First time going today for 2 hour massage. It was off the hook. Thanks to NaNa i no longer have shoulder pain. It was so nice to be made feel so relaxed. Cant wait to go back!!! Now that nana has went on to other location to be near family Nichole is my new therapst. Wow is she off the hook nice great at her profession and always has a smile and appreciates my business!!! Very very dissatisfied in this place. I called ahead today to see if they had any openings for a 60 min massage past 4pm. The worker said come at 4pm. My mom drove in from out of town to babysit my kids so I could go do this and I arrive at 4:05pm for my 4pm 60 minute massage. No one was at the desk. All I heard was a lady yelling from inside a current massage I assume (how unprofessional and unrelaxing for that person) then she peaks her head out of the room and asks Me to come back at 5:15pm. I said no I cannot as my mom has to be somewhere and that won't work. She then just says your late and shuts the door. Worst customer service I've seen and so disrespectful. how is my full 60 minutes unavailable just because I was 5 minutes late ????? Not ever going back here

My wife and I went to Lily. We both never had a massage before. The staff were very skilled and listened to it needs. They have bars above the table where they can really work in a good massage. Felt great! Amazing price too!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND ❣ Much better than 99% of the massage chain services. Hot stone treatment included (not extra $$ ) with regular one hour massage. Plus, NO annoying Sales Pitches/Pressures for a monthly 'subscription' directly after the OH SOOO RELAXING MASSAGE. Exactly as it should be❣

This is a REAL Massage! Absolutely wonderful. I have went here for years. Hahn is the Best! This Spa is the cleanest I have ever seen. I have traveled across the country and have received many massage,it really makes you appreciate Lilly Spa. I do not believe how anyone could give this place below a 5.

This is the best place I've ever been. The massages and foot reflexology sessions are the real deal. If you want to experience the health benefits from Chinese techniques, there is no comparison. You definitely receive much more than what you pay.

After years of experiencing Asian massage, I found eutopia at Lily Health Spa. Hong Li and her staff are very professional. From hot rocks, back walking and therapeutic massage combined for $48 hour, I leave there feeling great and relaxed every time. My go to therapist is Hong Li. She has this canning ability for locating those tight and knotted muscles. She makes them go away. I highly recommend this Spa.

My sister and I went to Lily's over the weekend to get massages. They asked if i wanted a soft, medium or deep tissue massage. I said medium. Far from what I got. She was so rough, even to the point to where she was punching on me all over, digging her elbow in me and to top it off, got on top of my back with her feet and jumped 3 really good times to "crack my back". I have back issues and would not approved this. To say the least, i have small bruises all over my body, my back is in pain. I am so sore from head to toe. i have had massages throughout my adult life and this was by far the worst one I have have ever had. My sister had a different experience, but I will never return to Lily's again.
