I have also had gift certificates, and have had to cancel and she was more than happy to reschedule and even stayed late to accommodate my schedule. I personality bought a gift certificate from KaringTouchDaySpa . I have nothing but high praise for Karen she is such a professional with the work she does. I've had several neck surgeries and lower spine. Surgeries. When I went in to see her I had one heck of a headache. After Karen finished massaging my neck my headache and pain went away. I highly recommend her to all my friends and enemies. Believe she has a couple truly magical hands.
