Couldn’t ask for a better experience. They were able to get me in the same day as my car accident for treatment. As someone who has been utilizing chiropractic for years, it’s one of my favorite places because they make sure they take care of every aspect of your problem, treating the muscle aspect with the massage and stim along with getting the joint moving again with their experienced doctors all while offering extra services such as X-ray in house, ultrasound, taping, traction and more. I had a really bad toe injury and needed an x-ray with no current doctor in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Dr. Kevin Schreifels and Dr. Kristen Robinson took extremely good care of me. They treated me as if I had been a patient for years and gave me tip top care. These guys are great chiropractors! General treatments include electric muscle stimulation, massage, and an adjustment. They accept insurance (check with them whether yours is accepted or not) and have good rates for uninsured (me). Convenient location, walk-ins available, what else do you need to know!

Beyond that, every single staff makes you feel welcome and at home by acknowledging you by name and getting to know you on an individual basis instead of just being another patient. The walk-in appointment allows for you to be treated immediately without pain for additional days. Dr Mitch comes highly recommended and knows how to treat his patients. I was recently injured at work. Initially, I went to an acute care clinic & was first diagnosed with a quadricep injury. Upon seeing a PT there, they then said the problem was in my lower back. After 2 1/2 weeks going back & forth for an MRI & PT visits and prescription pain killers,they told me that my back couldn't be making my leg hurt.Period.They said maybe I should go to the Spine Clinic. Period. Still having tremendous pain in my upper leg & also inner thigh, I needed some relief! Being a marathon runner, I looked up "Sports Chiropractor" online & Lyn/Lake Chiropractic was the 1st thing listed. After reading about their philosophy & the fact that they are geared toward athletes,especially runners, I gave them a call. From the very 1st second, I felt right at home. The person that answered the phone was super helpful & I got an appointment that morning. I would have had to wait 3+ weeks at the Spine Clinic! When I arrived at Lyn/Lake, I was amazed at how welcomed I felt. I saw Dr. Steve Eckstein, who reviewed my MRI results explained how my back injury could be making my leg hurt. He talked me through what procedures that the clinic would be doing to help relieve my pain. All the massage therapists there are wonderful! They all seem to inherently know just where the source of my pain is! All the back adjustments and stretching I have received in the past month have allowed me to feel normal again. The things that I haven't been able to do(sleep,sit, drive,weight train and most importantly run) are now all starting to return! Since I started seeing Dr. Steve, I haven't needed a painkiller, prescription or otherwise, am driving again, slowly getting back to lifting weights and have started running again. My biggest fear when I got injured was that I wouldn't be able to run again. I am SO thankful for all the people at Lyn/Lake Chiropractic. They are truly a family and treat me like one of their own. I highly recommend them:-)

Doctor Kevin and his team at Lyn Lake have been truly amazing. I have felt so much care, support, and love, and still continue to be taken care of as they help me through my injuries. Following my recent auto accident where I was rear ended, I was in so much pain, discomfort, and didn't know who I could turn to for relief. I had never been to a chiropractor before but a colleague of mine had suggested Lyn Lake in Uptown. After my first appointment I was so impressed with the friendliness, knowledgeable staff, and the feel of home. Doctor Kevin goes BEYOND for his clients, and has done so much to help me through this very stressful, and difficult time of aches and pain. When I had to leave the states to attend a month of training, Doctor Kevin checked in to see how I was doing, helped me with the coordination/suggestions of chiropractors in the area, and offered to cover my visits until I was able to get my auto insurance worked out once I returned to the states. In that moment it was obvious that at Lyn Lake you're more than just a number, you're family. If you are looking for chiropractic care, and are on the fence or may not be sure if it can help, I would say look no further than Doctor Kevin and his incredible team at Lyn Lake, they truly are the best.

I have been to a lot of amazing practitioners, but none that were really able to help me. I am elated that I gave this place a shot. They have a open and welcoming environment, that fosters a strong sense of community. Dr. Mitch is awesome, listening to my concerns and empathizing with my neck pain. He explained everything very thoroughly and put together a game plan of getting me back on the right track. The front of the house staff are spectacular, remembering my name when I walked in. Can't say the same about the uptown location, they're good with patients I suppose, but the way the owner goes about employment is ludacris, disrespectful and just plain wrong. Go to NE location!!! Went for my first appointment yesterday and was blown away by how friendly everyone was. I suffer from migraines and need to be adjusted semi-regularily to keep them in check. After moving back to the area I was trying to find a chiropractor that offered everything my old one did (therapy treatments, soft tissue work and some other odds and ends.) Not only does Lyn-Lake offer everything my old chiro did, but they had several things I had never heard of! The "game-ready" ice compression wrap is amazing. Anyway, if you're looking for a great chiropractor that offers a wide variety of therapy techniques this is your place. Ryan took the time to take x-rays and explain what was causing my migraines in depth. We went from treatment to treatment and he continued explaining why we were doing each thing and the benefits each offered. Highly recommended!

