I highly recommend Riversong Spa. The atmosphere is relaxing, low volume tranquil music, citrus infused water. The staff are great too, accommodating to your needs, friendly. I've had several therapist over the years and have always been pleased with their service.

Lila kept the room calm and peaceful. I know there are massage therapists that talk to you during the massage, and while that may be great for some, it's not really my cup of tea. Lila was wonderful and I was able to fully relax! My fiance also had a massage here with Bri. It was his first one ever and he absolutely loved it! We both carry a lot of tension in our neck and their deep tissue massages hit the spot. Will definitely return!

Today I received the worst service ever. My appointment was scheduled at 9:30 And after I checked in the receptionist said they had me down for 10. I showed her the confirmation text I received which showed my appointment at 9:30. So I waited and was taken back for my 85 minute massage 13 minutes late. I was suppose to get hot stone with my massage which she did NOT do. Also she was rough!!! After all that I was still charged for 85 minutes and I told the receptionist that she took me back late, so she gave me 20% off. Not happy with service at all!!!!! Sad thing is I'm a regular customer which I don't think I'll be returning for any service again.

I enjoyed my massage at Riversong. The rooms have nice atmosphere with relaxing music, low lighting, warm temperature. This was a standard 55 min Swedish massage, but my therapist had an interesting technique, applying gentle steady pressure to areas on my back that were very tense. She also used a lot of warm towels and that was so lovely. She didn't chat much, just answered a few of my questions, which allowed me to just space out and enjoy the time. The aromatherapy included a blend of peppermint, cedar, and wintergreen and I found it very pleasant and calming. I came out of my massage feeling renewed, glowing, energized, and relaxed. I think the price was about right as well. I've looked at similar services at other spas in the area and they compare favorably. I considered the decor a little hokey, but I suspect that the cherubs and Laura Ashley floral wallpaper appeal to a certain demographic in the area, so I certainly won't count that against them. If they ever do a remodel, I would suggest a slightly more modern take without the lacy B&B vibe. You'll keep your customer base growing.

I took myself and my mom to Riversong for the first time as a mothers day surprise and teat. I had never had a massage before, but the staff was incredible and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. We can't wait to go back again and try another one of their wonderful massages. :)

One of the foulest business owners I have ever dealt with. After purchasing a gift card for a family member the 'rejuvenating' experience at river song was anything but. Coupled with overall rude customer service, the owner of this business felt the need to personally respond exactly as you would imagine a self righteous business owner would: refuting any blame and shifting fault to the customer. It is businesses like this that remind us that just because you have been around for a while does not mean you are growing better. I am personally looking forward to the last note of river song.

Have used both the Spa & Salon! When I go anywhere else to get my toes done my thought is always "is that it"? If you need a deep tissue massage Carrie does an amazing massage! Great place to get your hair done also! I would highly recommend her, the spa, & salon! It's my heaven on earth! The girls are always helpful and friendly!

It was my first and only time I went to river song for massages. It was so relaxing and music was so soothing. People there go above and beyond to meet their clients needs. Price is affordable. I went there to get full body massage and when I got done I felt like a whole new person. Because not only they made my body feel good and relaxed but also my relaxed my mind and got rid of tensions in my body and made my mind relaxed and stress free. The atmosphere is so relaxing with soothing low tune music and smelling different kinds of scents from lotions and candles also was relaxing. The people there are so understanding and knows where the pressure points in body that needs attention. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family. I'm thinking of going back there for my birthday in January for spa and massages day. The rate of this place I give it 10/10!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else but Riversong. Keep up the good work and appreciate everything you guys have done for me.
