I've taken several exercise classes, yoga classes and spinning classes from multiple instructors and done a bit of personal training and it has all been fantastic and very professional.

The facilities are the most extensive, with the most amenities that I've ever experienced at any gym I've joined in the past. I absolutely love the cold pressed juice bar! The parking lot always seems full, yet it never feels like its crowded in the gym. I love the variety of equipment, the programs on the various cardio machines are very enjoyable, running to a virtual setting is much more entertaining rather than just listening to music and staring at the wall. The ski conditioning class is also not crowded, so I feel like my needed are being addressed by Mary, the instructor, and modified movements are given which is a huge help for me.

I've been coming here for over 10years...as a part-time or full time member, this place has it all. Work out classes, brand new machines and equipment, locker room with all the amenities, juice bar, grand lobby and waiting area. Love this place...friendly staff and well managed.

Love The Wave! The variety and cleanliness of the facility is great and the staff is most helpful. However, I would like to see some other type of cardio equipment that moves your body other than forward or backward. Side to side would be nice. There used to be a couple "wave" machines that had a different motion base.

The Wave is a wonderful amenity for the Flathead. From top of the line equipment to challenging classes, it's actually enjoyable to work out inside. My only wish is the Wave would get a hot yoga room. Otherwise, the Wave is much more than a gym; it is a health and fitness club focused on quality and community - love it.

Your staff is very helpful and friendly. The gym is clean and inviting. People working out are respectful. I've had trainers go out of their way to give me helpful tips while I'm working out which is super awesome, I appreciate that. I enjoy the time I spend at the gym and I enjoy bringing my family there as well. You offer a variety of classes. My daughters have participated in your swim lessons and we have been very happy with them.

Wave is a nice facility. My reward after working out is a hot shower there. I like to go mid- afternoon when it isn't so busy. The water was barely luke warm. This needs to be fixed.

The Wave is amazing. Top-notch facilities build with a public private partnership. Membership is expensive but no where else will you find similar facilities in this part of Montana. Discounts are available for military, locals with lower incomes, and more. Seven day guests passes are great when friends and family visit town too. Oh and their water slide is scary fast even for adults!

I’ve been a member for about four months now. I take Katie’s Balle Core class and work with Scott Corbin to gain strength and improve my balance. These two training programs perfectly complement each other. Stretching and core with Katie and strength training with Scott. My posture has improved to the point that I gained an inch of height! Katie is so motivating and Scott is a Whitefish treasure. He is an amazingly talented trainer. I’ll also be signing up for Katie’s Pilates class soon! So grateful we have access to such top flight and professional trainers here in Whitefish. Thank you Wave management!

I've spent time in a variety of fitness centers up and down the West Coast over the last 30 years, and The Wave is, without doubt, the best of them all. It's large, relatively new, impeccably clean, offers a huge variety of fitness machines, weights, workout options and classes, and is filled with knowledgeable, friendly staff. What's more, it has three heated pools ranging from medium to large, plus a hot tub, dry sauna, steam rooms and showers. It even has a reading area with a fireplace! I encourage you to pay a visit - you won't be disappointed!

First Class facility. Lap pool, kiddie pool with slide, therapy pool, sauna, hot tub and steam rooms. Full weight room, full sized basketball court, 2 racket/squash courts, yoga studio and awesome aerobic room along with a kids depot and pre-school. Full service juice bars and the friendliest staff make this the best health club you have ever been too.

It’s daily intricacy in life. The instructors are energetic and motivating; attending classes is fun even though we are exercising! The staff is friendly and considerate. New ladies room is beautiful; lobby/waiting area extremely welcoming. I love that the Wave (staff and members) manage to express the need and desire for health, (physical, mental, nutritional) and a healthy dose of splurging!

The Wave has good facilities with up to date equipment, clean environment, good hours, and good location. Facilities include pool, cardio and toning gym, and racquetball courts. Change rooms have better features than most. Location is Baker Ave, downtown Whitefish.

We enjoyed our visit though it was fairly pricey. Not being from Whitefish we do not have a membership so we purchased the day pass for $15 a person. Just wanting to use the pool and hot tubs this was about triple the price of going to the aquatic center in Fernie. The facilities were all very nice and clean. Looked like a very nice place if you lived in Whitefish and probably cost effective at a membership level just a little too costly at the day pass level.

Swimming and saunas are very refreshing and help me calm my mind and relax my body. Especially when I am so anxious or excited nothing else will calm me down. The warm pool is great for slow relaxed movement and meditation. The lap pool is great for when I want more vigorous exercise. I like the comfortable chairs in the locker room and out in the lounge. I probably won't use exercise equipment or other areas of the gym much. I get most of my exercise bicycling to work or skiing/snowboarding. Thank you and all the staff. I used to think the wave was an expensive luxury, but now I can see it is vital and easily worth my monetary contribution.

The Wave is very conveniently located central to everything in Whitefish. It's well-equipped and spacious without the interruptions of crowding for circuit training. They have excellent HIIT courses and instructors. The place looks and smells clean throughout with well-maintained equipment and gear.

The Wave is so accessible, starting with the drive over there and then finding your level of fitness plan! Hot showers, steam room and pools before to warm up or relax down after. The whole place has good energy. Call ahead to have a staff member tour you around to learn about all there is offered for members and visitors. That's how I got started & am glad I did!

Good spot overall. Nice equipment and staff. Bit pricey at $100+ initiation and $56/month. Closes too early in the summer in my opinion (9p). If joining I'd check with your employer to see if they have discounted rates.

Great place! Great services, events, group classes, and programs for the whole family. The children's depot is outstanding. We love the preschool program (with a focus on learning, playing and moving). I love that there are so many options and programs! I recently took the time for the April adult-swim instructions and the instructors were SO helpful! I was able to improve from an "okay" swimmer (that could barely do 100 yards without being out of breath) to being able to swim 500 yards with no problem! The Wave has the best staff ~ in all their programs ~very caring and helpful!

I wanted to send an email to the Wave in order to be discreet but their website is a mess and email isn't an option. I have been a member for many years and have recently been very disappointed in the facilities. Showers broken, hot tub broken for weeks, watered down soap in the showers, etc. Then a random text asking if I want notifications to my phone. Yeah, notify me when the hot tub and showers are working again.

I love the friendly desk staff, the towels available to guests, the cleanliness of the facility, and the range of services. Last week, I asked for a bag of ice for a jammed finger and the lady who helped me at the counter was kind and speedy, asked if I needed assistance, and helpful while smiling. Your staff have been more than gracious and to me, that is what makes a business great for the customer. I also appreciate the locker rooms, providing q-tips/cotton balls/body wash is a huge perk for people who bring an already big gym bag. Thank you for a great experience so far!

The Wave is a fantastic facility. They have superb cardio and weight lifting stations. The pool, spa and steam are spectacular. The staff are MOSTLY helpful and kind. Occasionally someone has the snobs or the grumps, but that is most places. They have many many classes with top tier instructors. See Bruce R. He'll get your sweating. The gym is awesome too. If you are looking for a family friendly place to get a workout, this place is it. If your looking for a grungy, dark, serious lifters gym, you may want to keep looking. I mean no chalk? Really? Lol ok.
