I'm an athlete and tend to develop some pretty hard to release muscle tension/binding in my upper back and hips that I just can't get to feel better in my own with various rollers. Tammy is very friendly and does a great job digging into those problem areas, and often finding things I didn't even realize were tight. I always feel so much better after a session. I wish I could go more often! After working with her for almost a year I can't recommend her enough, especially if you're looking to maximize recovery and performance.
