Massage was okay, but the rest was questionable.
My experience may not be identical to everyone because my wife and I went in for a couple's massage session, but if you're going here for a couple's massage, read this review.
If you go to their website, you see these great photos of a couple's massage suite. That is a stock photo. There is no suite with two beds. In fact, my guess is that their entire website was basically bought as is and they only updated the name of the business, as there were several discrepancies. None of the photos matched the inside of the parlor. Also, they had offers on the website that they won't give you. There was supposed to be a $20 discount for couples massages, but they didn't seem to know anything about it and we didn't get it even though it's on their site.
Making matters worse, nobody working there spoke conversational English. This was a problem because we couldn't really discuss the price options, not could we discuss needs for the massage, like my lower back that I'd wanted a little more work on but couldn't really communicate.
To their credit, after we communicated to them (mostly through Google translate) what we wanted, they shoehorned two beds into one room.
The physical massage was nice, but there were a number of issues during it. They had a CD player for music, but didn't play it. The walls are tissue thin, so you could hear everything from their door chimes to the dogs in the groomers next door barking.
Also, they heated the room with a little portable space heater. It was cold, and my wife wanted a cover. They had trouble understanding so she wasn't covered for a while, but eventually she got a towel on her shoulders because they didn't have anything else.
Another issue. They were apparently the only workers there and let the room to answer phones or check the door repeatedly. They left the door open every time, and didn't close it upon coming into the room. We were in the very front room, literally laying on a table with our bare backsides exposed and the door wide open. Anyone coming in could see us in all our glory. That was extremely embarrassing.
When it was finally over, we tried to pay a tip and leave. My wife asked about the two extra dollars on our bill, which we were told was a fee for using a card instead of cash. Okay, well the experience wasn't great, so I have them a $16 tip (figuring $8 per masseuse). They told us the tip is $10 each and asked for more money.
Bottom line, if all you want is a massage and don't care about mandatory tipping or leaving your derriere on display to everyone coming in their doors, it's probably not bad. If you want what's on their website, think twice.
