Misty is incredible. I can't say enough about her gift, the energy radiating from her hands is like none other. I just moved here and my other massage therapist I had for years had set the bar very high and I was worried that I would find someone that could compare. All I can say is WOW, she not only passed the bar but she shattered it! If you have not had a massage from Misty yet you are in for a treat! Don't wait! Very, very disappointed with this massage. I booked a 90 min appointment. Got there right on time and her last client is literally just walking out of the treatment room. Who books back to back appointments with no time between? By the time I fill out the intake form and get on the table, 20 min had passed. When I book 90 min, I expect to get 90 minutes of massage. She ended the massage exactly on time to the second. So I booked 90 min and actually got maybe a little over of an hour massage. What a ripoff!!! And she's charging a premium for her massage. $115 for 90 min Her massage was way too light. I had to ask several times to be more firm and for more press pressure, but you can't do that when you remain seated for the duration of the massage. She literally remained seated the whole time I was supine. No therapeutic benefit whatsoever. Just light caressing. Said it would be extra for deep tissue. Are you kidding me?? Unfortunately, this new lmt (she just opened) won't ever get my business again. Do yourself a favor and avoid getting fleeced like I did. Misti, If you want to be successful in this business, here are some tips: 1) Never book back to back appointments! I don't want to see or run into your last client. How can you end a massage at 2 pm and start a massage at 2 pm? Riddle me that!! 2) Give your clients all the time they're paying for. If they book 90 min, give them 90 min of massage time!! 3) Put forth your best effort!! I'm sure your massage school never taught you to sit down while giving a massage. Totally unacceptable!!! 4) Avoid Groupon!! I didn't know you were part of the Groupon massage scam artists which are proliferating all over Memphis. Otherwise I would have never booked with you! ***MANY NEW LMTS ARE USING GROUPON TO GENERATE FAST MONEY! THEY OFFER A RIDICULOUS LOW COUPON RATE ON GROUPON AND PRESELL THEIR MASSAGES. THEY IN TURN START TO PUT FORTH THE LEAST AMOUNT OF EFFORT NECESSARY AND WANT TO UPCHARGE FOR DEEP TISSUE. **** You do have a very nice studio. It's just a shame your massage skills are so lacking or either you just don't care one-way or the other.

After more than 15 years of going to massage therapists on a regular basis I can easily say she is one of the best in the Mid-South area. She listens to your concerns and focuses not only on those concerns but also areas that your body needs that you might not been aware of!
