I moved to Rochester and have been looking to establish a new Chiropractor. This company does not accept my insurance. I was willing to pay cash for a badly needed adjustment. When asked for pricing, they wouldn't give me anything over the phone. They said I had to come in because everyone is priced individually. This is a very bad policy. I'm already in pain, I'm not going to waste my time driving there only to find out that I cannot afford their fees! My dollars are going to be spent elsewhere. My advice to this business...Give at least a base price for a visit. Otherwise, you seem shady and just out for the money.

After waking up in severe pain and trying desperately to find if my previous Chiropractor was able to see me with no response I called Northgate and not only did they get me in within 30 minutes, on a Saturday no less, but the staff was absolutely wonderful. They quickly saw the immense pain I was in and got me into a room to start icing the injury, and I saw the Dr. minutes after entering the room. For an initial new patient exam it was flawless. I'll be moving my myself to Northgate for all chiropractic care.

These guys are the real deal!! I saw Dr. Jamie for some low back pain that I'd had for a few months that was not getting better from the pills that the MD gave me, and after just 1 week of adjustments I feel no pain at all and I feel great! Dr. Buchanan and Dr Spangler are no ordinary people. They care, want to do their best everytime. They will prove it to you everytime. Katie is not only very professional, but is so well versed, and knowledgeable, but her intuition is impeccable. I speak from 24 years and many chiropractors. You would be a fool not to ask for their help. You will be better for it. I have yet to meet a Doctor to work and dedicate him/her self to their profession as Dr. Buchanan. Dr. BUCHANAN has proven to embody empathy. This wonderfull person has opened his office for me on Sunday morning to take my pain away when my back and legs gave out. I am over-joyed for meeting Dr Buchanan, this gracious kind friend.

This is by far the best place to go. They are so friendly. They make you feel like family and not just a customer. They are super kid friendly and my 9 year old loves it there. We share pictures of our kids and talk about our day. One of the staff even brought my daughter a homemade chocolate chip cookie bc they talked about craving them earlier that week. My husband went there for a DOT physical. He was able to get in on the same day which was nice. His quality was absolutely beyond poor. He did not get any instructions before that he was supposed to be fasting. He also checked his glucose by urine only when my husband specifically told him that one of his medications caused him to dump glucose into his urine. He failed his medical recertification because of this, when it should not have been a problem if he would listen and do some research or have knowledge. He simply took the money and did a shoddy job with no care or concern for someone else's job and livlihood. I would not recommend going to him, at all after that experience.

Staff are super nice only complaint is the insurance thing. I dont feel like it takes months for insurance to start covering things. At least i'v never had that problem anywhere else. But was totally worth it because it's the only place that helped me get rid of my constant migraines.

They had me in, it was hidden fee after added charge for minimal service. They tell you "You'll be doing ___." but omit the fact EACH service is a separate price. I have active insurance and "somehow" on their end it wasn't going through, so I paid full price on bs. Never again.
