The staff working the front desk were very friendly and efficient. The room for the massage was very comfortable and peaceful. The massage therapist listened to my needs and I liked that she checked with me a couple of times on pressure, but otherwise was silent. I haven't had many massages (but they were always at well-known establishments), but this was the best one I've had and the overall best experience. I will definitely go back AND recommend Elements Massage.

I scheduled an appointments, got a call verifying my appointment with a lecture about how if I cancelled with less than 24 hours notice I would be charged. After dinner, I got a call canceling my appointment. I rescheduled for the next week because there were no available weekend appointment times only to have my second appointment cancelled. I am rating this one star because not because I wasn't able to get a massage due to their last minute cancellations.

I think it’s interesting that I filled out paperwork work and there was tiny print where you can check that you don’t want promotional emails... wow low and behold I’m getting emails for massage openings! And when I was checking out after my session I asked the front desk person if they will delete my credit card information because I was using a gift card and that I was not interested in membership she said “so you want us to delete your credit card information?” Ummmm yep that’s exactly what I said!

Massage was mediocre. After saying no three times to the membership, Nancy at the front desk offered me free upgrade coupons if I joined. I asked twice to confirm that I wouldn’t be charged anything so I agreed. Looked at my bank statement at the beginning of the month and I was charged $69.98. I called to figure why I had been charged and it turns out they pre-charge you for a monthly massage. Nancy told me she clearly explained this to me and I should have known. I asked to cancel and she explained I would have to come in and sign paperwork to cancel, and I would still have to pay for the current month AND the following month since there is a 30 day cancelation policy. Extremely misleading.

Two years in a row they have cancelled my mother's day/birthday massage the day before. (Not to mention I am 34 weeks pregnant, literally dieing for a massage.) This year however the lady on the phone was absolutely NO help. Barely could figure out to schedule a new appointment or make it up to me. She couldn't even return a phone call. The massages may be good, but the overall costumer service is beyond awful. Don't go, unless you want heart ache!

Just had a fantastic experience with Elements! Tara really got in there and found spots I didn't even know were having issues. After the massage was completed--I could have just slithered right off the table I was so relaxed. Great atmosphere too--I appreciate that there aren't additional products that they are trying to promote. It has a very intimate and friendly feel to it (versus that commercial feel you can get at other places). Heather (front person) answered all of my questions and was the perfect initial and last contact. The center is focused on YOU.

I absolutely love coming to Elements Massage! Every therapist is unique and each are wonderful in listening to what you are looking for. The atmosphere is very soothing, a great pain/stress release every month. I highly recommend you try their monthly membership, its so worth it!

Not at all impressed, if you're going to charge 100 dollars an hour it better be a top quality massage. I have had several from other proffesional places and this place didn't even compare. Areas that I needed focused on barely received attention. When they finally got to it the did half then started on the other side for maybe 30 seconds then cut it off because I had "reached time" I understand you buy an hour you get an hour but really? Couldn't go another two minutes, to even out what was done on the other side? Other then that it just comes off like a large chain that tries to push you in and out. Could have got the same quality from the Chinese chair massages in the mall. Walked out feeling pretty much exactly the way I did walking in.

Really enjoyed going here. Receptionists always very friendly. Atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming. Tabitha was great for me, always checked to see how I was doing and would make adjustments if needed. Loved the aromatherapy, definitely made the massage even better.
