Erin not only does an assortment of methods to align your muscles and bone structure but she works with you to teach you the best methods to ensure that her adjustments stick. I'd highly recommend you checkout Erin at knot magic before going anywhere else. Not your typical "massage therapist".

Probably not the best place to go if you want a spa-type massage experience, but for something functional, more in the vein of physical therapy, fantastic. Along with loosening up the pile of knots that was my upper back and shoulders, my massage therapist relocated a shoulder that had been mildly dislocated for years.

Everything felt very clean, tidy, and in-control here. Their whole suite has a nice calming feel which helped for an overall positive experience. All of the staff was very professional and friendly. The first time I went to Knot Magic I could barely walk from my car to the building, and I couldn't rotate my head because of intense pain from a sports injury. After 50 minutes with Katelin, I stood up from the table and felt no pain. It was literally that effective. My girlfriend and I went to the loop and walked around the rest of the evening and had dinner. Then do too another injury more recently, to my lower back, which was causing severe nerve pain all the way down my left leg. Erin was able to do the exact same thing. I will never go to a chiropractor for treatment again. These are my people now, and they're onto something.

I sit for long while I code and programming, however i mount bike about average 17 miles on weekend. but this wasn't helping I always woke up from back pain and neck pain, Paige showed me how tilt and in-positioned my hip and shoulder bones were. her skills are magic tricks. all pains in my back and shoulder went away after a visit to her. highly recommend her and I return will to her when i have pain.

If you're a lifter (even if you're not) like me and have been dealing with pain, I can relate to you. Please make an appointment and go see Paige or someone else at the Knot Magic. You will not regret it. The only thing you'll regret as I did, is not doing it sooner! I am a 39 year old relatively active man who lifts a few times of a week. I hurt my back last year while dead lifting. I have had back issues many times but usually, the issue was fixed within a week or two with some rest and stretching. But this time it was different. The pain was moving around. Lower back, hips, knee, IT band, etc. The pain was so bad that driving my car for more than 10 minutes would become unbearable. mornings were especially bad. The hip pain was so bad I had to seat 2-3 hours just to warm my body up so I could get on with my day with less pain. This consumed me for 9 months. I got so used to living with pain that I couldn't imagine living without it. It felt like somebody was pulling my upper body and lower body apart. For almost 9 months I tried every message, stretch and strengthening routing you can think of. I saw different massage therapists. I don't even believe much in what most chiropractors do, but the pain was so bad that I even saw a few different chiropractors. None of these things fixed the issue. I would get a small relief that would last a few hours or a day or two, but the issue was still there. Days turned into week and weeks into months. I was so hopeless and in pain that even my depression was starting to creep back in. Then I found Knot Magic while searching for physical/muscle therapists. All the positive reviews had me a little skeptic. But I was willing to try anything and I am glad I did. Within a few minutes of walking in, Paige knew what my issue was (extremely uneven hips). So the very first session she fixed the issue and 90% of the pain was gone. Went back 2 weeks later and she got rid of the rest of the pain. You can tell she knows her stuff. She is really knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help you. I love everything about my experience. The staff is nice and friendly, the office is clean and just very relaxing. I have recommended her to everybody at my gym and my friend and family. If you have pain, please go see them. I am 100% sure she can help. After 9 months of daily pain, I thought I had to leave with this forever. I am so glad I found Paige. Thank you, Paige and Megan. I appreciate your help.

I had knee replacement nearly two years ago. After I finished my recovery and PT I returned to a modified workout routine to continue to build my strength & flexibilty. I was unable to effectively stretch after workouts and continued to have pain in my feet, knees and hips due to tightness in my hips, legs & core.