Lynn Lake is the best place to go in the Twin Cities! With a friendly staff who is understanding and timely, you get right in and out and they don't expect you to come back unless you need to! I am a runner and have been going to them for over 2 years now. They are loyal to their customers and will extend a hand when in need. Need a guest speaker for a class or a clinic? They will provide, need a Massage Therapist for a wellness expo? They will be there. Plus who doesn't love not having to make an appointment. Walk in anytime that it's convienent for you and they will get you in and out and on your way pain free! They also provide other services that I have experienced first hand such as Electric Stim, laser therapy, ultrasound, grasting, and more.

I have been utilizing this clinic for the past 7 months, following a car accident. I came to Lyn Lake Chiropractic after being unsatisfied with the other forms of treatment I was trying. After my very first visit at Lyn Lake I felt relief. I have seen them on a regular basis since then. I have always been treated with great care during visits. I haven't had such a wonderful experience in a chiropractic office before. Dr. Steve got me feeling good and I actually can go about two months before my back was feeling rough again. I have always hoped to find a chiropractor that focused on what chiropractors do best, which is musculo-skeletal issues. I have been going to lynLake for about 1 year and am amazed at the simplicity of their approach and the consistent results I receive. I have had slipped disk, low back pain, etc and Dr. Kevin always does an amazing job, makes me feel better instantly and has a great bedside manner that puts you at ease and give you confidence in what he is doing. I'm an internal medicine physician and have referred many of my patients to him for acute back issues. His prices are the most reasonable in town, in fact I feel like I'm robbing him I get such a good deal. You will NOT find a better place in town. His place is clean, has all the necessary equipment. Lyn Lake Chiropractic is awesome :) I just moved to MN and needed an adjustment badly. I couldn't swallow properly or turn my head. They were able to fit me in the same day that I called, and really took their time listening to my needs, and asking a lot of questions. They took a digital x ray of my neck (really interesting) hooked me up to stim, massaged me (so amazing) gave me the best adjustment of my life, stretched me out and sent me on my way feeling great. I've been going to Lyn Lake for over 10 years now (roughly once a year, unless something more major crops up). For me at various times it's been - shoulder, hip, and lower back. I appreciate their athletic approach in knowing the aches and pains of those who regularly exercise but still run into issues. Kevin, Steve, and Ryan do a great job in assessing what's wrong and treating it. They each are very competent and also compliment one another. If you are receiving treatment from one doctor for a few sessions and not making progress, then they freely let another doctor take a fresh look and approach to your problem. This happened to me and it worked. I appreciated their team approach. Their therapists are well-trained and know the various means to loosen tight muscles. I highly recommend Lyn Lake!!

The open concept is great, but they also have 2 private rooms. You get e-stim, massage, and an adjustment. Plus if you need other treatments, they can and will do those as well (Graston, taping, traction, etc.). Even though it’s almost always busy, you still get personalized service and never feel rushed. Plus it’s a friendly, upbeat environment. All around great place.

I've been a chiropractic patient off and on for 25-years. Over the years, I've seen a number of docs, some of whom were pretty darn good. Today, however, I received the most comprehensive, effective treatment ever at Lyn Lake Chiropractic Northeast. I'm visiting Minnesota for the Christmas holiday and developed nagging pain in my neck and lower back. It's nothing serious, but something that happens when I go too long between visits with the chiropractor. When I walked into Lyn Lake today, I was greeted by a friendly staff, each member of which looked me in the eye, smiled, and welcomed me. Dr. Kristen listened to my complaint, assessed my condition, then went to work. She started with STIM treatment along with heat. One of my previous docs occasionally applied the same treatment, but in my experience, it's pretty unusual. To my surprise, Massage Therapist David followed up, breaking down the various trigger points in my back that were causing me a lot of misery. The massage element of today's chiropractic treatment was a first for me. Dr. Kristen completed my treatment by painlessly adjusting my neck, spine, hips and pelvis. There was no rush; rather, Dr. Kristen and David took all the time necessary to alleviate my pain. By the time my treatment was finished, I was feeling pretty privileged. I felt 100% better and thought I'd received special attention. What I learned was a real surprise: the treatment I received today from Dr. Kristen and David, is routine. It's standard for every patient, at every visit, and is given at a very reasonable rate. I've previously written only one review in my life. I just felt compelled to write today because the great treatment I received at Lyn Lake was way over the top. I wish the Lyn Lake docs were my regulars.

