Such sloppy work. 3rd time I have gone with a bad experience. Never again.

Casey Kelly

Waited for over 45 minutes when told it would be 20. Extremely poor customer service. Plenty of other great options in Pmaha to get your nails done. Don't waste your time.

Savanna Rosenbaum

Tried to go in 20 minutes before they closed just to get polish soaked off and they locked the door and said they wouldn't do it.

Will NEVER RECOMMEND! Absolute waste of money! Got the shellac manicure, which was not really even a manicure. They refused to use water to soak my hands, therefore the nail tech didn't get any of the excess skin the grows around my nail. She only applied the cuticle gel and that was it. The nail tech barely did anything to my hands and they didn't look nice. My manicure lasted less than 5 min. Then she put on the shellac. This was the absolute worst shellac job I have ever received. My shellac started peeling just 3 days after getting it done. Now I'm out 31$ and I need to get a new shellac application because the shellac from American nails and spa did not stay on. This place is an embarrassment and the people are probably not even trained to do proper manicures. Just because the place looks nice is just a mask to their crappy overpriced services. I will NEVER RETURN and I will NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

Lacey Cote

Taylor did my pedicure today, and she did an amazing job. I will be back and reccomend to my friends and family!

Kathryn Johnson

At this place you have a 50/50 shot of getting a good mani and pedi, usually the pedicures are very good but the manicures often feel rushed and they're doing two people at the same time so you have to wait a really long time, even if you make an appointment. I've gotten acrylics done here and they usually get damaged within two weeks.

American nails is hands down my favorite salon in town. From the front desk staff to the nail techs, I couldn't ask for better. Being a business owner myself, rapport is very important to me when it comes to where I will be spending my time and money. American nails has just that. When I walk in the door they call me by name and get me right in. I couldn't ask for better!

Laci Sheibal

This is not just a nail salon this is my second home! I’m here all the time and every time I walk through the door I always feel very welcomed! Jenna is the BOMB! Nancy and Iman are so nice and warm hearted! If anyone wants to be pampered this is the place to be! ASK FOR JENNA!

Stephanie Jackson

Been to this nail salon many times, but first time taking my daughter. She loved every minute of her pampering. Vanessa was so great with her too!

Amy Iltzsch

I got my nails done here and my nails turned out amazing. I decide to go back and I called the day before to book an appointment with who did my nails last time. I was driving there running a little bit late tried to call them no one picked up. A few minutes later they called me asking if I'm still coming in I said yes I'm right around the corner I'll be there in a minute. I walked and checked in waiting the lady I had requested was given to someone else when I asked for her I was very upset because they had just called me. So I got my nails done they did not have color I wanted then I asked for matte black shellac the nail tech said she did not know how to make them not shiny so I told her how since I've had it done a million times she still couldn't do it. I payed $93 with a tip and even told them what happened the lady at the front desk said she couldn't do anything and that it was all my fault. I wanted to get my nails done for my birthday and it was horrible.

Tara Kalantjakos

Terrible experience. i am very new at getting my nails done, and i had a shellac manicure on my nails already when i went in to get my nails redone. i understand that it takes quite a while to soak shellac manicures off, such as the nature of the beast. however the ladies who were taking care of both my mom and i did not allow the right amount of time to soak the previous manicure off. they ended up tearing the top layer off all of my nails, and digging into my thumb nail which i am terrified will later break and actually hurt. they were very rough with my moms nails to the point of pain. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They don't speak English, and my manicurist was talking on her cell phone while giving me a manicure!! Very unprofessional! I am NEVER going here again!

Tina Wilcox

Hands down the best Salon with such reasonable prices! The interior is just relaxing with such excellent nail technicians. They have such wonderful manicure and pedicure.

Heather S

Visited salon while in town. Technician didn't ask before cutting down nails nor did she ask the shape. It was the fastest, sloppiest manicure I have ever had. Four days later, gel is peeling. The other ladies I was with had similar poor service.

Stacey B

First of all, I never write reviews...especially negative ones. However, I had something happen to me that hasn’t ever happened at any SPA.I booked an appointment for a Dip & Pedi. I requested a specific person referred to me by my sister. I was told tech had NO appts this day pick a time. After arriving and waiting an additional 30 minutes, I was asked if someone else could provide my mani pedi. I said no, I was referred. FYI, my sister goes every 2 weeks. Then the receptionist returned with the nail tech I requested to inform me she had another appt in 30 mins? Could I come back in 4 hours?!? I said okay?!? I received a $5 off coupon. Needless to say, I didn’t return. Lesson...THE CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF YOU ALWAYS COMES FIRST!

