I've been going to Danette for years now. Here are a few reasons why, a) I always feel comfortable and welcomed, b) I don't get the same experience every single time (because each time I have different needs or pains and she adapts), c) and there is NEVER a sales pitch to buy marked up products, yearly subscriptions, addons or any of the other stuff salons or retailers try to push. You know if she recommends something, its because she truly thinks it will benefit you (I love my foam roller!).

For years I have searched for the right massage therapist. It seemed like all I could find were “salon type” massages. Then I read all the wonderful reviews on Danette at Moonstone Massage. My husband and I gave it a try, and now we’re now regular clients! She listened to my problems, she concentrated on the areas I asked her to, she found the knots and worked them out using a variety of methods. I jokingly called her the “muscle knots whisper” because she can find those little suckers and get them out! She concentrated mostly on my upper back, shoulders and neck. She used cupping for the tight areas to promote circulation and dissolve the muscle tension. While I prefer a deep tissue massage, my husband prefers the 90 minute hot stone massage. She has something for everyone’s preference! Her place is clean and relaxing, you can tell she takes pride in her work. Definitely would recommend this place and have!

I loved my experience so much that I have become a regular with Danette and I bought my husband a package of six massages with her for Father's Day. She is very friendly and accommadating and always listens to your needs. She is always open to adjusting anything to make your experience just right. He small studio is clean, relaxing and inviting. Super positive. Great attitude. Danette is small but mighty! If you work with your hands its worth it to schedule 90 minutes so she can work on your hands and arms for half an hour! You know that song touched by an Angel? Take out all the creepy stuff and just play "touched by an angel" on loop. Seriously though, I'd give Moonstone 10 stars if I could.

I have not received but one other massage in my lifetime, but Danette made me feel relaxed and motivated afterwards. If you get knots in your back or neck, make sure you have her do some cupping in those problem areas!!

I have had weekly half hour massages on just those problem areas for the last 5 weeks and have been blown away. She does not mess around.
