I did not even get a chance to book a massage . So i cannot rate them on that but i wanted to do something special for me and my husband i am unfamiliar with packages since i never have got a massage so i thought i could, call and get some info. I called and asked " i wanted to get something special for me and my husband. SHE rudely snapped and said " Like what" what do you want"? i repeated and then she gave me attitude, SO i was like if i am being met with that much attitude already to hell if i am gonna spend 200.00 + dollars on them. This is the first time i have called anyone to book a massage and i though they looked nice all i can say is the lady on the phone did not represent them well because she lost potential future clients! All she had to do was be helpful to someone who has no idea what to pick and instead i was met with a BS attitude. I am sorry i do not waste my time with people like that So i booked @ Acacia Spa! Cause she was willing to listen and help me understand what i could get for me and my husbands special day ! I work in retail Customers Service is what i do and that was appalling!

I got a facial here today and I’m very happy with the service I received. Ashley did the facial. She very much cares for her craft. You can tell with the detail she puts into her facial. I have had many facials over the years. I first started getting them from a lady I worked with at a salon I cut hair at. She has always been the standard by which I’ve held my facials. No one has ever come close to her until today. Ashley equaled her! I will definitely be going back! The building they are located in is so cute and clean. They’ve put a lot of work and detail in the atmosphere they present. It was like taking a vacation. This tired momma feels rejuvenated!

Then, I had the best massage I've ever had with Ashley. Pressure was perfect, and little things like hot towels and an eye mask was a nice surprise and great addition!! From start to finish they were so nice and definitely worth every penny! Thank you :)
