THE BEST! Dr. Patel might be the best doctor I have ever seen in all of my rather lengthy sixty-four years upon the planet! She is kind, knowledgeable, patient, extremely thorough and has made a huge difference in the quality of my health at so many levels. Most importantly, after treatment I can honestly say that I am feeling so much better. My pain has greatly subsided, I am stronger, more flexible and am sleeping better. Speaking of better, not only is Dr. Patel kind, knowledgeable, patient and extremely thorough so is the complete staff at Total Health Systems - Alison and Jennifer at the front desk, Ann the PA and Mike the PT all share those same qualities – all contributing to making every experience at Total Health a positive experience. Although, most of us (if honest) would rank going to the doctor right there with an IRS audit, an appointment with a divorce lawyer, or going through childhood again - getting treatment at Total Health Systems is the exact opposite and I highly recommend Dr. Patel and her wonderful staff to anyone in need of physical diagnosis and treatment.

Got a massage from Sam, or shall I say Dr. Sam as i like to call her, because she is so knowledgeable about muscles and how they are used and connected. She is friendly and makes you feel comfortable, yet maintains a very professional demeanor. I always get deep tissue, and she does a great job at that. I would highly recommend her!!

The instructor, Sandy Lundgard, couldn't have been better and more well informed on proper diets and exercise for this subject. She was very enthusiastic and was always eager to help. Terrence and Anne are great people who have a great staff. When my office building had a fire these wonderful people let me use office space at their Clinton Township office. Everyone there treated me great during a very stressful time in my life. Their friendship, trust and sincere concern for me was a blessing from God. I really can't say enough good things about this business and the employees. They have a great ability to care for people. And, if by any chance you were to ever have a problem with anyone at their business I assure you that Anne and Terrence would want to know about it. This place is exactly what the name suggests, a total health system. Definitely recommend chiropractic care and massage therapy. If you are a lifter (strong man, bodybuilder, power lifter) I strongly recommend you see Dr. Lunggard for chiropractic care and Steve for deep tissue massage therapy! Steve is also at the Washington location. Opened up my trouble areas like chest, glutes, and hamstrings within minutes!

Awful physical therapist mobie he is a Indian and he's rude. and awful massage by lovely. I brought my service dog and was denied services because they are allergic to dogs. Oh and the chiropractor will waste your time and money with x rays and not even help you

I don't get many massages although when I do they're a necessity due to tense muscles from constant computer work. When I do, I usually go here and today reminded me of why. The therapist was great and personable and the price reasonable. I'll continue to go here.

I strained my neck last week to the point I couldn’t even walk upright, sleep, or work without severe pain. My insurance requires a referral from my primary care physician in order to pay for chiropractic services so I made the first available appointment with my primary which was Friday, January 6, 2017. Unfortunately, my regular chiropractor could not fit me in until well into the next week. I had been a patient of Total Health Care about 10 years prior when I lived in the area and thought very highly of the staff and services. It is also 2 minutes away from my primary care physician. So I booked the first available appointment for an adjustment at 5:10 p.m. I walked in to the receptionist glaring at me as I approached the front desk. I did not even get my name out when she barked at me asking where my paperwork was. I was never told there was any paperwork to fill out – otherwise I would have done so. She abruptly slammed the clipboard down behind the desk and curtly told me that they close at 6, that it would take me at least 30 minutes to fill out the paperwork, and that she needed to be out of there by then so she was going to reschedule me. Wait, what? Back and forth we went over the fact that the booking person should not have booked me so late, that she should have emailed me and/or told me about the paperwork, that parking lot was still half full and she admitted that there were still patients in the back, and all sorts of other rude and highly inappropriate arguments to be having with a patient. She tried to throw the booking person under the bus by huffing that she is constantly booking appointments wrong and neglecting to inform patients about the paperwork. Really at this point what is this clandestine paperwork? Must patients write a manuscript for a simple adjustment? Finally, I told her that all this time she was spending arguing with me could be spent with me filling out the paperwork. I asked her for the clipboard (which she basically threw at me without a pen) and also if she could go ask the chiropractor if I could just get a quick adjustment. She came stomping back grinning and could not WAIT to tell me that she was going to have to reschedule me. Mind you this place is 45 minutes to an hour away from my house AND I had just spent $25 on a copay to get referred HERE. My insurance will only allow a referral to a specific provider. I informed her of this and asked if there were any other locations closer to my home. She immediately said no even though no one has ever heard of the town I live in. As an aside, it turns out there is a location in Washington which is about 15 minutes away. I certainly would have rescheduled there. The receptionist simply did not care at that point. I ended up just paying out of pocket and getting a walk in adjustment at some place in Rochester. Now I am out the $25 copay as well as $70 out of pocket for an adjustment and trigger point. I really cannot speak to the actual services provided by Total Health as they turned me away after making me an appointment. I guess if you have infinite time on your hands to come back day after day to get services then this place may be for you. Lastly, prior to writing this review I left a message for manager Jennifer Lutz to return my call. It has now been a week and she has yet to do so. If management sees this, I would suggest some additional training for your reception and booking staff as well as your manager. If my assistant made a mistake and booked a client too late in the evening, I would have stayed and honored the appointment as it was my office’s mistake. I see that they were offering Groupons at some point. Perhaps more time spent on patient care and satisfaction would be a better investment than getting more people in the door only to turn them away.

