Amazing staff from the front counter to the personal doing the treatments. Great prices and they have wonderful couples massages. Each appointment is curtailed exactly to what you need wether that is a gentle relaxing escape or deep trigger point relief.

They front staff is always so helpful. It always feels like they want you to have the best treatment experience, right along with your service provider(s). When I call last minute, they are do whatever they can to accommodate and are never annoyed by any request. The service providers are real professionals too. I've had over 20 services here and never a bad experience. Plus, this place practically makes me treat myself. That's a no brainer!

Talking about getting ripped off! 90 min massage $119.00!!??? Shorted on my time..not my fault..I was there on time for a 3pm appt..... but at a few min after 3 they realized I needed to fill out another form. So my massage didn't start until 3:15 and ended at 4:26. Since I knew I'm not a member, I expected to pay a higher price...which by the way are not listed anywhere I could find.....I was guessing maybe $99.00....but $119.00?? Geez.....never going back.

Very disappointed and frustrated. Called ahead and scheduled a couples message. I called them 2 hours prior to appointment time to confirm time of my appointment. The location had not called nor notified me that they were cancelling my appointment, I found out when I called them to confirm. They did not offer another solution, very frustrated and will not go there nor refer them. The location could have picked up the phone and notified me of the cancellation. This ruined my anniversary surprise for my spouse.

This review is only for my last visit here. Given that Massage Envy has been in the news recently for mishandling of alleged sexual assault complaints, I can see ME has taken some steps to make sure there is consent: e.g. having you note on the tablet which areas you do or do not want massaged. However this is what I would also like to see happen: when I make an appointment, I want them to tell me who I'll be working with so if the receptionist says a male name, I can specify that I prefer working with a woman. And if you're working with a female client, don't flipping ask her if she lives alone. It comes off as creepy.

I have been going to massage envy for years. The monthly rates are reasonable and it's easy to make appointments and the staff is friendly. The massages are middle of the road. Not the best of the best but not bad.

Loved this place. Other Massage Envy locations I am not fond of. These are privately owned franchises, and this location has a courteous staff, friendly, not pushy, and the masseuse I had was amazing.

Had my 3rd massage today, and was not impressed, the other 2 were FANTASIC, but this one was not relaxing, and not anything like the other 2. The therapist wouldn’t quit talking during my massage, didn’t ask me how pressure was 1 time. And did not follow the same procedures as the other therapists. These have all been for prenatal visits. And I’m so disappointed in this last one

I've had messages from Chris, Jennifer and Cassandra. I prefer this location over all others in Omaha, hands down. Chris has been my go-to for years and I highly recommend him, if you can catch him. He works weekdays during the day so it's hard for me to find time with him, especially now that this branch relocated from Rockbrook to La Vista. Luckily the other two therapists I've worked with at this location have been very good too. I had a very poor experience at the Maple location several years ago but glad I didn't give up on ME altogether.

They keep losing masseuses. I heard the receptionists dont treat them right and management does nothing and the girl who did my facial is gone too! I wont be back.They should replace the management

Even with a major oops on the fault of the staff this location made a experience for my wife and her friends a great experience. The follow up to the issue was great and I have respect for the way this operation is run. Thank you for turning a potential bad experience into a great one for my wife. I would imagine she will be back as it was a great experience.

Though the massage therapists do a great job, the customer service (or total lack of customer service) and misinformation by the management / front desk makes this a place to avoid. Massage Envy is a good brand but go to a place that value you as a customer AFTER you sign their membership agreement.
