My first visit I was early. I had to go way out to stead. I waited 40 min in lobby because they saw someone without an appt. Over me !! I was seen for 5 min. Then given an ice pack, really ? It felt like a meat market. No privacy. Then they told me I was covered by ins. Made me appt. Then called to say they needed pre approval. Owner tried to say I cancelled. She has no clue about customer service. They billed my ins. For a no show. I will be filing a complaint with the medical board. Oh the hours on the Web are different than on the door. Good luck getting thru their phone lines. I was always put on hold for 3 min to five before hanging up

I wonder if that last reviewer has this place mistaken for another, because I have never had any such problems there!? The staff have always been very friendly and I get a sense that they really care about my well-being. Ross really knows what he is doing. I would not go anywhere else.