Mackenzie Nicol

I’ve gone here several times before, and have always been happy with what I walk out with. However, like most people, I really only have something to say online when it’s negative. But I HAVE to share my amazing and positive experience, which is probably the first time I’ve ever done so. ever. My experience was so fantastic that I am literally compelled to share. My work Christmas party is in two days and I needed a pedicure and a spray tan. My 4 year old daughter began talking about my plans a few days ago; she was so excited, so naturally I had to bring her. She’s never had a pedi before because she’s 4, and screams like a banshee when you mention clipping her toenails so why would I bring her before today?! I had a lapse in judgment and thought she was ready, because again, she couldn’t stop talking about it. I had prepped her about the “foot bath” but I should have saved my breath because when we got in and sat in our luxurious chairs, she thought it was a good time to throw a fit. Also, not the easiest to reach over to try and help her when you’re getting your legs massaged and you’re on the brink of a micronap. The staff (several people) could not have been more accommodating. They helped her, brought her fancy pillows, and because she’s her mother’s daughter - none of it worked. I would have been ready to show us the door if it were me behind that counter, but they didn’t. They made my night a million times easier, reduced my stress and I even squeezed out a spray tan. Thank you American Nails, you seriously made my night.

Patty Sullivan

I fell due to the cement raising 4 inches in front of the door to American Nails. Due to SAFETY issues of the other customers I called the owner, (Larry?) he said he would have someone call me the next day to report a claim as he knew there should have been a red X over it or a sign so customers would not trip or fall. I walked away with a injured knee and did not get a call the next day or ever. The following week I drove by and nothing had been done to correct the problem. He acted liked he cared, if he really did he would have made a follow up call or fixed the problem. I would NOT recommend American Nails to anyone... The CUSTOMER SERVICE is TERRIBLE and customers are at risk!!!!

Emily Weber

This is my go-to nail place for shellac and pedicures. I have tried other salon's in Omaha and have been incredibly disappointed. I go Monday-Wednesday during Shellac happy hour and love the one-week warranty card they give you. I've only had to use it once in two years! Usually shellac is good for two weeks but I can go almost three before the grow-out has to be taken care of.

Heath Howser

Roxanne Alhejaj

Depends on who you get, but they are lightning fast.

William Williams

I went for a Mani and pedi, was rushed and the girls told me next time to come in early, who tells a customer that??? The pedi was great, the Mani , I could have done better, had to tell the girl to file the roughness from the top nails or I would have walked away looking like I walked on my naiks, literally couldn't believe she would send me out like that. I will give them another try for Pedi only!! Stay tuned.....

Courtney Criswell

My daughter and I went to American Nails, expecting Americans, because we have a hard time with the language barrier at other places.Well, all the customers were American. The woman, I think she was the owner, did my daughter's nails and she was very pushy. She said because my daughter had short nails, which her's were not that short, that they could only do one simple design that I thought was not very pretty. So I intervened and asked of she could do a prettier one that my daughter picks and she finally agreed after saying no to five designs. The owner ended up doing a good job on her nails though, but the woman who did mine was very young. She didn't do the best job. But, our shellac stayed for over two weeks, and two weeks was the guarantee. So, overall American Nails was okay, but if I'd known all about them I wouldn't have driven an hour to this place.

Megan Harr

Awesome staff

latasha Robinson

Great customer service! Great people! Thank you RaZz for making my toes pretty!!!

Rich Mackey

Had a good mani pedi here but one of my companions did not. Seemed to be a bit hit and miss. Pricing is reasonable but by no means cheap. My experience was very good but it really depends on who your technician is. His techncian didn't ask about callus treatmend and didn't seem to understand he wanted his nails rounded like the curve of his finger - and even. They did attempt to make it right but in the and his manicure was just "ok."

Trish Sagehorn

The girls do a very nice job, and are very nice. Never have to wait long as a walk in.

lauren rosin

I love every experience I have here, they may be a little more pricey than other venues but I feel it is worth it, especially the quality of the pedicures.

Elizabeth C Johnson

Elizabeth Chandler

Wait was short even though it was busy BUT i had to take nails off after the first week because two broke and they honestly looked like garbage. Wouldn’t recommend going there for acrylics

Misty Root

Warning: Don't get your nails done by Joann!! I've always been so impressed with this place, they were fast and I always left with the perfect nails. Lately I've been disappointed. After being told I'd wait 20 minutes then being sat down, waiting about 40 minutes, then leaving because I didn't have enough time and then today being told 20 minutes and sitting down for 45 and counting now.. I do not think I will be returning. Edit: specifically told the lady I wanted my nails soaked off. I don't like when they rip off the old acrylic with a cuticle nipper, it's very uncomfortable. Anyways she (Joann) told me "no your nails are old I can rip off". I told her I understood but I'd rather pay and have them soaked off then be put through the uncomfortableness of having my nail beds torn at with a cuticle nipper. After agreeing to soak them off she finally goes I can just take off. It'll be faster. I told her no one more time then she proceeded to rip them off. I was livid at this point. Once they were all off and my nails were hurting she told me to pick a color. I told her white and she refused to paint them white because "my nails were too rough from getting the acrylic off"!? I was about to blow up so at this point I just calmly went and picked another color. After painting my nails (and getting polish all over the edges of my nails on my fingers, I was told to let them dry. No apology, she just proceeded to check her phOne. The manager didnt make me pay for my service but even due to this I don't think I will be returning.

