Today was my first experience at Revitalize. The massage studio is very laid-back, and the staff is super friendly. I had the pleasure of working with Amittaia, for a much-needed 90 minute massage. She was awesome! She listened carefully to my needs and wants. And most importantly she carefully and professionally lifted months of stress out of my high tension areas. I would certainly recommend anyone give Revitalize a try. I know I will be visiting again. Thank you, Amittaia, and staff!

I've had two incredible massages here. For my first visit to Revitalize, my masseuse was Joy. It was a lovely hour-long couples massage and the ladies stayed late to accommodate a 7 PM appointment so it worked out more like a date with my boyfriend. The massage was amazing and the heated tables made it more luxurious. I went in for a hot stone massage for my second visit. Let me just say that 60 minutes is not long enough.

I’m from out of town on business and felt my shoulders and neck getting more painful by the day. I booked an appointment with Remington online for that evening. She was wonderful! I got an hour massage for $60 (before tip) and she customized the massage to only work on my most painful areas. I left feeling a million times better. I will definitely book with Remington Siebert again before I leave Lincoln.

After waiting for 45 min due to a scheduling snafu, I was discriminated against because of a possible cancer diagnosis and being treated for musculoskeletal disorders. Using bunk science that has been discredited for well over a decade, the owner wouldn't stop repeating herself about her comfort level until I asked her to leave the room so I could get dressed. Yes, I was denied service while naked and on the table already. She was rude, patronizing, and uneducated. It was so bad I'm writing an article about invisible illness discrimination in the massage industry that I will publish this fall. I am also looking into legal counsel. Just because you're upset that a technical problem arose and double booked an employee, meaning you have to come in during a snowstorm, does not mean you get to say "massage is bad for cancer patients" because you heard it once a long time ago and you just want to go home. I've never in my 15 years of recieving massage therapy been so grossly mistreated and talked down to like I'm either stupid or 4 years old. I know my body and health well and I discussed massage with all of my specialists before I made the appointment. Don't let anyone tell you they know more than 3 doctors and an oncology nurse who has been working in the field for years unless they are your surgeon. What a gross place to work. I feel sorry for her employees.

Went in for a massage on glutes and wound up in a tremendous amount of pain on left side. I was having spasms almost constantly. The pain was awful. Had to go to physical therapy. I am still having a lot of pain. Will never go back. They did not seem interested

I went to revitalize for my semiconductor ever massage (last one was over 5 years ago and it was not a great experience ). I was given a gift certificate for Christmas and was a tad hesitant but I am beyond satisfied! This was such a relaxing experience! Tyler was such a professional and helped me figure out what kind of massage to get and I will definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you for everything!

Had a couples massage, it was great! I really like the new facility better. Quiter and much more relaxing. The LMTs are very good. I like the honest dialogue, they communicate clearly, and listen to your requests. I highly recommend.

They offer standard fair massage/spa services. Short and the long of it, I would recommend somewhere else. Positive: Staff were nice. Everything looked fairly clean. Decent prices. Negatives: The doors are really thin and there is no sound management, so if there is someone talking in the lobby, you can hear the entire conversation. If you are trying to relax, listening to non stop conversation, doors opening and closing, people texting, and whatever else is going on, this makes it incredibly difficult. They need some sort of cellphones off, whisper policy, or like most other spas I've been to in the past, a second set of doors to block off lobby noises and then once you enter the spa area it's no cellphones no talking. Also the one staff member who was working with me was coughing and chewing on cough drops and drinking water every couple of minutes. I know it's that time of the year when people are ill, but that was one of the least professional spa interactions I have had in a long time. No one wants someone coughing on them the entire time or listen to someone chew on cough drops. I feel bad that I know it's hard to not work when you are sick, but they need to implement some sort of health standard such that their workers aren't potentially infecting clients.
