Bad experience here. We bought a Groupon for a 45 minute foot/back/shoulder/neck massage. We set our appointments for 2pm and arrived at about 1:50. We showed them the Groupon and one of the ladies told us to redeem it. I confirmed "so I should mark as redeemed?" and she nodded. Only after I marked it as redeemed did she say that we could no longer use the Groupon because she needed the barcode from it, which she could no longer scan after it was marked as redeemed. So she sat there making a scene about it for 10 minutes until finally she forced us to pay AGAIN directly to the salon. When we told her we didn't want to pay twice, she walked away saying she was "too busy to talk about it" (even though the place was empty except for us). So we paid for the Groupon, and then had to pay separately at the salon (with a credit card fee) because she told us to redeem the Groupon before she realized she had to scan the barcode. The massage started at about 2:10 after all this, but it still only lasted until 2:45pm (so they deducted the time it took for them to sort out their mistake from the total 45 minute massage time we paid for). The two masseuses talked to each other throughout the whole massage, and one of the ladies left the room 3 times to answer her phone and took about a minute each time to come back into the room. Overall, I would estimate the massage was about 30 minutes after all of the interruptions, and it was very loud and not relaxing due to all of the talking between the two masseuses and the commotion coming from the back room with other employees. After all of this, we still were ordered to leave a tip.

Great massage. Bought a Groupon, but ended up getting 2 full body massages. The foot massage in the chair (reflexology) was the bomb. It put me to sleep before I even began the real full body massage!!! Will def. Go back!!!

Great service for the price! Not so friendly greeter though. She asked me three times if I had an appointment when I arrived there, and was befuddled that I actually did. Guess there was a miscommunication between her and staff.

I heard about this place from my friends and decided to try it. The place is cozy and they have the massage beds and chair. I used Groupon for 60mins massage. Went there with my bf and both of us had similar experience, that they pressed too hard on my ribs, kidneys and shoulders. I said "ouch" but he kept on going.. maybe its just the type of massage that they need to press hard.. I just wish it wouldnt be that hard.

Extremely disappointed with the owner and staff. They set me for a 9:30 AM appointment but they opened @ 10:00 AM. I was set for a 90 minute massage but I got less than 90 minutes because masseuse keeps stepping out from the room. I gave 15% tip but staff was demanding for more.

This place should probably be called "happy ending" place as there were some strange things going on there. I question what was really taking place on the other half of the building. The workers are not there to give your traditional massages. The authorities may want to check this place out.

You get what you pay for but for $22 bucks, it’s worth it. The bed/chair thing you lay down on is kind of awkward and since I’m only 5’4’’ it kind of arched my back weird when my feet were soaking. After my feet were done soaking I was able to extend my legs straight, so it was no longer uncomfortable. They start with a face and scalp massage (my least favorite). After that they massage your feet. This part felt super good. They do some stretching of your shoulders and legs. Towards the end they flip you over and massage your neck, shoulders, back, and legs. This was the best part and made it worth it. As the other reviews say, they answer the phone during the massage and talk back forth some. Also, the beds are only separated by curtains so you can hear people as they come and go.

Love love love this place, very nice ambiance upon entrance. We called and were told we could come right now, which I thought was awesome. We did couples massage, and although it says Happy Feet, they massaged our entire bodies. Reflexology is the type of massage they give. Really works every muscle group. Definitely going back

This store is and excellent massage venue. Now expanded to specialize on foot massage, it has always been one of the best places to get a full body massage. You can get full body, foot, and hot stone massages and for a very affordable price. They have been in business a long time and have many loyal/regular customers like me. I visited recently and had one of the best massages I have ever had. I have been recommending this place to my friends for years. The store does get busy, but even then, the owners and workers are very friendly and really enjoy their work. They work very hard to make the customer feel good from head to toe. I recommend a visit if you have never been and I plan on being a customer for as long as they stay in business.

Very bad service. Not respecting their customer. She let me alone in the front desk while I was talking. They don't look for customer, but only for money. I am really disappointed because what happened with me. Another customer left when he saw them dealing with me.

Not a good place to go. Extremely unprofessional. I gave 18% of the amount I paid as a tip but she still COMPLAINS. They made a seen and won't let me go if I don't add more on the tip.

What a wonderful massage and relaxation day spa for your feet and body. My partner and I had Jake and Terry as our massage therapists and they were amazing. We did the Google special and it was 30 minutes hot foot bath and 30 minutes hot oil and stone body. Wow. They worked every sore muscle. It was great! What a best kept secret in town. I have been to many day massage places and by far this place is top notch. Also, I cannot stress how professional, clean and relaxing this place is. Do not listen to the other reviews where people walk in and walk out. This place is amazing.

Went here due to certificate bought on Groupon. When I went in for my appointment, the lady (who was rude) said I booked the wrong massage. There are two sides to this place, one that does full body and one that does the foot massages. Even though I told her what the Groupon was for when I made the appt, she insisted I booked a full body massage and would need to pay. After arguing with her for a minute, she finally said she must have misunderstood; her English is very broken. I went ahead and paid for a full body massage since I was there and had the time. The massage itself was very good; that was the only thing that was good. The place is small and you can everything going on; people coming in and out, all the workers talking, etc. So, not the most relaxing. I also heard another customer who came in and argued with her about his Groupon appointment as well. I still had a Groupon for the 45 min foot massage, so made an appt for the following week. This massage was horrible. It started with a lady then half way through changed to a man. They were both rough and I had to tell them to ease up a couple different times. The ‘foot’ part was probably about 15 min, everything else was an odd over-your-clothes rub down. Once again, you could everything everything going on, you’re only separated by curtains on the foot side. Something must have been going on with another customer bc at one point all four workers got in what seemed to be a heated conversation. The lady beside me also did not have her phone off and it kept going off. So, if you’re looking for a professional, relaxed atmosphere for your massage, this is not your place. I gave two star instead of one bc my actual full body massage was pretty good.

I have been here twice and can't wait to go back a third time! I don't understand some of the bad reviews. I had 2 different lady's the 2 times I went. Did 2 hour massages. Both were great! They do wonders for my back! See you again soon!