Jaylissa Rhubottom

Went here for the first time and waited about 30 minutes to be seated(Even after calling ahead). My nails were rushed and she only did one coat and said "it looks natural, its better". Do not recommend

Relaxing and affordable

Kyle Grimm

Visited this establishment about two weeks ago with my sister and her husband for a relaxing pedicure. I was not disappointed, the experience was awesome. Not only was it relaxing, but I was able to enjoy a nice conversation with one of the women whom work here; I believe her name is Raz. Everyone was warm and welcoming. If I'm ever in Omaha again, I will visit here again.

Terrin Prohaska

I will no longer be returning, very disappointing the last few times. My pedicures are always great but my manicures usually look sloppy. For the amount of money I spend, I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Luz Vasquez

My daughters went there last night for a prom treat, they were treated poorly and the job was done poorly, the staff wouldn't even speak english to them. I was told one tech slapped her hand when she tried to move it! Would never recommend this place.

Anna Weeks

I forgot to add that she fixed my nails that I got done at another salon for free no charge

Suzi Eberly

I would not visit here again. I got a simple shellac manicure and I was not impressed. I got the impression my nail tech was annoyed at me the entire time, and she rushed getting my nails done. I have small hands and my thumb did not dry completely in the black light, and instead of redoing it she just "fixed it" and left a bump on my thumb. The hand massage was laughable and the warm towels they soak your hands in were burning hot. I paid 34 for the shellac + a tip. For many places in Omaha you could either 1) pay less for the same thing or even better service 2) pay the same or a little bit more and get great service. Would not recommend. Save your money.

Well from calling to make an appt I was under the impression this was an "american" nail spa. They trick you and have american girls working the phones and front counter. NOT AMERICAN!! went in for a pedicure and the stalls were not clean. There was scrub left from the previous person all over the towel. The instruments are not clean and sterile just used all day person after person. I didn't see them clean the foot tub after I left and the next person sat down.

Deb Wenz

Front desk girl was very rude. Had my nails done won’t be going back. They are the worst I’ve ever had. Spent $50. I’d go back but don’t want to deal with them talking about me Hopefully this will give others heads up.

Beautiful nails. Clean. Friendly. Can't say enough good about this place.

Bonnie Meester

Always love going here since it opened. Nancy is the owner and always very personable. Also Emon is very nice too.

ALYSSA CRNIC

i’ve been here many times thinking maybe it was a bad day but it was awful every time. got them done one day and two peeled off the day after. tech hurts you while putting nails on and the prices are outrageous when many many other places have cheap much better service. do not recommend don’t go waste your money.

OTF Northwest Omaha

I've never had such a bad pedicure..Had to come home and give myself a true pedicure.

Katlyn Hanzlicek

I paid $52 for the ultimate pedicure for the extra massaging after running a half marathon. The front girls sold me on it due to the extra massaging. The lady who did my pedicure acted in such a rush and was so worried about getting my done... mind you it started 2 hours prior to them closing. She rushed and was more worried about leaving work for the night. She did not massage me at all. She barely used the hot stones. I asked her twice to rub harder and she didn't apply any pressure and just rubbed oil on my skin. Might as well have gone to a place where pedicure are $20 for what I got. Also, the paint started chipping 2 days after my pedicure because she didn't paint them fully. I was very disappointed in everything.

Jlyn RynVneck

I went here today for a mani/pedi with a galfriend. We splurged and bought the $50 one that included hot stones. It was absolutely terrible! The hot stone massage last maybe 2 minutes (I'm being generous with that time estimate ) & the nail techs stabbed both my friend and I on more than one occasion. My toes have red polish all over them. When we went to leave, I picked up my purse and it was soaked with water because my chair had been leaking and I left it on the floor. The girls at the register apologized and gave us both 10 bucks off. Even still, $40 was WAY TOO MUCH for such horrible customer service. Don't waste your time or money here.

Amy Zamora

I arrived at 1020am and when I arrived there was only 1 person ahead of me. The girl told me10 to 15 minutes wait. I was there 30 minutes and while I was sitting there they sat 10 people in front of me. I will never go back again. Horrible service and communication. Lost a customer for good.

Brittney Karstens

Great service, always accommodating on walkins

Gone down hill. I’m so very disappointed in this place now. I paid $48 to be “pampered” with a manicure. The nail technician didn’t say 2 words to me, acted annoyed to be helping me. Did my nails- not in any pampering way at all- several times she was so rough it hurt. Then- no massage, no lotion, nothing. Just “You’re done.” 2 words. It was the most awkward encounter ever- and I felt like I needed to apologize that I bothered her. That is definitely my LAST visit there. Waste of 48 hard earned dollars. /sighs.