I'm not normally a review person. I think yelpers are generally insecure, entitled people who think nothing of leaving less than favorable reviews about businesses they have no experience running. That said, there is always room for more positivity in the world so here goes. This is hands down the best chiropractic experience I've ever had, and I've been around the chiropractor block. The staff here is exceptional at what they do. The office radiate healing good vibes. They're super flexible with appointments (you can walk in without one and be seen in minutes), they usually play decent music and and and. If you're reading this you probably are looking for a chiropractor, and i recommend you end your search here.

It's an ok place to go but it's an open floor environment and it can get very cramped. This isn't your normal chiropractic place. I don't like how you have no privacy while getting adjusted. If you want a side room be prepared to wait a long time. However if you are willing to wait ask for dr Ryan jones. He gives very good adjustments. There traction table is state of the art.

Superb, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. So good that I wish them all a larger and more professional space to work in. The space is small, noisy, and not conducive to relaxation. The tiny waiting area is often swarming with unsupervised children playing with the massage chairs (which are not toys, by the way). The music is loud LCD junk, which actually adds to everyone's stress whether they admit it or not. Someday I hope that this business can expand into a larger space where patients can really relax and receive treatment more privately and peacefully. This excellent staff deserves it!

Lyn Lake has been nothing short of perfect. I am a runner and back in 2011 while training for the Twin Cities Marathon, came up lame on mile 15 of my 18 mile training run. This was the first running injury for me and had no idea what it was. It shut me down until this year. I signed up again and ran 10 miles pain free until one day I couldn't finish a 2 mile run. To Lyn Lake I go and Dr. Ryan Jones. After one treatment for IT band syndrome, I was able to put in 6 miles pain free....the next day. They used electric stim, ultra sound, massage, graston, and the best part... the game ready machine. Everyone is super friendly and love the "open" atmosphere. I will be going here for all my chiro needs for sure!

My husband was having chronic nerve pain that was radiating down to his ankles from his lower back. He also had an upper back problem that was causing his forearms and hands to go to sleep. We have been very happy with the care he has received at Lyn Lake NE. Travis is very thorough along with the massage therapists they have there. They used techniques that were different from other chiros he's seen and incorporated it with exercises to strengthen muscles to keep things in place. He is feeling much better.

I'll start by saying that I've been in multiple car accidents and seen many chiropractors; I've been dealing with neck pain for a long time. In my opinion Lyn Lake has the perfect set up. They take a multi pronged approach at care. Along with the typical adjustment, they offer electrical muscle simulation, massage, ultrasound therapy, graston, etc. I leave these visits feeling better and like something was actually accomplished, as opposed to the rush you in, quickly adjust you, rush you out, that will be $85 experience I've had at other places. Also, the staff is amazing. The receptionist is always nice and smiling, and works with your schedule. The massage therapists are all nice and very skilled. And Dr. Kevin is the best chiropractor I've ever had. He educates, but doesn't preach or lecture. He's not pushy and I don't feel like I'm being sold anything, like at other places I've been to. His approach is to get you better as soon as possible, instead of dragging intense and costly care out as long as possible. Overall, this is the best chiropractic experience that I have ever had and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to get help with pain related to injuries.

