If your looking for a deep tissue massage, Kim is very good & knows how to remove knots & pressure points caused by pain! As a crossfit athlete I require a lot of targeted tissue massage due to the strains crossfit puts on my body. I would highly recommend her to anyone in pain.

My wife and I recently had a couples massage here. Michelle called to confirm the day of with the weather expecting to get bad. My wife had Lori and I had Hannah. Both were excellent in making us feel comfortable and were nice. Great Service would highly recommend this place!

I have had several massages with Michele at this place. She is wonderful and very attentive to my needs. If I have a problem area, she will take extra time and attention to ensure that is remedied as much as possible. The atmosphere is always relaxing and I enjoy it every time I go!

I went to On The Spot with pain everywhere. I just could not get comfortable and had been taking medicine several times a day tolerate the aches in my back and legs. Laying in bed was excruciating!!! I have been to massage therapists before and was not very impressed but even my doctor recommended I go to one this time so I reluctantly made an appointment however I chose a new place because of my prior experiences. And I'm GLAD I DID!!! The atmosphere of On The Spot upon arrival was peaceful and inviting. Everyone I encountered was very welcoming and greeted me with a smile. The location is easy to get to and has ample parking. It is clean and the building is well cared for. My message therapist during this visit was Kim. Her choice of music was soothing and added to a very peaceful atomosphere that helped to relax my mind while she worked on relaxing my muscles. The room smelled WONDERFUL!! We made small talk during my visit and she was always attentive to my needs making sure she was in the right area to address my pain and was not hurting me in any way. She has the most amazing, healing hands and caring attitude!! She was truly a professional and, in my opinion, the BEST massage therapist I have EVER HAD and I will never go to another massage therapist again because they pale in comparison! I will DEFINATELY be back to On The Spot Massage and to see Kim again and I would recommend On The Spot and Kim to everyone!!

I moved to town a few weeks ago and have been searching for a massage therapist that I like. My first experience with On the Spot Massage, and Kim, were FANTASTIC! I know where I will go in Omaha from now on!! Everyone I encountered smiled and was friendly to speak to while I waited (I arrived about 10 minutes early and had to wait for my appointment). Speaking of which, the appointment was not hard to get, they were accommodating to my schedule and very open to hours I needed to be able to come in and check them out! The person who greeted me upon arrival, I think her name was Michelle, was very knowledgeable and seemed helpful and kind. The room was calm and soothing, while being clean and well-kept too. The whole location was seriously clean! I was impressed with that too because even the OUTSIDE was clean and well kept!! Kim (my therapist) had a bright smile, a friendly attitude and was attentive to my needs. She made sure that she addressed all my aches and pains while chatting here and there in a relaxing atmosphere and still working to make sure I got the most for my money. When I left, all my aches were gone, and I could standup without pain! She has the touch! Healing Hands is what I call it and I will DEFINITELY go back to see Kim again! On the Spot is worth the drive, the money and the time!

Massage was ok but therapist kept talking through out the massage. She kept talking about her personal problems and health issues and how swedish massages were boring for her. I did not feel relaxed at all.

Michelle is absolutely amazing! My son and I both got massages. He is in sports so she focused on muscles he currently uses for baseball. He has had a few massages before but he thanked me so many times and said this is where we always need to go! I stand and do hair all day. My back just hurts all the time. Tonight I have no pain! I can’t remember the last time that has happened! I highly recommend On The Spot Massage! Very Professional!!

The atmosphere in the massage rooms is tranquil and relaxing. The massage therapists are skilled and attentive. (I've seen Michele and Zoe.) The prices are very affordable. It's no wonder this place is so popular! Well worth booking out appointments in advance.

The initial introduction was less than welcoming. She chose to play Christian praise music which was fairly loud. I prefer softer relaxing music when getting a massage. My therapist also had the "giggles" and did apologize but I thought was a little inappropriate. My overall experience was very underwhelming and I won't be going back.

It was a little difficult for me to find the right suite, but Michele came out and found me when it got close to my appointment time. She did a really wonderful job. It was very peaceful and relaxing. My only regret was buying a 30 minute session; I should have splurged for the whole hour. I will be back again!