Michelle Mac

The pedi wasn't great. The Mani, all I asked for was my cuticles to be trimmed. I had showed my nails the way I like them already because no one can get it right. She started filling and now some have rounded corners on one side and less rounded on the other. I like them straight across. Now I either make them shorter trying to fix what she did or let them grow a week looking all uneven and them even them up.

Kali Perales

I absolutely LOVE this place! The staff is SUPER friendly and always try to get me in asap when I walk in. Very accommodating!

Mar Killion

Very clean, nice nail techs, great job on my mani.

Pat King

I went for the ultimate pedicure and did not receive it until I questioned why I wasnt getting the paraffin wax or the special callous treatment. Was told the callous treatment was extra. tech also made my big toe bleed, didnt wipe my feet after the wax or spray with alcohol so I’m sure that nail polish won’t stay. The paraffin wasnt even allowed to get cold on my feet. The whole thing felt rushed and wasn’t what I’m used too, wasnt relaxing at all. Everything was out of order and they did offer to redo my polish and gave me five dollars off. The two desk ladies made excuses as to why I didnt get what I paid for. Very disappointing ! Service the last two times was horrible I guess it’s time to find some where new!

I have been to this salon about 5 times now. The staff is friendly and they are good at their art. I recommend this nail salon and spa to everyone.

Heriberto Zenil

I love it

Tracy Young

The staff was very nice, But DO NOT get waxing done here. They are not aestheticians. The nail techs do your wax. I had a face wax yesterday and I have 7 areas that she ripped the skin off my face. It bled and is so painful. There are also red patchy and areas all over my face, more than in a normal wax. She was just so aggressive. In addition, I found a huge glop of wax at the base of my hair line on my neck. Of course there was no easy way to get that out, with out MORE pain. Stick to nails with these guys...

Suzy Jones

Place is close to where I live. Called ahead for an appointment to have a ,anicure and pedicure at the same time. Sounds simple enough, right? No. Reminded the receptionist who could not have been ruder or more dense that I wanted a manicure and pedicure at the same time. Kept asking about the manicure while getting pedicure. TWO HOURS later, i'm finally done. There's an hour of my life I will never get back again. The technicians were sweet, pedicure was good. Nail tech was not experienced -- my nails look terrible. BACK TO LEGACY NAILS I GO.......it may take a 20 minutes more to get there -- but, the front staff, nail techs -- everyone at Legacy is top notch and professional.

Beatka Madejski

Cindy did my pedicure. Great job, nice lady. Thank you Cindy.

Anastacia Garcia

Loved it

John Mishler

Great experience and the service was exceptional, thank you

Rachael Woodard

Nice salon, nice chairs.... WORST most expensive pedicure I have recieved in Omaha. This place is all about volume and that's clear. While trying to smooth a callus she wasn't paying attention and kept getting my bare skin to the point where it was raw after she was done. I kept trying to prompt her but she wasn't getting it. Then the message was anything but relaxing, it lasted all of 5 minutes and she kept massaging the bones in my feet instead of tissue! Finally, the polish I selected was sheer and clearly needed 3 coats but I left with 2 and a streaky pedi. My friend who was with me left with a bloody foot after her gal rubbed her raw with the cheese grater contraption...causing her pain and not to mention anxiety as to the sanitary conditions of the salon! Honestly, the whole experience was painful and stressful and I'll never go back.

Samantha Slater

Always an amazing experience! Great staff!

Tigger Galvin

Clean, well lit, friendly place. Open on Sundays, which is a big plus.

Mary Baumert

Not impressed. Friendly front desk staff & quick seating with technicians, but wouldn’t recommend shellac manicures for the money. First manicure chipped in <4 days. They stood by their warranty & offered 2nd FREE manicure. Repeat manicure better, but technician was not very thorough. Cuticles weren’t trimmed & nails aren’t the same shape. Took a friend with me 2nd time & her shellac manicure was done in 15 minutes! Same story...hurried job. Hers is chipped now, 4 days later. We won’t be back.

Julia MacKenzie

I waited for someone to do a fill and shellac manicure. When I was finally seated they told me they only had 2 people that knew how to do fake nails! My Nails Are Thick, Clumpy And The Pink Polish Has Turned Brown Around The Edges! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Shea Schmidt

I have visited American Nails many times and have always been pleased with my experience. I called to make an appointment with my usual nail tech and learned that she had moved, so I just made an appointment with whoever was available. I had my nails done on Monday. On Tuesday I had a nail split and on Thursday another. I love that they give out warranty cards! Especially when things like this happen. I went in today (Friday) to have my two nails fixed by the same nail tech that had done my nails on Monday. The results were rather disappointing. American Nails has been my favorite nail salon in town. Not sure if I will visit again and request a different tech or if I will search for another, maybe less expensive, place. I gave three stars because I'm usually very pleased with my experience here, my old nail tech would converse with me not the other techs and she did a great job. My last two visits were just disappointing compared to before. I attached some pictures of the repair of my thumb nail... just disappointing.

