Absolutely loved this place. I will definitely be going back as soon as i am able, as will my husband. I was in so much pain(chronic dailey) when i walked in the door and by the time I left it was greatly reduced, far better than any other place i have been.

A great place to get your massage, take a Tai Chi class, or a Yoga class, or meet one on one with your personal Fitness Instructor. A very welcoming environment and "homey" setting. Just a short 20 min drive from Omaha...
