I’ve been a satisfied client of the Bemidji Health and Wellness Center for eleven years. Their services are a part of my wellness and prevention routine, which includes a chiropractic adjustment every two weeks and an occasional walk-in adjustment when my body indicates that it is needed. I’ve also utilized their massage and acupuncture treatments with additional improvement to my overall health. I’m always greeted with a smile and a cheerful welcome. BHWC feels more like a visit with good friends!

Dr. Sonya Mortenson is gentle and knowledgeable about my condition. I was skeptical at first that Acupuncture would be effective for my fibromyalgia, but I was pleasantly surprised that it is amazing how it can help. Lastly her and staff are very friendly.