Gabby Atherton

Two stars are for the front desk girls- they were the only pleasant part of my experience. Got there 15 minutes early, was sat right away only to wait 25 minutes while the technician has a conversation with one of the other techs. She would not speak to me at all, no hi, no bye, no nothing. When she was done she simply walked away, no hot towel, no massage like my two sisters which were sat on either side of me got. When she smoothed out my nails she caught my cuticle on almost every finger causing me to bleed. She grabbed her purse right after she was done and walked out the front door. I asked to speak to a manager when I noticed that I had glue all over my fingers and she left chunks under every nail, she said she would take $5 off and “fix” them for me. There was no fixing them, after refusing to pay she removed them and I was on my way. Will never go back.

Dawn Bower

I got in right away and the nail experts spent time making sure my nails looked perfect!

Janet Shafer

Love this place. Very friendly!!

Eleacia St.Clair

I agree first time today and I took my daughter and mother and I didn't get to enjoy my pedicure because she was doing my shellac at same time I'm not going back what do you think about another place n e ideas

Judy Knapp

Very nice shop and friendly staff. Good prices too!

Carly Corcoran

They do a great job! Best to make an appointment

Annie Kirby

Lily was awesome!

Terah Hansen

Despite the clean facility and friendly staff, I paid $60 for a set of french acrylics that were not very well done. She cut my cuticles too short, which later stung when she applied the primer. She didn't take her time with my nails which ultimately led to them looking very sloppy. I have been peeling stuff off of my fingertips all day and she didn't clean up the stuff under my nails, leaving it rough and jagged. I will seek services elsewhere that offer results reasonable to the price.

nik bri

It's not always bad but this time around they told us it would be half an hour. A group of 3 girls came about half an hour later without an appointment, were told it would be 45 minutes but were seated 10 minutes later. At about an hour wait, we asked how much longer. They said we were next (guessing ten minutes after we pressed for an actual measurement of time for an answer). So we asked about the group seated earlier and we were told "well I didn't seat them". It was a frustrating waste of an hour.

Jessica Rock

Love jasmine! She's my favorite girl! She always do good job and very friendly

Monte Titus

I'm very happy with my nails! They do a great job.

Deja Blue

they rushed and didnt even do the regular steps of acrylic nails. Not worth the money they charge what so ever. learn how to shape

Dani Palmer

Emily Rose

Was charged 10 extra dollars for the length of my nails that they were going to cut off anyways. Nail tech seemed rude and didnt talk to me at all except to charge me extra money. Dont go here they charge you way too much for every little thing and I could've gone to another salon and gotten the same nails if not better for way cheaper. 10/10 would not recommend.

Melinda Nelson

Great salon!

Cassie Palmer

One of the most sped-through and unimpressive pedicures ever. $40 to spend 15 minutes in a chair and have shellac be peeling before I leave the spa? Not a fan. At least they fixed it, but even then it was the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. I am never coming back!

Cheryl Fitzgarrald

Love this salon. They get you in quickly and know what they are doing.

I do my nails better myself. Small selection of colors. Rude management. Not impressed. There's many better places in Omaha.

Good job

Alisha Scott

I used to go there every time. Several times now they have not fully covered my toenails when painting them, not buffed the nail, or left chips when filing. I feel like they rush. Not as good as it used to be.

Reagan Schumacher

Beautiful and clean spa somewhat pricey but nice environment and staff

Nikki Britt

I had a horrible experience yesterday...my first and last visit. The people were friendly at tye front but the pedicure was garbage. For $48 I got chilly water, parts of my feet and toes filed down to the meat (they hurt TERRIBLY), and polish that looks dang rough that she just slapped top coat on (not just my nails but my toes all over). Additionally, I was told it would be approximately and hour pedi but it was more like 40-45 minutes and it wasn't until toward the end that I realized that there wasnt even one of the sterilizer tablets in my water...eveeyone around me had blue water from their tabs...not mine. :/

Lauren Busche

I went with a group of 4 girls and they accommodated us really well in terms of sitting us all together. I got both a pedicure and a manicure. The pedicure was nothing special, but it wasn't bad by any means. I got a French manicure for my hands, which is supposed to be straight and even, and something all nail techs can do easily. None of my nails have even lines (half is a thick line while the other half is "normal"), there are missed edges, she didn't clean paint off my fingers, she spread the white polish with the clear top coat on one thumb (there's a streak of white from the tip going towards the cuticle) and one of them chipped the next day just from showering. Not to mention she filed some of my nails so that one side comes to a point and the other is rounded. Nice staff, clean and nice place, pedi was typical and the mani was horrible and a waste of money. I won't be back.

