My daughter and I each had a massage at Elements today. We loved it! Very relaxing and therapeutic and I appreciate no "sell" on the package. While I understand the benefits of regular massage, for me it is a treat that I indulge in every once in awhile and not something I can afford monthly. The staff was professional and the environment was clean and spacious and calming.

The massage therapist was good but honestly this place is a rip off. I asked for a one hour massage and only after i'm in the massage room, i'm told its actually only 50 minutes long. I got a 30% discount since it was my first time there and even AFTER the discount it came to almost $90. What the hell? This isnt the best massage ive ever gotten, and its by far the most expensive.

An overpriced massage even after the 30% discount and it wasn’t all that great. The masseuse tried to come in and I wasn’t ready so then she didn’t come back for 15 minutes of on the clock massage time. And to make matters even worse, they tried to charge our credit card a monthly fee even though I specifically declined and said no to the monthly membership. My guess is that they do this regularly expecting only a small share of people to notice and cancel it.

Easy to schedule online, with very complete bios citing therapist pressures and specialties. Really helpful and I wish more places did that. I saw Jill who was new to the studio, so I didn't get the bio for her but she was very good, nice and was very conscious of my comfort. I'll likely be back. It's a little pricey at $89 an hour, and have some wellness package they push hard to bring the cost down. I'd probably go somewhere else for a more consistent rate as prepaying for massages isn't something I would ever do. I'll go back though, since it's a good location

I found out my appointment had to be rescheduled while I was leaving to go there. I had Amy who was very good and helped me with all my problems. My friend was sitting in the lobby and couldn't concentrate on what she was doing because the receptionists were complaining about the rug most of the time and when the new one came, instantly turned it away. They even laughed at the fact I didn't understand the word gratitude which meant tip. Overall, the massage was wonderful and would have rated it a 5 if not for the late notice on appointment and receptionists.

Sad to say, I hadn't been in for a massage since before the holidays. So I was more than ready to have one! When I booked, I saw that my "regular" therapist was no longer there so had to choose a new one. The person booking suggested Tiannah. Ok, I can try her. Always a bit nervous when changing therapists. Tiannah made be comfortable immediately. We talked about what I was looking for and what my issues were. I was so very satisfied with my appointment. Since I have pain issues in my back and hips she did concentrate on those areas but also did some relaxing techniques. Thank you, Tiannah! I am excited for my next appointment.

I've been going to Elements for several years and am so happy I found this place. My therapist is simply the BEST for getting the kinks out and for overall relaxation. Before I found Elements, I experienced many "meh" massages that left me feeling like I had been cheated. Booked a massage online. Before leaving for the appointment I checked online to verify the time and noticed it was no longer booked. I called and it turns out the time was "pre-booked" the day before so they canceled the appointment without ever notifying me. Luckily I checked before making the drive.

I have been getting massage for over twenty years and I can say the Oscar goes to Sai I have NEVER experienced anything like it . His approach and techniques were just incredible. I was in shock and told him several throughout the massage wow what was that move, omg that was magical. How how has anyone not done that technique to me in all these years This man is by far the most talented therapist I have ever experienced and the owner of the franchise better take care of this individual !

She is amazing, a pro, top-notch. Sam is an amazing receptionist who is always kind, answers my questions, and is passionate about what she does. I've been a customer of Elements Edina since December. Typically, I'm not a fan of monthly billing for things like massage, but Elements' program is wonderful - you can split the time out (ie: if you do 2hr/mo, you can do 2 1-hour sessions) and can be shared with family members. Andrea and Courtney are both fantastic therapists and I've left feeling like a million bucks every time I've seen them and my wife's massage with Bridgette turned her into a puddle for the better part of a day. Treat yourself to some of the best massage in the Twin Cities and make an appointment.