I've been a customer of Total Health Systems for a while and get a massage weekly to help with my aches and pains from arthritis and several past injuries. It's great here because you can buy a block of time at a great price and also get the best massage therapists who really care about their clients. Dena, one of the massage therapists that I see is skilled, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to during your session. When I first started coming here she said that my IT bands along my thighs were very tight and I told her that I work out a lot and stretch but that doesn't help so she suggested that I try the foam roller. I wasn't familiar with rolling so after a great massage she took me to the physical therapy room, showed me the different types of rollers and some techniques that I could use at home. I've since added daily sessions with the foam roller to the end of my exercise routine and see a big difference that it makes in keeping my muscles from getting so tight between treatments.

I've been a physical therapy and massage patient at Total Health for almost 12 years. While Jen at the front desk is helpful, friendly and does a great job keeping my administrative and insurance life in order, the quality of my life is a direct result of my massage therapist, Sabrina Farquhar. Over the years, she has been a compassionate, conversational and knowledgeable professional who listens, identifies the problem areas and does her best to provide some degree of relief. She understands what chronic pain does to a person, not just physically, but more importantly, mentally. Sabrina has seen me at some of the worst moments of my life and she continually finds ways to help me get through another day. If you suffer from chronic pain, I can't think of anyone better qualified than Sabrina to find ways to provide relief, provide an expert massage and enjoy 50 minutes with a truly wonderful human being. 5 stars under rates the quality of her work.

I just had an amazing visit with the P.T. Rafal today. It was an amazing appointment. He asked about my issues and dealt with them one at a time. He asked how I felt throughout the process and made me feel like the main priority. In fact, I have more mobility and feel better than I have in years after today. I also want to thank the receptionist Kelly for taking the time to make me feel welcomed and I appreciate her kindness. Whenever I have an issue or question, she always takes the time to treat me with respect and consideration. I was having a difficult day when I first came into the office, and Kelly helped me laugh and feel better about myself. I am truly grateful for what she does. She is genuinely one-of-a-kind and a blessing to us all. I highly recommend coming to Total Health Systems to everyone I know.

Absolute jackpot finding this office! 6 stars should be a thing for some extra credit. I have been seeing chiropractors for over 20 years and Dr. Snider is hands down the best and most knowledgeable I have ever seen. I've never had to see a physical therapist until 2017 when my back and neck got bad enough. Rafal made the pain tolerable in both in just several visits. I see him regularly to help with the always fluctuating pain levels. Never have I had someone in the medical field listen and explain as well as Holly does. Looking forward to go to these kinds of appointments is a whole new experience. Jennifer, Kellie and Shyanna are the three pretty and funny ladies at the front desk that run the whole show. They consistently go above and beyond to accommodate my consistently changing schedule. All of the people listed above know what a mess I can be sometimes and are an absolute blessing in my life. I'm so grateful for Total Health Systems especially the specific people I see regularly and absolutely love this place!

First time/visit at Total Health. I received a gift card for a massage as a Bday present. The staff is super friendly. I was really surprised how large the facility was and how many different services they offered. Massages, chiropractic services, a gym with personal training session, equipment etc.... The massage therapist was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my question I had. I will definitely be going back.

The doctors are knowledgeable and have helped relieve my pain from 2 herniated discs in my neck in a short time. They taught me ways of stretching that help me in my day-to-day activities!! Jay was my favorite for PT!! Clean office, convenient hours, & friendly staff.