Christine Edwards

Great people and felt very pampered

Jordan Holst

I normally go to Aksarben Nails for a dip powder manicure. Today, I got an oil change out at the Village Pointe Auto Mall so I decided to go to American Nails (I used to go all the time). They have many more colors than other salons. However, my manicure is just...sloppy. The powder isn't even at my cuticles (she didn't really use my nail bed as a guide), the sides of my nails don't have powder, and my nails on my right hand are much longer than my left (the nail tech didn't bother to even up my right and left hands). There are many flaws in my nails - she notice a bubble on my middle finger (how does that happen with dip powder!?) and just applied another clear coat over it. I will be exclusively going to Aksarben from now on. It's not worth it to pay ~$50 to be disappointed in the end result.

Connee Geise

Over priced and mediocre quality. Lots of salons out there that do a much better job at a cheaper price.

Kim Alberts

Nice and relaxing

I am not one to ever leave a review but if I can help someone else from having such an awful experience, I will. My friends and I went to have pedicures which I will say the ladies that did the pedicures were very nice and professional. We frequently get our nails done so I can say that I speak from experience when I say that a pedicure should last longer than 3 days. We went on a Friday after work and by Monday morning they were already chipping. I called into the salon and let them know what has going on and they said to come in and they would fix them for free. Upon showing up one of the girls at the front desk informed me that they would not fix the pedicure as there is no guarantee. I work in customer service and I can say the tone and mannerisms she used is unacceptable. Horrible pedicures and horrible customer service, spend your money elsewhere!

Michelle Kloppenborg

Can I just say I am BEYOND disappointment and upset with how I was treated and the service received today getting my nails done. I had a gift certificate from Christmas. It was for a Mani/Pedi. I asked right when I got there if I could upgrade my Mani to a shellac manicure. I was told no, I would have to pay full price. Sounds off, but okay. Then when I went back to get my nails done, the technician asked if I wanted to upgrade. I explained to her I didn't have the funds to do so. To which she responds "well the polish is just going to peel in 2 days then". She proceeds to do my nails very quickly. The polish didn't even cover a few of my nails. I had to ask her to fix my thumb. She didn't clean the nail off prior to applying polish and now there are pieces of cuticle under the polish. Not to mention my nails are filed awkwardly at an angle and polish left on my skin and round my nails. I saved this for a special occasion and now I feel like I should just remove it because they look silly. Will NEVER be going back to American Nails & Spa.

First time here and had a very enjoyable experience, willing to come back for more and bring friends!

Went in to see my regular girl. She does a great job and is friendly. Well she was on vacation. So I settled for other girls. I had 2 different people doing my nails and all the second girl did is complain about having to do my nails because I like them long. I will go back for my regular girl but only her. Then I was gonna have my 9 year old daughters nails painted and they forgot. I told them in the beginning about both of us. My little girl was so disappointed but she understood why I had to leave. They didn't even offer me anything for being unhappy!

Sara Goedeken

Nice clean space. Walked in, Elle got to me right away & she did beautiful work of my nails. Definitely going back!

I have been going to this salon for about 6 months and have had a wonderful experience every time. Just wanted to say Thank You!!

Tina Andersen

Most expensive 20 minute pedicure I have had. I literally had my feet soaked in water, the shellac on my toes peeled off (not soaked off), then the new color put on. After slapping lotion on they put 2 hot towels on my legs. Luckily they only kept them on for a couple seconds because one towel was so hot I thought it was going to blister my toe. Staff was nice but I don’t think the work is worth the price.

Kaylie Ring

The young lady at the front desk didn't even smile or say hello as I walked in. Was told it would be 15-20 minute wait which was fine, but that turned into 40-45 minutes of waiting with no apology or explanation from the girl up front or the manager walking around. Very disappointed at the lack of service.

I went to Americans nails and spa to get my nails and toes done for the first time. I was very impressed and very satisfied. They taking time to do it right and they’re very professional. The lady was doing my nails was very friendly, knowledgeable and her experience show the outcome. Her name is Kelli and the whole time I was there we talked, we have fun and I really love the way my nails looks. I will recommend this lady and the salon to everyone I know. I will definitely going back to see her again. Fun place to be. Thanks

Elizabeth Sawhney

Loved getting my nails done here. Totally recommend going to Roz especially.

This is an amazing place, I received a pedicure, facial and waxing. It was a great day at the spa. I tell all my friends this is the place to be.

