After reading many good reviews about this place I am actually quite disappointed. In my overall experience. I wouldn’t say it was totally bad but it was well below my expectations and I feel ripped off. The Good: The atmosphere is nice it is relaxing. The essential oils are relaxing and smell nice. Their tables and sheets are comfortable as to be expected. Also they start out with heated pillows which is different than other places and feels good and in the middle she did a neck stretch that also felt pretty good but it was short unfortunately since that was my highlight. I went in for couples massage. My partner got a swedish and I wanted a deep tissue. She said her massage was great so I feel good for her. The Bad: My massage was very far from a deep tissue she instructed me to let them know if I needed more pressure which I did 2 times early on during my session and was told she couldn’t apply more pressure. Before we started I tried to make it clear that I was going to require high pressure which at that point she was already talking about shiatsu for “next time”.(Red Flag raised)

WONDERFUL PLACE and PEOPLE! Stephanie and her staff are great! I chose Stephanie based on her RN background figuring it may help with the issues i was having with my back and neck and boy was I right! She was able to work through a lot on my tightness on the first visit and offer some great suggestions of how to keep my shoulders loose. I had a massage session with Tiffany today and WOW. I came in with low expectations and came out a renewed and rejuvenated man. I've been plagued with neck and back problems for quite some time. Tiffany worked on every single kink I had from my toes to my scalp. She doesn't just rub on your body like some therapists do. Tiffany finds ALL of your spots that need work and works on them. I didn't realize just how much tension I had in my neck and back until after Tiffany worked on me. On my trip home I noticed immediate results that I have NEVER experienced before. Not even all of the chiropractors and physical therapists I have seen have managed to make me feel this good. I highly recommend Tiffany for her therapeutic massage. If you tend to get sore from arthritis or from neck/back stiffness. I am confident Tiffany can help make you feel much better after she works her magic on you. I am a believer now and I will definitely be repeating in the future.

Stephanie the owner was who did my massage and as I explained what I was looking for and where I hurt she recommended I try a different type of massage where she would use her feet and walk on my back and body. It would allow more pressure to my muscles. It was unbelievable!!! Great massage from Mike! Overall, everyone is very pleasant. However, Mike walked out of my massage twice to answer the door. Once for about three minutes. Another time for a minute. Then he ended the hour massage two minutes early to answer the door again! I was the last one to start my massage for my group, first one out, and I lost about 5-6 minutes of massage time so Mike could answer the door. Also, I could occasionally hear people in the room next to us. ☹️

The whole experience moved me. Dan is by far the absolute best therapist that has ever touched me. The massage went from excellence to perfection. I’m 46 and not getting any younger. I have neck pain from an injury that comes and goes and I have seen countless therapists for several years. I usually work 10 hrs or so fri and sat then long days on sundays at a job that I love but that is very labourus. The neck pain and migraine was relentless from saturday afternoon through Sunday,l had pain through the night as well. Nothing I had done to help myself worked. I called,after working all day on Sunday and was able to get in for massage within 30 mins. I was surprised at the flexibility to schedule it that fast. And I had no expectations, since the place I go regularly hasn’t been able to alieviate the pain only leaving me with new soreness the next day. The first thing that made an impression on me that I truely appreciated was when I walked in,Dan offered me a hot wrap for my neck while I filled out the paperwork. I immediately felt at ease and relaxed, The environment that Dan creates through his positivity and compassion is natural and genuine. The only thing that comes to my mind that explains the experience on Sunday,is the miracle of God at work. Dan is GIFTED and blessed! Through his years of training and the peace and joy he’s grounded in, he was able to help me,the migraine and pain was gone within the first minutes of the massage. I wanted to tell him right away what amazing job he was doing but I was speechless. He is slow, strong and fluid with each part of the massage and was highly respectful to my body. I aprreciated that so much. Thank you God for Dan and thank you Cloud 9 for the opportunity to meet Dan. If you are in a place of suffering like i was, I’m encouraging you to make an appointment with Dan right away, go in and then let go of any expectation and just be present to enjoy each moment. By the way I took his advise, drank a lot of water and had a great nights sleep. Today my neck pain is a trace ,no headaches and my body feels good with no soreness. The only thing that comes to my mind that explains the experience on Sunday,is the miracle of God at work. Dan is GIFTED and blessed! What makes Michael stand out to me is the level of pressure he uses is perfect, not too soft, which is what I experienced in the past. I always leave feeling more relaxed, less tense, and my muscles loosened up. Michael always spends extra time on the areas that I'm feeling pain. I've noticed that I don't get as sore as I used to after workouts since going to Michael regularly because my muscles stay more loose instead of too tightened. Honestly I have to say for me this place has been life changing. I had never had a massage before and never believed that it could help my condition. After speaking with Michael Brueckmann on several occasions I decided to try. I have Chronic Migraines and for the past 7 years have been disabled because of them. I've been dependant on migraine meds pretty much my whole life. After only 3 treatments here I can say that my friends and family have noticed a real change in me. I have tried to write this review 3 times in the last 24 hours and every time end up in tears. I sit here now with tears thinking about the fact that in 22 days I have taken less medication than I normally have in one week and kick myself because I did not get in here the first time we spoke about it. I had seriously given up hope that my life would ever give me so many good days fighting the migraines, it is a horrible things to live with. Now I look forward to being able to make plans ahead of time, and not be riddled with anxiety because I know I will probably be sick. I recommend them to anyone chronic pain or just relaxation.