Dr. Kevin and his staff gave me an experience I could only say will last a life time. The moment you walk in the door you feel like family and feel special. I have TMJ, and it's been difficult to find a chiropractor's office that is experienced with treating TMJ. I spoke with Dr. Kevin prior to my new patient appt, and he quickly understood my pain. I made a new patient appt for that afternoon. I was so impressed with his team. Dr. Kevin and a few of the massage therapists had experience treating TMJ. His team spent a whole hour working with me. Michael is a miracle worker!! Michael knew how to throw on a glove and stretch out the muscles in my jaw until I felt major relief. He tracks my pain points and progress after each adjustment then takes the time to educate me on his findings. I recently had a sports injury from rugby and needed to be seen as soon as possible. I asked a teammate if she had any recommendations, and she referred me to Lyn Lake Chiropractic. I cannot believe that I have not been introduced to them until now. My experience was nothing short of amazing! From the moment you walk into the door, you are treated as an individual not as an injury. I was overly impressed with several different things. The employees there work as a team. They consulted with each other and were not afraid to ask one another for a second opinion. Not only did they ask for second opinions from each other, they asked for my opinion as well. I was actually included in my own care! They also made sure I was comfortable with the different treatments they introduced and did a great job making sure I understood exactly what they were doing and why. Simply the best Chiropractor I have ever been to. They have great equipments (Stims, X-ray, ICE, heat pads, etc.), the best chiropractors and massage therapists and all that for a very affordable price. I first went to their Lyndale office for my neck pain, and a week later dislocated and broke my elbow. When I called to cancel my follow up, they asked me to come anyways so they could check my elbow for free. I then went to the north loop office where they were able to help me recover from my elbow injury. They took X-rays of my arm, referred me for an MRI and an orthopedist, which allowed me to save a lot money on health care. They were then able to help me with my physical therapy for the following months, and gave me a great offer for a long term package. I have now recovered full motion from my elbow (even the orthopedist was surprised how good and fast the results were) and my neck pain is gone! I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for any chiropractic care.

Had chiroprcter service. Worked on wrong part of my body after full medical review with documentation. Resulted in infection and worsening of my condition. Neck trauma which resulted in aditional physical therapy as well as trip to ENT doctor due hearing problem resulting from un warranted neck thrust. Spoke with management concerning problem. Different person sees you every visit. Did not read exam card or all this could have been avoided. As a result i have more medical bills. Thank goodness for my physical therapist and dermatologist for treating my infection. Did not fill safe and will never return.

I've been to a lot of different chiropractors and these folks by far provide the best service and care. They provide all patients with and electronic stimulation treatment and a 10 minute massage before the chiropractic adjustment - and its included in the appointment so it still only costs my regular co-pay for the extra care! They have also always had a same day appointments available and are incredibly flexible on getting me an appointment that is convenient for my schedule. I was recently in a car accident and not only are they providing me excellent chiropractic care, they are going out of their way to help me navigate my insurance company as well.

First of all, know that this is an *experience*. You get two different kinds of massages for 30 minutes!! before you even get adjusted. It's wonderful. The facility is fun and clean and they have incredibly reasonable prices and a variety of really awesome people who work here. I know they get a lot of publicity for working with athletes but they are also great with families and kids. My toddler recently had a tumble on the stairs and though she seemed happy and fine she was walking with a limp. We weren't sure what to do and honestly, our first response was that we wanted the guys at Lyn Lake to check her out. Kevin and Steve, who are both fathers, treated her like a daughter and I could not have been more grateful. Very great place for a lot of reasons, highly recommend!

This is not your average chiropractor office. Fun, casual relaxing environment. Knowledgeable friendly staff from the door to the table. Walk-ins welcome. Get in and get fixed quick. From my experience most chiropractor offices have an institutional feel to them like hospitals and Clinics. This one does not. And you can tell the staff love their jobs and the people they serve. If you get the message therapist Helga. A former KGB interrogation specialist. Be sure you know the safe word. She has the arms of defensive lineman and hands of a rock biter.

I recently went to Lyn Lake Chiropractic as a last resort to my TMJ pain. I have always had jaw issues, but not severe TMJ to where I can't open my mouth to talk without pain. I did the whole medical clinic shuffle (urgent care, dentist, got an appt with a specialist for 3 weeks out). In my research of pain relief I found Lyn Lake Chiropractic specialized in TMJ pain and went for a visit as I'd try anything at that point. Prior to that visit, I wouldn't call myself a believer in Chiropractors...but once I left that day able to open my mouth wider than I had the ability to in more than two weeks, I'd say I AM a believer and so grateful to be 100% and kick my soft food diet to the curb. Since, I've visited them a few times for other pain in my back and shoulders and I couldn't be happier with all of the staff and more importantly my pain and tension relief.

I've been patient at LynLake for several years. Dr Ryan has always taken time to listen to my concerns and tailor my treatments to my specific needs. Recently Dr Kristen has been doing treatments to help with my TMJ and Mai (massage therapist) has done some wonderful work on my SCM muscles that helps to lessen my pain. All the massage therapists are great so even if Mai isn't available I still get a quality massage. When I go into LynLake it's like I'm visiting friends, everyone knows my name and makes me feel comfortable. I had an issue with my bill a few years ago and the receptionist and billing person were really helpful and got the issue cleared up quickly.