Worst waste of my money. Much better places out there. Research, do your research. Bad service With sloppy work! Never again

DONT LET THEM OVERCHARGE YOU! I came in wanting a pedi and the lady that checked me in said if i did the one step up ($32) I would get a callus scrub. The tech barly scrubed so i pointed out to her where i wanted the scrub and she did exacctly how I wanted it. The tech did great in all other aspects as well but when I went to check out my total was $37 for the added scrub-when the upgrade to $32 was supposed to include that. The lady at the desk did not apologize for lack of communication said whoever checked me in marked it with the added $5 (she was the only person checking people in) I tried to remind her of our conversation and How upgraded from a basic pedi ($28) to one with scrub ($32) and she just charged my card and said well we already performed the service so there is nothing we can do about it. I said it was not ethical to perform addittional services and charge me more than we had discussed without first informing me. Still no apology. I won't be going back just because of the front desk service-also prices are already high there so with tip is was $42 for a pedi! insane

Usually when I come here it’s not extremely bad but it’s some level of bad, however this last time I came in I only was getting my acrylics soaked off. Given that they were attentive and friendly I’d give them the on star. Where they lost it was the nail tech didn’t even get all of the acrylic off. I still have about half on every single nail, which in turn has given them a very unhealthy look and made them look very thick. Do NOT come here even for a soak off. I know I’m finding a new salon for myself.

Just got a signature manicure and pedicure with Susan and felt like I completely wasted my money. She was very rough, did not do a good job filing or shaping my nails or removing my cuticles, and just scrubbed my hands and feet instead of massaging them. She also “cleaned” the cups she used by cleaning them in the dirty pedicure water and reusing then. When we told the girl in the front desk that we were not happy with Susan’s work and were unsatisfied, she just shrugged and said sorry. So much for customer service. This was my first time here, and I definitely won’t be going back. If you want a nice, relaxing, good manicure and pedicure definitely don’t go to American Nails and Spa.

Rude desk personnel. She acted like she was being interrupted on her phone. Nail tech didn't say 2 words and acted like she was insulted that I didn't want gel or tips.

Kimberly Battreall

Had a work get together. We had a blast!

Lauren Peck

Appalled! I got a $45 dip manicure done by Jenny and it didn’t even last 3 days! If I wanted a rushed manicure where I’m told they don’t have a dusty rose color and the color I do pick lasts less than a week.... I’d do my own nails. My last dip manicure at a salon farther from my house lasted 5 weeks and cost half of what this one did... I will never go back. Also Jenny spent half the 15 minutes I sat at her station on the phone instead of doing my nails.

Jason Haith

Always able to walk-in and they're not too busy; excellent service!

Veronica Burgueño

I just started going to American Nails and I couldn't be happier with the service and the staff. My nails look great everytime! Raz is very talented and friendly. You won't be disappointed.

Kathy Thomas

Anne is amazing. Really it's hard to find a nail tech you won't like. This is a professionally run nail salon. Come in and relax for an hour you won't be disappointed.

Lisa Flesner

Relaxing!

Atmosphere and service were great!

Steph Wearmouth

People were nice and the place is very nice inside and well-decorated with a homey-feel, but I had the worst shellac manicure I've ever had here, and it was also the most expensive. My shellac polish is falling off after only 4 days, the actual manicure part was done with minimal effort, and they didn't have the first two options of colors that I wanted; I settled on my third choice. Price was $31 (without tip) and an EXTRA 5 DOLLARS if I would have wanted an accented fourth fingernail color. I won't be going back!

Travis Dallegge

Great friendly service.

Horrible!! Not clean, technician was rough, credit card machine was down, had to wait for the owner who did not apologize let alone offer a discount. Never again.

My mom and I went in for Mother's Day and were first turned away because of the wait time. We later came back an hour before closing asking if there was still time for two pedicures. We arrived at 4 and they close at 5. They had said yes but we needed up waiting until 4:40 before being seated. My mom and I both arranged to get the American Signature that should last at least 30-40 minutes. We sat down and we're immediately rushed. They did the scrubbing, hot stones, massage and hot towels in 10 minutes and painted in 5 minutes. I was sitting at the drying station by 4:55. The experience was horrible and the only thing they did was take $12 off the service. I don't mind paying the $32 but I dont want to be rushed and not get what I wanted.

Janae Peterson

I have gotten many pedicures from here, and they have all been great until the past couple times. I suffer from ingrown toe nails, and I always mention to them that I have them and to be very careful. Well the past couple times they have completely disregarded that message. One time it hurt so bad afterward I could barely walk. I have also tried to get acrylic nails done here a couple times and those are awful as well. After a week of having them they started coming off. One time I asked for a simple design on my nails, and was told that she could not do it. She didn't even bother to find someone else that might be able to do it, and she was very rude. After the last time I complained, and never heard anything back. The customer service is awful, and the prices are very high. For what they charge you would expect better customer service.

