Well I never got to actually experience it! I would say don't even bother call another store. They clearly don't have time for clients. I called to make an appointment for that day. When I scheduled the time that worked with me she asked for my credit card. Why? I informed her I don't give out my credit card over the phone and anyway I was going to pay cash! She canceled my appointment. I requested her manager to call me which I am still waiting 6 hours later! I would recommend not doing business which Massage Envy

I have had 4 massages here. I had a 6 month membership to try it out. I was told it would automatically stop at 6 months, but it doesn't, you have to watch it. Then when I cancelled , they told me I had about three weeks to use the other two massages or lose them. I was told they were good for whenever, must have whispered 'as long as you are a memeber'. Then I took a friend and they charged me $10 to let her use my massage. I could have set up a new person massage and not paid the extra $10, no one said a word. My complaint is that none of this was related to me in any form. The manager was condesending and rude. All she kept saying was, 'sorry you feel that way'. The friend I took had a horrible experience as she stated the guy kept stopping and doing something?? It made her extremely uncomfortable. I think they just try to hook you in and keep adding charges to your credit card. Be sure if you sign up to ask LOTS of questions as they do not give information freely there.

I previously had a hot stone /deep tissue massage at a different massage envy. It was the best experience and I left feeling great. So this year when my girls at work got me gift card I was really excited and made an appointment at wing haven massage envy for what I was hoping would be the same thing. I made an appointment for a hot stone massage. I did not get a hot stone massage. I got a deep tissue massage. And the lady worked very hard at it. And it felt good. However it wasn't what I had asked for and I left feeling sore and disappointed. I was going to buy my boyfriend a gift card today but changed my mind. I won't be back.

Horrible customer service. I was quoted one price for a massage for my husband when I made an appointment and when he went in the next day they charged him double. Management would rather loose a customer for life than admit they made a mistake and honor the price I was quoted. I will be spending my money elsewhere.

I would like to start by saying that my massage was incredible. Thank you Lisa! When I walked in, I was handed a tablet where I could personalize my massage experience. I was then guided to a calm waiting area where ambient music filled the room. My masseuse, Lisa, Guided me to a back room that was very comfortable. The whole place was clean and very professional in appearance. The only reason that I gave Massage Envy 4 out of 5 stars is because, when I was guided out to pay for my amazing experience, the ladies at the front desk had a sales pitch for getting me to sign up for their monthly subscription to get massages all the time. It caught me off guard and I declined awkwardly. No one wants to walk out of a relaxing spa experience to that kind of daily pressure. Otherwise, I feel so relaxed I could float.

They give Children's massages to youngsters as young as 8 - you have to be in the room, so get the couple's massage room and both enjoy some pampering...

Therapist are good but front desk isn't worth the hassle. I've been going there for a year and there seems to be confusion 50% of my visits. The latest problem was... On Saturday Sept 15th a had a massage at 12:30 and after I make an appointment for 9/30 at 12:30. I had to wait and watch the front desk person put it in the system and write out an appt card. I show up today and they tell me I don't have an appt. I'm not in the system. They acted as if it was my issue. I showed them the card but not even a sorry or an attempt to reschedule. This is not the first problem with the office staff. If it wasn't for the therapists there I would cancel the membership so be aware of these poor services.

I was very disappointed with the girl on the phone last night with her smug attitude! Ive been a member at massage envy for over 10 years and called 6 weeks in advance to set up a couples massage for my husband and i for valentine's day. With the weather that occured and modot urging motorists to stay off the road i called to cancel our appts 6 hours prior to our appt to cancel (not the 24 hour notice but the weather is beyond anyone's control!) Im also a hairstylist and work by appt. I also don't get paid unless a client shows up so i do understand that part! But for inclement weather, sickness, or anything i deem as importance not to charge a cancelation fee i do so! There is a grey line for everything! Instead of having corporate greed, why dont you be a caring, compassionate company and send your employees home since we were their last clients to ensure they make it home safe! I called my home location in cottleville and spoke to jessie and she went above and beyond for me and got my cancelation waived which would have been $100 since we had two appts! I dont know about you but i dont have that kind of money to be throwing around. COTTLEVILLE PLEASE GET A COUPLES ROOM AT YOUR LOCATION! Ill never step foot back into the winghaven location!

