My husband and I went in yesterday 8/25/19 for a couples massage. It was a gift from our son. Let me tell you, this is my second massage ever and it was the best. I always said I wouldn't do it again, but after yesterday, I would definitely go again. The staff was amazing and I felt completely refreshed after my massage. Felt like jello I was so relaxed.

I was in Gulfport/Biloxi on vacation and looked at the spa services available in town. I decided to go to GCMM (Gulf Coast Mobile Massage Spa) and I am not sorry I did!!! There was NO wait, and they accommodated my request for a male masseuse and a combo of deep tissue in my neck/shoulders/feet and swedish for the rest of the session. ROBERT was my masseuse and he was nothing short of AMAZING! He checked with me regularly and I felt GREAT afterwards. The hour went by so fast, I contemplated another session LOL. Needles to say, the price was AMAZING. I tipped him 100% and i NEVER do that. I totally recommend this spa to EVERYONE and when I come back, I will book another massage - maybe at my rental unit, as they do out calls too!

My boyfriend and I were able to walk in both receive a couple massage at the same time . The therapists were great. The music definitely helped drown out the noises going on outside of room . Great place! !!!

What an Amazing Spa, The Prices are very affordable. When I seen how low the prices were I was a bit hesitant. Seriously where else can you get a great Massage that starts off at $50 for 60 minutes. The therapist I had was very knowledgeable and it was the best massage I ever had. I'm canceling membership at Massage Envy. You don't need a membership at this Spa. It's an everyday low price with. Not only that I can go shopping after my service, just cause it's located in the Biloxi Mall

I might be able to give more stars if I had actually had the service that I paid for. My appointment was scheduled for 7, at about 615 I received a phone call stating that the massage therapist I was scheduled with was running late and my appointment would need to be pushed back to 730. No problem. I got to GCMMSpa at about 720 and the lady at the front desk said she was calling my massage therapist. No answer, but about 10 minutes later the therapist called back and said that she had hurt herself and wasn’t going to make it in. Ok. I understand that some things are out of our control. What happened next was in full control of the girl at the Desk. She basically blew off the fact that my appointment was being missed, not offering a refund or to reschedule. I had to ask her about getting my money back because my service had already been paid for. She said she wasn’t sure how to do a refund. She ended up calling a gentleman who asked me why I couldn’t do my massage with the girl that I was talking to at the desk. Wait, you mean she’s a licensed therapist and didn’t offer to do my massage? Not once did she offer to reschedule my appointment or to do the massage herself. They then asked me to cancel my appoint online, which I refused to do because I felt like it would make it look like I had canceled the appointment when in fact it was GCMMSpa that had canceled it. Poor customer service, poor management of time, and poor people skills added up to me walking out of GCMMSpa without my massage and without an appointment for a different day. I’m thoroughly disappointed in the way this went.

My wife and I went to the Gulf Coast Mobile Massage Spa recently and were very happy with our experience! Our massage therapists, Ruth and William, were highly knowledgeable, skillful, and attentive to our needs. From quality of service to pricing, this is the best all-around massage place that I have encountered. I highly recommend them!

Second time around, it was hands down the best massage that I have ever had! And at a great price point, $69 for a 60 minute deep tissue, with hot stones. My masseuse, Melissa, was absolutely amazing. I will say that at times the pressure she was applying was borderline, but of course I didn't alert her, so it's on me. I figured with the amount of pressure she was applying I was going to feel like jelly walking out, and I'm glad I toughed it out! My shoulders and hamstrings feel amazing. The only real negative I can think of is the proximity of the "lobby" area to the first private room. You can hear all conversations, even over the soothing soundtrack playing. It definitely takes away from the atmosphere, I'd recommend a whispering policy (unless person is hard of hearing.) I would definitely recommend this place!

TERRIBLE. OWNER was very unprofessional in his massage. Got oil all in hair, shower didn’t work, place was dirty. I would not recommend this to anyone. It’s a cheap trailer park massage place.
