I just moved to the area and was looking for a new massage therapist. I checked out Elements Massage because of the great reviews. I purchased the Groupon that gave me 3 massages for roughly the price of 2. I had 3 massages by 3 different therapists, all subpar. I felt like I had just gotten a new grad every time. Like maybe they had a lot to learn...but, all of them had 5+ years experience. I know this, because the owner told me at each appt how experienced and great his massage therapists were. I didn't see it. They weren't "bad" massages, just not good.

After a tough semester in nursing school and the physical stress of doing manual labor on a service trip, the first thing I needed when coming home to St. Louis was a good massage. I was blown away by the friendly service. I had Mike as my massage therapist and while I have had poor experiences with male therapists in the past he completely exceeded my expectations. I love how present the owner is in the day to day operations. I can't wait to come back again!

Please be mindful of Amanda the receptionist. She doesn't show sympathy nor care to appropriately greet guests, welcome and accommodate them. She was very defensive and made sure she came first before the customer. The massage therepist failed to establish rapport and was just concerned with getting through and leaving. Didn't feel comfortable at all.

I'm not usually keen on massage chains, have found too many 40 minute "hour" massages and impersonal therapists going through the motions. Angie at Elements Massage in Chesterfield proved my conclusion wasn't valid. She (twice now) took the time to diagnose what I really needed, and went far beyond the typical massage with some custom stretching. My 90 minute massage even lasted (gasp!) 90 minutes of hands on time! Thanks, Angie!

Went in for a couple's massage. The main lobby was well decorated and soothing music was playing in the background. The massage therapists were punctual. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I'd have preferred to have both the beds next to each other but they were not. My therapist, Ashley, did a wonderful job and she was attentive through the hour long massage. Overall, a good experience.

I had an incredible experience at Elements in Chesterfield over the weekend. The receptionist that set my appointment was professional and friendly. When I arrived I was welcomed by the owner who was very kind and I really felt that it was important to him that I had a great experience while I was there. My masseuse Tim was wonderful, it was definitely one of the best massages I've ever had. After going to Elements for a massage I don't see any reason to go anywhere else. If you want a personal, friendly, wonderful encounter when you go to get a massage; Elements is the place for you.

Alex really knows what he's doing. He knows that the best way to work out a knot is by firm, prolonged pressure. He really did a great job helping me to relax.

My massage with Rachel was the best I have had in a long time! She did wonders at working out the knots in my back while also making my massage a relaxing experience. The rest of the staff was also very helpful and really understanding! They went out of their way to be accommodating when I forgot my giftcard. I love that the massage therapists provide personalized massages focusing on the areas that I want. The location is great with plenty of parking. Even though the facility itself is in a strip mall, once inside it is very calm and relaxing. All the staff are friendly. I highly recommend.

The knowledge that Keisha has about everything I have and how she treats me. She adapts each treatment to my needs. Every time before we start the massage we discuss my present issues and that is what Keisha concentrates on. At the end of the massage she gives me recommendations on what to do when I get home to help avoid getting hurt again. I do see the difference after she treats me.

The ladies in the front are absolutely a pleasure to interact with! William was quite friendly and accommodating towards addressing my problem areas due to my line of work (read: IT/desk-bound occupation). This Groupon is a great way to get a jump-start on the wellness that I have been putting off for too long. I was able to get a 30 minute upgrade with a monthly subscription and add my wife as an associate, should she wish to go treat herself.

So many massage places get it wrong, however, this Elements in chesterfield dies it right! They have very experienced therapists that were selected by therapists, not just some business manager with no massage experience. I signed up for a membership after my first visit, booked appointments for two months and told my wife to do the same. Elements membership is so much better than the other chain massage places too. They discount additional visits in the same month and they let your spouse use your prepaid sessions! Can't say enough good things about the therapists Alex, Keysha, Allec and Cheryl. They are AWESOME, and I'm sure the other therapists are great as well.

If I could give neg star i would, just cross your fingers if you book a massage that you will get one, I booked one and as I am pulling up they text and call to let me know I was cancelled as the massage therapist came down with the flu just as he finished his last client. So I am stuck with gift cards that i will not use, as I dont want a repeat. Horrible.

Had a 90 min massage. The owner, Jeff, was very personable and involved in my appointment. My therapist, Gabriel, made sure to communicate with me but wasn't overly talkative so I was able to get the relaxation (and sleep) I was so desperately looking for. I will definitely return!

Always great service! So easy to work with. Best massage place I've gone to. Love that they give you a paper with notes from the therapist and they don't try to make small talk. I feel very relaxed leaving and they make it comfortable for repeat customers. They're not pushy on extras. They make you aware of what they can offer with out feeling like they're trying to sell you on everything. Definitely the only place I recommend.

Elements Massage was very professional from the moment I walked in. The massage therapist achieved relaxation of the muscles and removing tightness/knots from my shoulders, neck, and back. The owner was also very good about ensuring that everything went well with the massage afterwards. He also took the time to explain the wellness membership, which I think is worth the money! (No sign-up or membership fees, just a monthly discounted massage credit)

Massage work felt great, but therapist smelled of smoke which was really noticeable during parts of the session. Have never dealt with this during a professional massage before. The business has rectified the situation, though, and I am looking forward to seeing another therapist soon.