Massages are ok. It’s hard to keep one therapist as they keep switching who I see. I have to explain to each what is wrong with my back. I’d like to see just one. There seems to be lacking a special customer support you would expect from a spa-type service. They do have some good therapists. The problem is they keep leaving. Something wrong in upper mgt maybe?

Called to schedule a massage for my wife about a week ago. She’s been there before. I’m currently away with the military. She shows up, gets set up in the waiting area, only to have her notify them 20 minutes later that she is still there. She is then told that no one is available to take care of her today. What a great place to go and relax.... shame on you all for not notifying her sooner. Shame on you.

Very professional... There is a $50 introductory rate for an hour massage but if then goes to$99 if you are not a member. Membership fee is $60 a month which includes one free massage per month and then $40 a massage after that with the membership. Not a bad deal if you use it all the time... The atmosphere is very professional, clean and relaxing

Haven't had a massage here but I tried to book a 9 o'clock about a week ago online. It was open. The 8 and the 9 was open with the same person so I tried for the 9 o'clock because I knew I could make it but it was giving me an error. Tried about 3 times. So I booked an 8 o'clock went back to the screen and it booked and 9 was still open. Anyway i ended up calling to try for the 9 o'clock because i knew i wasn't going to make the 8. I understand they want to book early ones first but were the ones paying and i am a member so if you charged my card i at least hope i have member rates. I will check my account tomorrow or maybe you can after reading this review...thanks

Purchase a 1 hour massage as a gift for $50. I get asked if I want to charge a tip on that card. I specifically say NO, as why would I pay for a tip for a service that has NOT EVEN BEEN GIVEN, THEREFORE DO NOT KNOW IF A TIP IS EVEN DESERVED. Credit Card gets charged $64, so even after I say no tip, you go ahead and give yourselves ~15% + tax. Sorry, but 1 strike and you're out.

Pretty much what you expect. Kinda like walking into a chain restaurant. You are hungry the food is okay so you eat it but it most definitely is not your favorite and doesn’t surprise you or exceed expectations for massage

I previously reviewed this location five stars because the services I have received there have been incredible. However, today had the misfortune of meeting the owner after cancelling my membership, which, due to Massage Envy's ridiculous policies that obviously exist only to make money, has been a very difficult experience. The inconvenience of being required to go to my "home" location (which is nowhere near where I live), inability to transfer my services to my husband, among others, is nothing compared to the humiliation of being approached by the owner at the front desk after receiving my services today. When asked for feedback on my cancellation form, I wrote that I disagreed with their policies (verbatim, "your policies suck" - I was in a hurry). His ego was so damaged by this, that he felt the need to condescendingly explain to me in front of members of his staff how memberships work, and how these inconvenient policies are there to protect me. I understand how corporations work, and that their primary motivation is to make money. But when an owner of a franchise is so greedy that he feels it appropriate to shame his customers for providing honest feedback about an unpleasant experience and cancelling their membership, it is downright disgusting. I am sure that he will attempt to further shame me by replying to this review, but I hope that someone who reads it chooses to support a local business instead of feeding into this man's corporate greed. Though I love my esthetician very much, I will not be back to this location.

Marcia is the best esthetician around! I’ve been apart of Massage Envy’s membership plan for a few months now and was so close to canceling (shotty service/not the best facials) until I had Marcia do my facial today! AMAZING! My skin has NEVER looked better it was absolutely and wonderfully relaxing... but seriously MY SKIN! I’m in love with it!!! Thank you soooo much Marcia!! You are the best!! O’Fallon Massage Envy service is unmatched compared to the Cottleville location. The front desk is so respectful and pleasant. Wish I could switch membership locations! See Marcia on Tuesdays and Wednesday’s for special treats and discounts!!
