Long story short: massages good, customer service terrible, and I would highly suggest another massage envy location. If you are military and they try to suck you into their year membership don't do it. I tried to cancel my membership once my orders brought me someplace far from the nearest massage envy and I was told that I had to talk to the manager and she would send me an email and call me back and none of those things happened the 4 months I tried to cancel my membership. Then I told them not to bill me anymore after my year was up and they did anyways. Dealing with them on top of a deployment was too much. I thought this place was so bad that I'm honestly wondering if they just have their friends and employees give them 5 stars because that is so far off from my experience with them that I had to verify we were all talking about the same location.

Called in on a Saturday to scheduled for my husband...specifically stated he needed/wanted hot stone, deep tissue and not a "fru fru" massage. The scheduler said that Susan could do that and was available that day. When he checked in the desk girl again assured him that he was on the books for a hot stone, deep tissue massage. When he met with Susan they discussed that what he wanted (hot stone, deep tissue). As she was working she was very persistent about placing him in very physically uncomfortable positions. There was nothing deep tissue about the massage...very light work. Walked out of the place not relaxed...just disappointed and felt that he wasted over $100 since we were repeatedly assured that he'd get a hot stone, **deep tissue** massage.

1 hour massage was cut short and therapist spent more time on arms and hands than back. Staff was friendly but seemed to try too hard to advertise coming back. Overall the massage wasn't as good as one I had in Mexico.

I have had a few different massage therapists that I wasn't impressed with until I found Danni! She is the only one I schedule with now! She is a deeper pressure therapist focused on relieving tension and not just a normal fluffy relaxation massage.

This place was trash, im an avid massage costumer because my bad is back due to an accident that left my back bad at age of 23, now im 30 and its necessary for me to get back massages so my back wont go out and i can continue my daily work and workout routines, the guy inside was condescending and he told me they don't do massage's today, ive been to hundreds of massage places around our great country because in my line of work i travel and i have to say this was the worst experience i ever had, i wouldn't recommend this place to a dog,so if you ever wonder about this place i suggest you scroll Next!!! and receive a wonderfull massage like i did at another place with no hassle or trying to rip me off with fake services like massage envy, i should of listened to the news about this place.

Recently fell about 6 feet and landed awkward on my back. Never had a massage before but figured it was worth a try. Over last month I have had three massages by three different therapists. After my last massage yesterday, my back, which was in a lot of pain, is now pain free. All three therapist were professional and took the time to find out we’re my pain was. Each massage showed improvement. Because they were professional and caring my back is pain free. Thank you, you all are wonderful! Front desk was always professional and friendly, and went out of their way to work with my complicated work schedule, I highly recommend this location.

Massage Envy is top notch! Everyone there is so pleasant and relaxing. From the time we walk in to the second we leave I can feel myself decompressing and relaxing more and more. I look forward to our appointments. Our therapists are fantastic! They are very knowledgeable! I have only had 2 appointments at this location and I already understand so much about where I carry tension. John has given me some great tips to help reduce some of it between appointments. Highly recommend an appointment here! You will be hooked in one visit!

Disappointed that they cancelled. Same thing happened on a Sunday at an Envy in Arizona. They should call people in to help pick up the slack. Especially for the people with memberships.

Our last 3 massages there have been rescheduled due to employee issues. We scheduled our massages weeks in advance and days before our appointment they cancelled because their employee quit. My wife and I are are members and there was no apology, no offer of compensation, and no availibility AT ALL between now and the end of the year. I understand that employees quit, but this location seems to have a lot of staffing issues.