Cemantha Erisman

I went there for a fill for my acrylics and then a new color. The tech I had didn't talk to us pretty much the whole time, speaking only to the person next to her. She dremmled my nail beds so short I had to pull my hand away because it hurt (there's literally a gap between the top layer of my natural nails, and the red part which is super close to having no nail). And then she shaped my nails, which the first one looked really good and was what I wanted. Then she started to do the rest and my right hand turned out alright, but my left was SO crooked, I could see it before she even put color on. I figured she knew what she was doing so I bit my tounge. When it finally got toward the end I must have mentioned 3 times how crooked they were, and she told me that it was my previous nail lady putting my acrylic on crooked. Okay? So I said something again and she goes to paint my nails anyway. So in order to correct the mistake of her shaping them crooked, she just left paint off one side of my nail to make it "look" like it was straight. I mean I'm talking like a very noticeable gap between my nail and my skin. And it was super lumpy. the ladies up front were nice and told me I could go back to her to have them fix it but by that point I just wanted to leave. I ended up going to a different place to have them removed because they were so awful. I'm not assuming the entire place is bad, but the gal I got was just awful.

I spent money for multiple mani/pedis. My no-chip manicure was done very poorly. She did not paint my entire nail on any of my nails. She left the sides without polish on ALL my fingers. The ends of my nails chipped right away... to the point where one snagged and broke. I tipped her very well - unfortunately I tipped her before the job was done. I should have been smarter. My nails should not have polish that is chipping already when it's a no-chip manicure. I understand having fun at work but I feel like she was barely paying attention to my manicure and joking around with her friends. Not using this salon again. I'll take my $300 elsewhere.

I was in on 7/21/18. I was told my wait would be 25 minutes at 40 minutes I asked how much longer and then was finally taken back about 10 minutes later. My pedicure went fine and I wore open toed shoes there so they placed the spacers on my toes and then polished. When they were done I sat for over 15 minutes under the light then left at 2:46 to drive to NFM to meet my sister. I did not get home until almost 6 did a few things around the house and then sat down and put a blanket over my legs as it was chilly in the house when I got up I noticed I still hadn't removed the spacers from the pedicure and went to remove them then I noticed that all my toes were ruined by the blanket. It had been almost 4 hours since they had polished my toes and they still had not dried. $58 dollars for a pedicure wasted. I don't know if they thin down the polish so much it would never dry or what.

Ardi Bailey

Always pleased, love Jenna! My manicures last and last.

Hannah Holbrook

I cant believe how stingy this place is. I got a pedi/mani, eyebrow and bikini wax. i spent over $100 and had to be thereover 2 hours. The wait was forever but i made an appointment 3 weeks in advance and i still had to wait over 25 mins past my time to even get into the pedi chairs, i then had to wait about 10 mins there. they do your nails crooked and they dont even match the sizes well at all. Dont let them do your eye brows unless you want them insanely thin. I decided i just wouldnt return and i was going to leave it at that but within less than 24 hours my nail snapped in half so i had to go get it redone....the color polish i used (less than 24 hours ago) was POOF! gone.... the girl that had to fix my nail was snooty because she didnt do my nails the previous day and she now had to repaint all of them since we didnt have the correct color. I emailed about it and they were just trying to get me to come in A THIRD TIME to get everything fix but I was leaving on vacation (the whole reason i tried to pamper myself) so i had to leave with a mani/pedi that didnt match, a nail color i didnt originally want, eyebrows i had to fill in (i never do that) and a bikini wax i had to straighten out myself. I finally talked them into a partial refund ("against their policy" and i had to agree to not come back) and i checked my bank statements and they think that TWENTY DOLLARS back is all i deserved??????? that means they still got over $100 from just me!!! Are you kidding?? NEVER GO HERE!!! NEVER EVER EVER!!! I would have given them a chance to try to fix it but i had to leave the state for my vacation and so that experience to them was only worth $20 to keep me happy?? I have only ever in my life taken the time to write out a complaint ONCE so that should tell you how livid i am. Get better nail techs or close down. You are a joke!

Tanisha jackson

This company is "Amazing". I've always gotten the best customer service experience that anyone can ask for. The staff is pleasant, very professional, and hospitality is great. I can't see myself going anywhere else.

Stacy Vaughn

Used to love this place, Was going somewhere else after coming back the first time we were told 20 minute wait literally we waited over an hour. Decided to go back and try it again with appointment no wait but prices were outrageous Charged my daughter 10 extra dollars to keep her nails longAnd after being told my design would be five dollars they charge me $10 and said french tip even though Only on one toe was an extra five dollars but told that was part of my design I’d asked for so $10 design as if prices arent already high enough. Nails were done sloppy and worker could not understand anything i said so she ignored me. Also tried to explain what i was told for prices but she kept repeating its 5 more dollars, no listening....I think two times back to try was enough. 9/28/2018.

Jacelyn Keasey

Every time I go my mom sister and grandma get nice ones but I get a rude one

melody orton

I dont hate the place but I asked a couple of times to cut my ingrown toe nail and she didnt
