Always great massages here!!!

I entered into a membership for my minor son a few short months ago, as he is very active in sports and this seems to help him. Every massage therapist who we have had the pleasure of meeting has been wonderful! The primary issue appears to be with the scheduling. More precisely, each time I book a 90 minute appointment as opposed to a 60 minute, things get screwed up somehow, and I am left holding the short stick. It would appear this location only has experience booking 60 minute appointments? I telephone earlier in the week to reserve a 90 minute slot. I was given an appointment time of 3:30 for Saturday. I placed the time in my phone and set the alarm to sound 30 minutes ahead. Massage Envy then telephoned me and said they made a mistake in the schedule and if I wanted 90 minutes, I need to come in at 3:00. No problem; but of course I had moved on to another task & I failed to update my calander. My fault. I get it. I should have just kept the 3:30 appointment and changed it to an hour, because when my phone alarm rang at 3:00, I realized what had happened. I call them right away and explained I would be there at 3:30 for an hour. Although; the girl answering was polite, she didn't need to insist & demand I would pay for 90 minutes. It only annoyed me, as if they had been organized in their appointment scheduling initially, this would not have happened. Did I mention this isn't the first 90 minute appointment to experience haywire? Could we have both shared the blame on this one, or am I the only one to pay? We showed up at 3:25. My son will get a 60 minute massage, I will pay for 90 minutes. I will go to a different location for the remainder of my time here in Nebraska. A location that is hopefully more organized with appointment making. I am moving out of state at the end of August and I had initially considered keeping the membership in my new state. When I mentioned that I will just cancel instead, the lady on the telephone snidely stated I would need to pay for the remaining 12 months, that is when I decided my Massage Envy membership was more stressful than relaxing and that it was somewhat defeating the purpose and that I would be cancelling right away. I'm not certain why I do not have the ability to schedule my own appointment online? I have requested a copy of my contract-still have not received. I have requested cancellation forms-still have not received.

I have always had great experiences at Massage Envy. Right now, I get facials from Andi, who is amazing, funny, and super sweet! I like that they are able to help me with some of my every day concerns about my skin with specialized treatments, and great Murad products I can use at home. Shout out to the front desk staff, particularly Jordan, who is always very helpful, and super friendly. It's nice to see familiar faces when you arrive, or talk to people you know on the phone. They are all really helpful, and Jordan is so relatable and fun. They all make my visits there enjoyable and like I'm hanging around with friends :) Thanks, everyone! Can't wait to come back next time! (PS I used to get massages from Bill, who is also great at what he does, and great at customizing the massage for your needs. I would also recommend massages here as well!)

This is a slimy business. Do not go to any Massage Envy ever. In order to get a cheap price they have you sign a contract. They told me I could cancel at anytime so I signed it without reading. (My mistake, I know). I would not have signed it if they had not said that. Since this has happened, I have looked online and other people have complained that their ME also told them this. They tell them this just to get people to sign. They will tell you ANYTHING to get you to sign. I lost my job and have ZERO income whatsoever, and I called to cancel and the lady was very rude and "matter of fact" saying that "well you signed it, it's your signature, we have your signature" blah blah blah. I was in tears and they still didn't care. I have no way to pay this right now. And they said the only thing I could do was pay for another month and freeze it. Well, I dont have $60 to pay another month. So she said very rudely "Well I guess you'll go into collections then". Do NOT ever deal with this company. Find someone who is in business for themselves who would actually help you. This company is a SCAM.

I have always had good service here and an excellent massage! Yes, I signed a contract but it is a lot more fair than ones at other massage groups such as Ashley Lynn's. If I am unable to make my visit, it is held for me until I able to have it done.

Really excited about the new facial services Massage Envy offers. The advanced 90 minute treatment to the back facials really set them apart. The Estheticians are knowledgeable and friendly, and definitely worth taking the time.

I absolutely love Massage Envy on Maple, I will never go to a different spa again! It has a very welcoming atmosphere and an incredibly helpful staff. My therapist really cared about my needs and customized my massage to me. The facials are also life changing, I have never felt so refreshed. The front desk was super nice and helpful as well, explaining the whole process to me and telling me about all the service I didn't know about. 10/10 highly recommend.

