out Dolce Vita. If the smell of smoke, the flashing lights, and the loud casino machines bug you.... you don't want to have to walk through that going to and coming from your relaxation experience! Dolce Vita has easy access, easy parking, and no sight/sounds/smells that will detract from your lovely experience. This is well worth the drive to South Reno!

Edit: I had to knock them down 1 star because of their scheduling issue that came about. I booked to use the Suana for tomorrow at 445 nearly 1 week ago. However, the day before they notified me that they double booked the Sauna. I have a tight schedule, and I always have my things planned out a week in advance. However, they tried to accommodate me and move me around. the first time was at 415... 30 mins earlier than my scheduled appointment at 445, the next time was at 630, nearly 1 hour and 45 min after my scheduled time... I want the time that I BOOKED initially 445, not 415, not 430, not 630. I dont believe I am being difficult, I just want what I booked. They apologized, but this really sucks. Not too happy about this.

At first, I was sceptical because of the competitors price point being lower. After I arrived I understood that I received more from Dolce Vita, (included in the price), then I would anywhere else at a huge premium. They even have a shower area for you if you want to relax after relaxing! I highly recommend Dolce Vita Wellness Spa and will return in the near future! BTW, a one hour massage is actually a FULL 60 minutes!
