I'm writing about the location in Blue Springs Missouri. They are new and I can't find a page for them yet. I bought a massage off Groupon and thought I would give them a try. I called and let the gal know that I spoke to, that I had a Groupon and ask how much it would be to add hot stones to the massage. She informed me it would be $22. I told her please add that to my total with my Groupon and she said that would be no problem. I went and got my massage and then came to pay. They were going to charge me for the full price hot stone massage. I told the gal at the front desk that I was informed it would only be 22 extra dollars. She laughed at me! She told me I had been misinformed and that I would need to pay the full price for the massage. I refused. She then got on the phone and spoke with someone who is not a manager and they laughed again. She never apologized she never offered me anything else. She said the best she could do was charge me $37 for a 30 minute massage or the masseuse who gave me the massage would not get paid for the hot stones. How was this my fault? The lady at the front desk belittled me and try to lay a major guilt trip on me. This argument lasted for about 35 minutes. I was so tired of it I paid the $37 just to get out of that place. I then called the manager and left a message. The manager never called me back. I had to call her back. Once I finally spoke to her she said that she would credit back the $37. I never received an apology. I went and looked at my bank statement and she only credited me back $15. I have now called twice and have not received a call back from the Manager. This store is a joke. I don't recommend going there unless you want to get scammed .
It's in central west end so parking is limited. I had my husband drop me off to bypass that. For your first time they have you fill out some forms so arrive at least 5 mins before your appt. I had an hour facial and massage. The facial was very nice. The woman who did the facial was friendly and made me feel comfortable. The masseuse was nice as well. It was a great experience. The décor was beautiful and I felt very relaxed.
This place is a fraud and a thief , I went once and gave my credit card , I’m from New York City and they charge my credit card had recurring charges until 8 / 12/ 2019 , they fraudulently charges my credit card 10 times of services not rendered . Be careful with this place , hopefully the Business Bureau will get you
I recieved 2 gift cards to Message Luxe and was excited to get a day of relaxing. Needless to say after to dealing with this incompetent staff I need a whole new massage. I decided to get one of the packages that includes a hour massage, facial, and 2 other little services with eye and hair. The services were great however the customer service of the front desk was horrible. They could not figure how to ring up the package and gift cards. They had other customers coming in so she told me they will figure it out and I can leave. I leave they call me a hour later to tell me they can't figure it out how to ring it up the package with the gift cards. They told me I can come back to get the gift cards and pay the $100 or they will have to ring the services up separately which will change the total to $140. I tell them 1st i did not receive one of the services they scalp treatment that was in the package. She oh ok then it is $122. Did not apologize for not getting the full services. Just you owe $22. WTH. After going in circles about how this is not right that I have to pay more than expected because they don't know how to do their job. I did not want the authorities knocking at my door so i paid it over the phone. I asked for the general manager info. She says oh we can't give that info out. WHAT! You mean to tell me they dont have contact information for the public. So she says I will have the manager will cintact me nd they will contact the District Manager. WHAT? kind of mess. Anyway a week later and I still haven't heard from the manager. Don't go here don't waste your money, you will need a whole new massage to get over this mess. I should have cancelled the charge on my credit card.
My husband bought a 60 min couples massage for Valentines Day. This was our first massage and it was awesome! We had great therapists- Natasha and Justin. They made sure to explain the different types of massages and asked which we prefer. I marked off face and feet and she made sure to stray. I felt very comfortable as soon as I laid on the table. She also made sure to go back and target problem areas that popped or had knots and worked it out. She was also on point with the intensity from the get go (requested firm) and wasn’t overbearing and made sure to ask about my comfort. The hour unfortunately went by so fast, but I have never felt so relaxed in that one hour in my life. Definitely going back!
I had a horrible prenatal massage experience here. Pretty sure the massage therapist saw every one of my lady parts... pretty embarrassing. Not relaxing at all! I won’t be back.
I went there to get a bikini wax . The girl who performed it was very professional ! I plan on coming to them for a facial before the year is out .
I was very disappointed with this place. The room was very hot. I asked why the AC wasn’t working and to please remove me the blanket. The girl who did the massage was very bad. It seems like it was her first time doing a massage. Didn’t do what I asked, specifically to focus on my low back, She actually concentrated on my cabs??? She spent 30 min massing that area then really quickly did my back. I told her what she did do what I said and she answered me: we are running out of time and anyway the lower back can’t be massage because there are just bones!!! I was shocked with that answer. It was my first and my last time going to that place. They should have professional people working for them. By the way she also was checking her cell phone while she was massaging me with one hand. Unacceptable!
Great service. Watch out to make sure you're getting your full hour, I had to speak up and they gave me a time credit because they make you fill out paperwork and then I'd have to refill it each time. It takes time out of your massage time. I've had about 4 different massage therapists here, and all but one were good.

