Never not once has this place had available appointments within a 2 day request. Always completely booked. It's been 2 years since I've become a member and have like 15 massages racked up bc they can not ever get me in unless I make an appointment weeks in advance. Luckily the maple wood location is awesome and very accommodating. They need more staff at cottleville. Just saying.

I had the best customer service while I was into the Cottleville location. A sweet girl, Ashley, helped me with every question I had and was very knowledgeable. I asked if she was a manager and she sadly said "no, but I'll be glad to get her for you". I said "oh well you definitely should be promoted to one!" The way she cared for me was great. Everywhere should have great customer service like Ashley provided for me that day when I walked in.

At best incompetent at worst dishonest. I was charged twice for a $150.00 purchase. Thank God my wife watches the statements. We are now into day 5 after complaining. It doesn't seem that anybody can do anything to fix it. BE CAREFUL WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD AND DEBIT CARD STATEMENTS. Apparently this place don't need the bad guys to hack the system to miss use your credit and debit cards!

I am so impressed. I have had many massages through my traveling, never here at home. I was going through physical therapy for my shoulder and my whole body was out of balance from working my left side and not right side. I was in extreme pain with my neck and upper back. My doctor and myself was trying to figure out if it was muscular or if something was really wrong with neck. I didn't want to have more surgery if it wasn't necessary. I then been having massages to try to figure out what the problem really is. It has been helping me figure out what is going on. Kim listened to everything I had told her and really knew what to do, I was shocked she was so knowledgeable about what to do. I told my Dr. everything she had done with the massage and what her suggestions were. My Dr. was very impressed and we are figuring things out. The impressive thing was Kim really cared and remembered details of my situation. It has helped me to function better and relieve the pain. She is very professional. I feel more on the road to recovery, and it helped to guide my physical therapists as to the proper treatment. Now I am sending my husband!! Good customer service doesn't exist anymore and I feel very lucky to have Kim.

Customer service is always excellent at this location especially jessie! She went above and beyond for me for an incident at the winghaven location. She explained to me they have different owners! Well winghaven you better step up your game! The only downfall is cottleville doesnt have the couples room! I dont think i can step foot into the winghaven location knowing how terrible they treat their customers and employees! I also notice how managment responds to these reviews but i also made a review on winghavens page and they dont respond at all to any of the reviews! Perfect example that winghaven needs some cleaning up in management! Its disheartening to know im limited with locations now when my client works as the district manager at massage luxe but i have refused to switch since i have been with massage envy for over 10 years. I know you are owned by different people but you share the same name so that could definitely hurt business!

Rip off I went there for the first time bad smell in room,not clean at all.Also they tricked me into signed some membership fee I canceled it they tried to call to collect I didn't answer was in school.Then 3 days later charged my account 59 dollars I called to talk to manager.She said even though she saw I have not been back once she was not going to do anything.So I just wasted 59 out my account for nothing.What a waste of money.No customer satisfaction they care more about ripping people off than helping.They suck in my book I'll never be back!

I don’t want to leave a relaxing experience by awkwardly pushing back several times with a pushy front desk worker. They don’t seem to understand that this kind of behavior actually discourages many potential clients. Never going back.

I have been a member for a year and a half now and I love this place. They are friendly and full of smiles when you first walk in the door and the therapists are wonderful. I suffer from migraines and fibromyalgia and they are good at making me feel better. Heather and Candice are miracle workers. Definitely worth the price of the membership and when I can I love the aromatherapy. Would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

The front desk staff are the reason there is one star dropped. Honestly, I understand, they are just doing their jobs. Overall, they are extremely friendly, but for a time where you are supposed to be relaxed and without any worries upon leaving when you do NOT have the membership versus when you do... can add stress at times instead of allow it to be taken away. The massages are always great but again, I don’t want to walk away from all my worries to the front door where during payment I start to feel a little defensive over my NON membership decision. I’ve had to sign back up every visit I’ve made the decision to leave their plan to get them to stop pushing so that I can have a few more enjoyable moments. That’s starting to make me steer clear

I booked a 1 hour massage. I was 15 minutes early to my appointment. At 5 minutes after, the front desk girl came to tell me the therapist was getting set up (really it’s that she was late) at 8 minutes after I was getting undressed and 12-13 minutes after the massage started. It ended precisely at 11:55. So I would say it was more like a 40 minute massage and the late time was not made up. The therapist in the room next to me was very loud talking to her client, so it wasn’t very relaxing at times. When my appointment was over the girl at the front desk was on the phone and I stood there about 5 minutes before grabbing a pen and envelope from behind the desk and then leaving a tip on the desk without the therapists name. No goodbye or thanks for coming. I would have paused the call to say that. I couldn’t decide between a 2 or 3 stars but I more than likely would not return.

I was a member for over a year, had some good massages, some not so good. I had to physically go into the location to cancel the membership, which is pretty typical for a business. I signed paperwork which was filed with their office. Three months later I realized they were still charging me and never canceled the membership. When I inquired about the charges and requested a refund for $180 for the three months, they said they had no record of me canceling. The woman I spoke to at the front desk specifically recalled canceling my membership but informed me that I need to keep track of my paperwork because they lost their’s. That’s so crazy because I don’t remember getting hired as a secretary at massage envy. The supervisor that was spoken to decided to refund me but only refunded two out of the three extra charges. I had to physically go to my bank and file a fraudulent charge to receive the remaining amount. There are such better facilities out there that have a higher quality of customer service, if you were looking for a massage membership I would highly recommend going elsewhere. If you’re looking for a subpar cheap massage I would probably go here.

The worst customer service!!! I had gotten a massage at the end of Feb that was the worst massage I had ever received. Complained about it and went back yesterday. You would think they would give their all to make it the best experience however it was not. They were supposed to give me a sugar foot massage bc the first was awful and didn't receive that. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
