I had pain in my neck and upper shoulder. She really focused on that and was attentive and effective in getting rid of that pain. Also a very professional and clean establishment. I recommend anyone go there for relaxation or pain management.

Just like anything, things happened the morning of my massage that delayed my appointment. I was feeling apprehensive about things but the owner quickly fixed things. She sincerely apologized and made up the time loss with the best massage ever. She focused on tense areas and relaxed sore muscles. Can't wait to go again. Highly recommend.

I must say that I am quite disappointed in the way I was treated at this “professional massage clinic.” I purchased a Groupon to have a 60 minute massage, and booked the service online. Unfortunately my grandfather suffered a stroke the day prior and I had to go out of town last minute. I called Serenity to let them know about the circumstance to see if I could reschedule. They told me that Groupon’s policy wouldn’t allow them to reschedule. I called Groupon and they graciously reissued the voucher for me to make another appointment. Lamonica called me shortly after and said, “I received a phone call from Groupon saying they reissued you the voucher, but it’s up to me if I want to honor it or not.” Needless to say, she wouldn’t honor the voucher, even after hearing the circumstances. Very poor customer service.
