I started seeing Dr. Jones for nausea and low back pain during my first pregnancy. I had no idea all of the things that he would be able to help me with. He made is possible for me to stand all day at work up until the day I delivered both of my children. I like to joke that he was able to fix all of my aches and pains except my swollen ankles  My children and I continue to see Dr. Jones anytime any of us have an issue.

I am a full time rodeo athlete. I ride broncs and take on a lot of beatings. I had a previous injury come back early February and it really took a toll on me. I usually just grit through it and move on but I made the decision to take better care of my body this year. Best decision. Not only are they super friendly, but they’re personable and everyone has a great energy. My first chiropractor experience and I’m very happy with my results.

I have had Migraines/ Headaches & nausea daily for a couple of months now. I have always had headaches so I just thought it was how I lived life. Lately I have been taking lots of medication to try to help me. I wanted to stop taking so much medication. I went to see Dr. Jones. With the first adjustment my headache and nausea went away right away! I couldn’t believe it! I have since started going to Dr. Jones and I feel better than I have in SO long! I have not needed to take medication and it’s just awesome!! I look forward to my appointments and I am very optimistic for my health to continue to improve! Thank you Dr. Jones, it’s so freeing to not have headaches constantly! If anyone is dealing with headaches or backaches, please go see Dr. Jones! I had severe sciatic nerve pain for over a month, I went to an orthopedic provider and received cortisone and muscle relaxers, which didn't touch my pain. I tried some home remedies such OTC pain medications, stretching, ice and heat and still did not get any pain relief. After a lot of complaining, crying and coaxing from my husband (I didn't like my bone cracked) I decided to see Dr. Jones. After my first treatment I felt 100% better, I could actually sit in a chair for more then a minute and feel a decrease in pain. I have been seeing him for two weeks now and I can actually sleep through the night without trying to get comfortable every two minutes. The pain in my calf and the numbness in my toes are gone! Dr. Jones and his staff are so wonderful! They are extremely kind and very patient! I wish I would of seen him when I first started to have the pain (like my husband suggested) I would highly recommend Jones Family Chiropractic services to anyone (which I have to many of my friends). I feel better everyday!

On advice from my daughter, I contacted Jones Family Chiropractic - skeptically - to help with a shoulder injury. I could not put on a coat or take it off without assistance. Dr. Jones eased the pain on the first visit. Really aided my sleeping. By the time I showed up for the fourth visit, not only was the pain greatly reduced, but my range of motion had largely returned. I highly recommend Jones Family Chiropractic.

Dr. Jones and staff are the example of how a practice should be run! They are always courteous, friendly, and professional. I came to Dr. Jones with some unusual pain in my hip and back. After the initial consultation, he explained what the x-rays had found, why I'm was having the pain, and the process of correcting it. He clearly explained why the number of treatments were necessary to get me back to the activities that I love. I was pleasantly surprised with the detailed treatment schedule and the up front cost of the services. They are flexible with payment options, and are happy to help their patients find the right fit for their budget. I'm getting close to pain free, (I'd probably be there if I always did the stretches like he suggests, sorry Doc!) and I'm now feeling much more confident with activities that I shied away from because of pain. Dr. Jones and crew are the place to go for pain relief!

I took my 2 month old to Dr. Jones and she has improved a lot. The atmosphere is nice but not like most doctor offices. The doctor himself is also very nice and knowledgeable. One of the best chiropractors I've been too. Would recommend anyone in Billings to go to him. I'm from Anaconda was worth the drive!

Dr. Jones is a miracle worker! I was experiencing excruciating leg pain frequently when exercising or being on my feet for more than an hour. After a few sessions I was able to play softball without any pain! Dr. Jones and staff are all very friendly and making an appointment is far from that of a "normal" doctor's office. They are flexible during their business hours. I left my AirPods at the very first session, and when I went in to pick them up they had charged them for me! A+ for service!

Dr. Jones started treating me 8 months ago for a severe knee injury. I had set a goal to run a marathon and thought that surgery would be my only option to make my goal happen. After consulting with Dr. Jones he told me he could help and that he helps runners all of the time. I was consistent with my visits into his office and followed the treatment plan he recommended and I felt my knee become stronger and stronger and the frequent pain I would experience while running, slowly started to fade. I was able to run 26.2 miles 8 short months later. The pain in my knee is gone and the best part about it was the fact that I did not need surgery.

I had migraine headaches for years after seeing Jones I’m getting them less often and when I do have one going to him first thing makes it go away faster! Plus the staff makes you feel right at home so sweet and friendly! :) ps...The traction bed is a big plus a lot of chiropractors don’t have that and it makes a big difference after being adjusted!

Friendly and professional atmosphere, and they will work with any schedule. I had major hip pain and due to them giving me x-rays, found a compressed disk in my neck. You never know what underlying cause is causing your pain and Jones will help you find out what’s going on.

If your looking for a good chiropractor that will diagnose you and get you on a recovery regiment right away then Dr. Jones is right for you. He is very professional and takes time to talk so the he may treat you in the best way. He has an excellent staff and a great facility that makes going to the doctor easy. To all my fellow veterans that struggle with sleep problems caused by PTSD, nightmares, or pain as i do, Dr. Jones can get you sleeping better in as few as 2-3 visits. I am a 13 year veteran of the Marine Corps. with many aches, pains and problems sleeping. After visiting Dr. Jones a couple of times I was able to notice a significant difference in my quality of sleep and my overall sleep pattern. After several visits I was able to feel a reduction in the aches and pains that i have throughout my body. Dr. Jones is a great chiropractor, I will continue to see him regularly for maintenance and any other problems that life brings about in the future.

Dr. Jones is awesome! With my profession my neck would be sore all the time and I would get headaches. I was able to be adjusted by Dr. Jones. By following his plan he was able to get rid of my headaches and my neck feels great. Not only has Dr. Jones been great for my wife and I he has also been great with our kids as well. I have 6 little girls and some of them have been going to him since birth as a preventative care. They have a very friendly and professional staff. We would and do recommend him to anyone.
