Oh let's see where to begin... I've been a customer/member with Massage Envy over 5 years and not only do they raise my monthly rates, they can hardly squeeze me in over half the time when I need massage therapy. Listen up Massage Envy, this is supposed to be therapy. We are not trying to reserve a table for 4 at your local pub. I've been pretty unhappy being treated like a number versus a long time member. You all were great up until 1.5 years ago. Just seems if it's not convenient when I need therapy, then my money will go to another Therapist.
I'm going to quit my membership and go the direct route. I rather pay someone $65 an hour who treats me well who actual cares about how my physical pain is versus another greedy corporation who doesn't give two cents about their long time members and their needs. Yes, "NEEDS", not wants. Spoke with the GM/Owner as well. Mark was his first name. Told me there was nothing he could do about the rate change. HA, what a joke. Some owner you are. Nice turn key operation for ya huh? Well, not on my dime anymore! Yes, if you own a franchise I guess you are just the little person who collects the money that is last to know on what changes for the business. Once again, fat joke and I will not return to this location. I will go to another location that will honor my time and my saved up sessions because MA is so cheap they will not refund my prepaid sessions I haven't even used yet. I tried but no cigar so, I will just use up all my sessions and be done.
