Went in with severe "stiff" neck and shoulder pain. Dennis was great. Came out being able to move again. Went back a week later to keep the healing going and had Sarah work on me. Couldn't believe how wonderful her massage felt. I could feel the pain disappearing a little but every minute. Going back in another couple weeks to have her hopefully finish working out what's left of my stiff neck and shoulder pain. I was a little nervous about having a woman work on me just because I'm not used to it, but she was just great. I highly recommend both of them.

Desperate to see a massage therapist same day, I came across the Body Shoppe's website. Got in with Michelle Phillips after a cancellation. So thankful! In my 1.5 hr massage, Michelle worked with my entire body to alleviate my intense head, neck, and upper back tightness. At the end of it, I could move my head more freely and the pain was reduced by 70%. The next day, it was virtually gone. Michelle has worked with clients with medical issues and cancer treatment so she knows the body.

My parents purchased my fiance and I a "couples massage" as a gift for his graduation from graduate school. Neither of us had ever had a professional massage; after our experience at The Body Shoppe, we are definitely planning to make it a more regular date. Our therapists were very professional and offered a perfect 1-hour experience, very individualized for each of us but we got to be in the same room. Excellent environment and a full-body rejuvenation for a good price. Definitely recommend.

I have/had reoccurring back pain in my shoulders to the point where I can't move or sleep. I tried a chiropractor in the past, but the pain came back. A medical doctor would just prescribe drugs, which I don't want. A physical therapist friend recommended a massage. I tried The Body Shoppe based on reviews and available appointments. I was able to get in the same day and I didn't even have to miss work! This was my first massage ever, so I didn't know what to expect. Dennis was very professional and worked out what seemed like dozens of knots in my shoulder. I walked away feeling very relaxed and in much less pain!

Lisa is the kind of therapist that loves to help people have a better life. She does this by providing the right massage for the need. I needed pain relief; she asked the right questions to get started, then intuitively found the spots needing attention.
