I would say it's unfair to give a one star review since I haven't had the chance to experience their service but I think I already have, two times. A year and half-ago, I bought a $150 gift card for wife. I scheduled appt online but no one ever called back. Got frustrated and didn't reschedule. Fortunately, the card does not expire, or so it says. On Thursday, I went in and talked to one of the staff asking if they have available spot on Friday or Saturday and I was told they do. I then scheduled another appointment for Saturday. And again, no call back. Instead of wasting my time with these people, I'm going to use the $150 for product instead AND WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER, do any business with them ever again...did I have enough EVER there... I hope so. And owner, don't bother to reply because your words will be meaningless.

Wonderful and very knowledgeable lady named jessica at the front desk helped me set up a future appointment and offered/recommend some wonderful facial and foot and anti stress creams and oils i could purchase to take home until my appointment. A wonderfully Pleasant experience, I have not got my massage therapy yet but I will be back for sure just because of her service alone! Very satisfied and I highly recommend this location!

Almost 10 minutes into my scheduled appointment time an employee walks over to me - pronounces my name wrong after the person who checked me in said it correctly- and advises me that the massage therapist scheduled for my session is not in the building. An acceptable reason was given, however telling a client "oh sorry we won't be able to get you in for your appointment" after the appointed time has passed is unacceptable. As a supervisor/manager how are you not aware that a person will not be able to make it to work or they are not present at their scheduled start time in a small business setting? The reason was not an emergent issue that would result in a last minute call. I was offered compensation- come back later for services at no charge- however based on how the situation was handled I have no desire at this point to rearrange my schedule to return later.

I being a therapist myself understand the nature of the business but they screwed me and stole my money yet again after I froze my acct . they took the money anyway which made my bank acct negative .then gave a excuse of the previous manager noted it was a one month freeze when it wasn't what I set up. And that manager was let go and doesn't work there anymore... no wonder their clinic is suffering !!!!personally this is super bad business and I don't suggest anyone go to them because they don't even want to fix the problem refund me my money and refreeze my acct I will be cancelling and trying to get in contact with the Lovells (the owners) to rectify the situation DONT GO HERE

I went to this location yesterday, absolutely the worst massage experience I've ever had. I paid 80 dollars for a 43min "deep tissue massage". With Laura? Lauren? Was not warm, comforting or welcoming in any way. The front desk staff were the only good part of this entire experience. After the massage was over "she said well, that's it. I hope you enjoyed your massage"......I was 12min late because of traffic delays on Manchester (shocking I know) so they started my 60min massage while I wasn't there.... awesome. Hopefully I can get my money back? Our be credited a massage? If not this business will be losing a potential twice a month customer. So let's see if the customer service department lives up to the same standards as the staff at the Manchester and Baxter location.

Tori was amazing. I have never felt so comfortable with someone new giving me a massage. She knew exactly where my trouble points were and how much time to spend at each spot. The heated blanket was a huge plus. The staff were warm and friendly, and it was an overall very quiet facility. It was a great experience and I look forward to coming here again!

Would definitely recommend this Massage Envy location! I just got my first massage there and was blown away by Jackie's professionalism and technique. My spine curvature has not only made me self-conscious throughout life, but also left my muscles in a perpetual state of tightness. Jackie was so compassionate, and made me feel comfortable through each step. I was so impressed with her knowledge about the various muscles affected by scoliosis and the corresponding techniques that alleviate tension. I felt so much lighter leaving the appointment. Thanks, Jackie, you're awesome! :)

Always had a weird vibe to this place. Staff was unfriendly, cold, kind of a creepy feeling I would get when I visited. I haven't been in a few years because my last visit was horrible-I was taken advantage of sexually by a massage therapist. Use caution and trust your gut.i now know what my gut sounds like!

Went to the wrong location, wouldnt let me transfer the appointment and wrote me down as a no call no show despite it being rush hour and there was no way I'd make it there to get even half an hour. Save yourself a trip, head to the des peres location or Chesterfield location. The staff is much friendlier and way better unlike the girl who's in charge of answering the phone at the Manchester location
