They are great people to work with my massage therapist is great at what she does. Prices, specially those for members, are worth the money spent. I only wish I had the money so I could go more often.

My massage therapist was awful! At one point I told her what she was doing was painful and uncomfortable and she said well take a deep breathe when it gets really bad.... she was massaging my feet but only touching them so I look down and see a light from her phone and she was texting during her massage!!! My massage was yesterday and my body aches and hurts so bad today from the massage. I will never ever go back.

Love massage envy! My membership is $50 per month for a 50 minute massage. If you miss a month, the massage rolls over so you can do 2 the following month. I've liked all my massage therapists and I really like the new online scheduler. Highly recommend!

My sister and I were looking for a sisters weekend massage. We called and made our appointments two weeks in advance and when the day came, they lost one of our appointments. They could not fix it and we had to cancel our plans. Not worth the time and money if they cannot keep track of appointments.

I was told they had staff who did reflexology massages but the person they paired me up with only had basic massage knowledge. Very disappointing!

I would not recommend this place. I guess it's okay if all you are looking for is a 'cookie cutter' massage, but if you are wanting anything besides that, such as a prenatal massage, then no. I called to schedule one and they told me they offer a 30 minute one & a 50 minute one, but not to do the 30 minute massage, basically saying i could only do the 50 minute massage even though i told them at 40 wks pregnant, I'm not going to be able to sit through a 50-55 minute massage. They were very pushy & rude.

If you need an amazing massage, I highly recommend Naomi at Massage Envy. I had a full body deep tissue and I feel like a new woman now. She's absolutely phenomenal. The women at the front desk were so helpful and welcoming. My entire experience was wonderful.

Well worth the monthly fee...Experienced therapists and you have the option to add on facials, stretching, or extra time to your session. They also sell some skin products. Pleasant, relaxing atmosphere.

The staff was very friendly and super nice. My massage therapist Sarah was awesome. I booked an appointment online so the pricing was a little confusing and different than what they charged in store. I could have done a 90 min session instead of 60. Besides that, my experience was great and I'll definitely be coming back.

I enjoy the ambiance of the spa -- dark, quiet, soothing music, heated massage tables. I have had a few therapists, but Deb is by far the best. She remembers my preferences and is very thorough. Best of all, she let's you relax during your massage! No excessive small talk like I've been subjected to in the past! Deb is fantastic!
