If you get a membership it is hard to get an appointment. They also had to cancel my last two appointments because the therapist wouldn't be there.

Was at the chesterfield location over the holidays shopping for my mother and mother and law. An employee by the name of Evan came out from the back. He stood next to the young lady at the front desk for quite some time as she was doing a fantastic job informing me of the choices I had to select from. Evan was paying no attention to our conversation on his cell phone. He proceeded to interrupt our conversation by requesting that the young lady who was assisting me go preform another task. I requested that she continue to assist me so that I didn't have to start my process all over. I found this to be very rude and unprofessional of him. I am not sure if employees at this location are commission based but it was clear this man was trying to take over a sale in which he was not part of. I left the store not purchasing anything, and will not be returning again.

Came here for the first time for a couples massage. It was both our first times getting a massage. Everyone here was friendly and made us felt comfortable. Helen was my masseuse and she was WONDERFUL! My fiancé had Sarah and she made sure my fiancé was comfortable the entire time. The environment inside is soothing! We’ll definitely be back!

When I walked in there were two girls sitting at the check-in desk. Both were on the phone. One was obviously setting an appointment for a client while the other one was on a very obvious personal call.... not sure why I had to wait so long for her to finally tell the person on the phone "I've got to call you back" before even greeting me.... very rude and unprofessional IMO. Please dont make your clients late for a scheduled massage because you are taking a personal call. Seems funny you wouldnt have a break room or something where employees can make those kind of calls not directly in front of waiting customers?

I experienced a very nice massage and facial. Very clean, nice products available, friendly staff and fair price. It is NOT a spa, not overly fancy for hours of relaxing but a wonderful place for massages, facials with many services available at affordable prices.

My last massage was December 2014. The "therapist" was way too abrasive. Each time she dug her elbow in back, I heard popping. I actually walked out with bruises. Recently, I attempted to schedule a massage online for my partner, after two days I called to confirm and of course they couldn't find a record. This has to be the worst location ever.

If your looking for a deep tissue massage and someone who knows what they are doing; Tom is your guy! I’m training for a Powerlifting competition and also work as a Chiropractic Physician adjusting people all day. Therefor my body is taxed and I’m always in need of a good massage. I was recommended to see Tom and he was great! You can tell he understands his anatomy and individually strips out and releases each muscle. I went back in today as he recommended to get a 90 minute massage and it was the perfect amount of time! As a Chiropractic Physician I definitely recommend Tom to anyone with musculoskeletal pains or athletes looking to improve their performance!

I have been coming to this location for about SIX YEARS, almost monthly. I have primarily seen Machelle, who is an absolutely outstanding massage therapist. She is kind and professional at all times and is able to zone in on troubled areas, whether it has been neck and shoulders, low back or elsewhere. On occasion, I have seen other therapists and have even had a facial once to deal with some rough skin. Everyone has been excellent. The front desk is always helpful and friendly. Scheduling has never been a problem. I'm delighted to be one of their regular clients.

Karen was my esthetician and she is great! She tells you how it is while making the experience very relaxing. Yesterday was my first visit and I woke up this morning with the softest skin. Karen performed some extractions but I only woke up with one red spot. In the past, the day after a facial my face looks like it got ran over. She was very gentle. She has a very soothing way about her and she clearly knows what she's talking about. She works with you to clear up any skin problems (acne in my case) from the inside out. For example, we talked about my diet, my water intake, and my sources of stress. I already made my appointment to go back in a month.

I have been a member of Message Envy for over 6 years and have used several different therapists (usually because I call to get an appt. on short notice). I haven't been disappointed in any message, although I especially like Machelle, Mary and Holly, if they are available. On several occasions the therapist have given me helpful ideas that I can do at home to relieve back discomfort. I have also treated myself to an occasional facial. My husband commented when I came home that I looked really good (for him to notice is very rare). I felt it really made a difference in my complexion and was so relaxing. Because I travel fairly often and sometimes am away over a month at a time, I especially like the idea that I can freeze my membership so I am not being charged while I'm away. The front desk people are so friendly and pleasant, not at all high pressure, but always ask if I would like to book my next appt. before I leave.

Very comfortable place, very clean and friendly. My wife and I just had a couples massage and I was happy with my massage, my wife was not very happy as she booked a deep tissue but realized early in that she was not getting what she hopped for. She was covered in oil when we walked out to pay and the front desk told her that her massage was a relaxation massage and not deep tissue. My wife was sure she booked 2 deep tissue massages as that is the only type she likes. They were kind enough not to charge us for her massage and my wife will be going back to see the girl who did mine.

Great place! The staff is super friendly, nice and accommodating. And if you want a great massage by someone who understands how to heal people and read their body, you need to see Corey. She is amazing! Saved me from a ton of painful and expensive medical procedures and I will not see anyone else!