DO NOT BUY A MEMBERSHIP!!! The 5 star ratings are from their employees including their managers!!!!' So shady!!!!!!! Was told that I had 90 days after my last membership payment to use my 2 remaining, 1hour massages. I called to make an appt today only to be told they would only honor 1 because the membership really expires in 60 days which was 2 weeks ago. Last month I was double billed and had to call seveal times to get my money back. The management is young and inexperienced. Prairie Life has much better massages and the customer service is wonderful.

I came in for my first massage today and I wasn't sure what to expect because it was my first massage ever! I was a little nervous at first but the front desk girls made me feel so comfortable they really broke down the session for me so I knew exactly what to expect! They even introduced me to my therapist! I feel like they really went above and beyond for me! My Massage Was AMAZING! i've had knots in my back for years and my massage therapist really worked them out for me! I will continue coming to this location!

I just don't care for the receptionists as a whole. Not all of them have a lack of attentiveness but when it happens, man that's really frustrating. They don't listen to what you tell them about "something after 4:45" and then being told by Katie there that "No, you didn't say that three times," really has gotten to me. I don't appreciate that rudeness. :(

I am in love with this place. Amanda is like the fairy godmother for my face. She and the rest of the aesthetician staff are phenomenal!! A shout out to Michelle for killer massages. She worked within the limitations of my injuries and I almost fell asleep Hahah! My skin is glorious, and I have never felt so pampered. I fell in love immediately the day I took my hubby for fathers day massages and facials. Sooooo worth the membership. I go at least twice a month, and have never had a bad experience. You guys do such an amazing job, and I have so few words to describe how great I feel every time I come here. Thank you for your magical healing hands and the good you have done me, my husband, and now my gal pal who just joined today.

Massage Envy has some of the best therapist in Omaha. The Hot stone massage is a must now that the weather is cold. The new 90 minute facial is so amazing I wish I could get one every week! I have had a facial with all the estheticians and every single one is so knowledgeable about Murad. I would recommend Massage Envy to anyone!

Massage envy on Maple is the best places to get massages and facials. The massage therapist actually care about how your feeling and really try to focus on the problem areas. The estheticians really focus on your skin and help you get the product you need to keep your skin healthy. The front desk/management staff is amazing and always friendly. I do go to massage places a lot. I have never been to one that will be this awful. I usually give some credit because I always appreciate people’s hard work. But this please is not worth even 2 stars. First, room was so freaking cold, second they had such annoying fan that I asked to turn off but she still didn’t do it. The last is that front desk overcharged me. I would not suggest anyone to go there neither would I ever go there again.

I've been to every massage business in the midwest, this was the best, hands down. I had an appointment at 1130am-12pm for a lower back muscle pull. I was taken into a room to change and at 1132am she touched me in a way that felt so good it'd make my wife jealous if she were to ever read the thoughts going through my mind. She ended the massage at 1158am. I was so satisfied, I came back at 4pm to have another done. But I wanted to know if someone else would perform exactly what I wanted done the exact way she did, and they both did. Deb was first, and had the strongest hands of any woman I've ever met. To quote, Mellencamp, it Hurt So Good! She knew what she was doing and I asked her after if she thought I should go another half hour right away (it was an ice massage to relieve pain from an injury.) She advised me to wait a few days and see what they might be able to do different. She could have made another sale that day, but did what was right for the customer, which almost made me more happy than the massage itself. I had a ton of knots in my shoulders and wow, she was rough getting them out, which kind of hurt my lower back, but worth the pain. Jean was my 4pm appointment, exact same time schedule (other places will make you wait 4-5 minutes and be done 4-5 minutes early. I like the 2 minute rule I'm assuming they have at Massage Envy. Jean worked particularly on my lower back with the icing gel and I might be cured. Was in the ER yesterday with a 9 as my tolerance of pain, now, it's at a 3. The front desk person seemed to be new as he couldn't verify my coupon. Any sports injury what so ever, Massage Envy is the place to go. Both of these therapists were 5 star material.
