I've seen three different masseuses from this location and Eric is my go to guy. For someone with chronic pain, I can almost go an entire day pain free after seeing Eric. He really knows how to target the muscles and work out the knots. Thank you!

I was so disappointed to find out the one in Olivette closed, so I went to the one in Creve Coeur instead. I am glad I went I ended up with a really great massage therapist very professional and really focusing on my tight back and neck. I would definitely recommend this place

Very good massage therapists (Jerome and kathy) but scheduling is super bad. Everytimes I made an appointment it was either "you never scheduled a appointment " or "your appointment is for next month" due to this reason this place lost 4 memberships and customers that tipped good. I wish you guys could fix this issue and this place would be great. I am editing this review because I was helped by a great manager Amanda and she took responsibility for everything and took care of everything

Staff is rude, laughing and making fun of customers while on the phone trying to reschedule appointment. Answers calls out of order leaving customers on hold for long periods of time, then while trying to reschedule I wasn’t given a date just a day and showed up on the wrong day which also apparently was very amusing. Will not Ever go back to this location and perhaps the entire franchise. Okay

Tried to make an appointment as a new client since I received a gift card from family lady that answered was rude, wanted my credit card information since I had not been there and in case I didn’t give 24 hour notice to cancel my appointment but we were scheduling a same day appointment hmm that makes sense and she was the “manager”. Went in for my first massage ever. I was given a gift card from someone who knew I often have a sore neck and stress in my shoulders. I must say, it was a great experience. Very professional staff and they were all very thorough in what I was trying to accomplish by coming in. No pressure for any membership or anything like that. I will definitely be going back. And would certainly recommend anyone to go check it out.

Overall it is a really great experience there. The location is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The only drawback is if you purchase a one hour massage they have 10 minutes of " prep time " and then five minutes to let you get redressed so you are only getting 45 minutes of massage after paying for 1 hour.

Oh let's see where to begin... I've been a customer/member with Massage Envy over 5 years and not only do they raise my monthly rates, they can hardly squeeze me in over half the time when I need massage therapy. Listen up Massage Envy, this is supposed to be therapy. We are not trying to reserve a table for 4 at your local pub. I've been pretty unhappy being treated like a number versus a long time member. You all were great up until 1.5 years ago. Just seems if it's not convenient when I need therapy, then my money will go to another Therapist. I'm going to quit my membership and go the direct route. I rather pay someone $65 an hour who treats me well who actual cares about how my physical pain is versus another greedy corporation who doesn't give two cents about their long time members and their needs. Yes, "NEEDS", not wants. Spoke with the GM/Owner as well. Mark was his first name. Told me there was nothing he could do about the rate change. HA, what a joke. Some owner you are. Nice turn key operation for ya huh? Well, not on my dime anymore! Yes, if you own a franchise I guess you are just the little person who collects the money that is last to know on what changes for the business. Once again, fat joke and I will not return to this location. I will go to another location that will honor my time and my saved up sessions because MA is so cheap they will not refund my prepaid sessions I haven't even used yet. First and most importantly, my therapist Tracy is wonderful! No complaints at all. But....drawbacks are front desk staff is lacking at times. They did not offer me my complimentary serum for the lotion, and its never offered. The very minimal Murad products are disappointing. I have said many times which therapist I DO NOT want, based on past massages and asked they put that in my notes, when my favorite Tracy is not available, I usually get offered one of those people I dont use! Read the notes, please. Its not hard. New franchise owner is not very accomodating. No 2 ME are run the same, you should really try to please your customers for client retention. We have many choices!!

Today I decided to do something nice for my mom. I thought what better way to make her feel appreciated than treating her to a massage. I called several Massage Luxe first and they were not able to get us in. I called Massage Envy on Creve Coeur and was greeted professionally and the women was very nice. She quickly scheduled my mom and I an appointment later in the afternoon and offered directions. I was extremely excited and so was my mom we were greeted immediately by our first names and taken back to fill out paperwork. We were offered water and told about the process of getting a massage. My therapist was Shontay. She greeted me with a smile and was very polite and professional. She delivered a great massage and conversation. I forget the therapist name who massaged my mom but when I met my mom in the lobby she greeted me with a big smile. Job well done ladies. We will definitely be back.

I couldn't ask for more from the Creve Coeur location. The front desk support is great. They make me feel like am an important client. They always greet me by my first name when I walk in. But....most importantly is Ann Marie my massage therapist. She perfectly customizes my massage and is always on point with her therapy. Ann Marie has definitely perfected her craft. So professional and so knowledgeable. Massage Envy is truly blessed to have her on the team.