Today was pretty much my final straw with Massage Luxe as a whole. Especially the Central West End location. Last April, I booked a massage and the therapist was so high he dropped a little bag of pills and stole my wallet that was sitting on my jeans on the chair in the room. After being told that the district manager and store manager would be reaching out to me directly, I waited for their phone call. It’s been almost a year and still no phone call. Then today, I had a 90 minute massage booked, and it was cancelled at last minute and the girl on the phone was rude when I asked if I could get booked with a different person today. I’ve been a member for several years and actually have several massages saved up because it took me a while to go back after my wallet was stolen by their staff, but I’ll be cancelling my membership. It’s not worth it to me to go somewhere I’m not appreciated.
Let me start by saying this was my first ever massage. My masseuse was great. No chit chat. Just a quiet experience she only ever talked to ask what I was comfortable with. She focused on my problem areas and gave some good suggestions. The receptionist asked if I was interested in a membership, but was not pushy when I politely declined. Gratuities are handled at the counter making things even less awkward. Overall I was very pleased and extremely relaxed after my massage.
I've been going for months and Tracy is the best. I highly recommend her for a relaxing experience!!!

My appointment was at 5:30pm got there at 5:15 as told the black man who was supposed to do my massage came out at 5:45 and said he can’t give me my whole massage because that will run him into his next appointment but he was late.... this man was very rude and unprofessional I will never go there again
This place is a trap. You sign up for the 10 for the next spa day and get attached to a hidden fee of 65 for the following month. They have you sign up for the special offer, as they talk fast while you're paying for your services. Also, a dirty place.

I called in to make an appointment for my wife and I to get massages. Today is also her birthday. When we arrived they only had an appointment for her and not for me. This is something special we wanted to do together. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There wasnt any resolution to the issue.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! They have continued to charge me even though I am not going there. I called 2 months ago to cancel my services and was told everything was canceled. I just got off the phone with the front desk assistant and she said that never happened and the charges cannot go away. RIDICULOUS!!!!!! Money hungry company with poor customer service!

Got Unlucky with Lucky (the name of the therapist). She asked how she could help me, I told her I was there for an old injury on the right side of my neck. She started with my feet, I kept asking her to work on my neck and she didn't listen, finally she started working on the left side of my neck. When I told her my injury was on the other side she told me to be patient and that she would do both sides. She finally spent less than five minutes on the right side of my neck, and time was up. I will not be going back!
I'm writing about the Fenton location on this review because it is new and I don't think has a page yet. It was a Very dishonest operation. The giant banner out front advertises a 38 dollar massage. I went in to get this 38 dollar massage and was never told anything that would lead me to believe otherwise about the price. I even mentioned how good the price was when I first got in there. When I went to pay afterwards, however, they told me it was 75 dollars. I laughed, turned around and made sure I didn't read the huge advertisement incorrectly, turned back around and asked them how that's possible. Apparently it is for first time customers only. I had received one massage from them at a different location a couple years back that I didn't even remember. They offered up no apologies, no concern for me having to pay double what I planned, and terrible customer service. But they did try to take more of my money by getting me to sign up as a member instead of trying to make things right. I will never go here again and I strongly recommend giving your money to a different company that will be forthright and up front with you instead of trying to dupe you into giving them more money.

Cheated time significantly, bad massage, but nice front desk staff. I paid for an hour massage and got 35 minutes (barely). I came for one issue and the masseuse spent the last 2 minutes on it then rushed out the door. Could hear her music playing from her headphones the entire time. As terrible as my experience was, I do want to share that the front desk staff was very kind throughout. But definitely would choose a different massage business.

Worst business ever. Very dishonest business practices. I paid for one and a 1/2 hours and it seemed kind of short but in the therapist assured me that I was there for 90 minutes. Awful massage she was very very rough nearly brutal Massage . extreme pain and discomfort. Never will I ever step foot back into that dishonest business. I will be calling their corporate office tomorrow liars and thieves. Btw i was only ther 40 min 4:40 pm to 5:20. Completely dishonest.
Had a great experience with Kim. No pressure about memberships like some of the other reviews. This location is clean, quiet and met my expectations. I will come back.
