I waited to see the my masseuse for 3 weeks and gave some apprentice an to top it off they put me in a back room so noisy I couldn't relax an enjoy the massage I asked her What's next door the break room she no it was the owner making all that noise hooting an hollering the hole time I left more stressed then when I came an that's a shame because the first time was very good that's what makes it so disappointing I asked to talk to a manager but was told she was busy so I called when I got home an was told the same thing so I said have her call me when she's not never called

BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH ZAYN! Just had the most comprehensive, thorough, and effective massage of my life. Zayn targeted muscles I didn’t even know existed. With the amount of time spent on each area, it felt like I was getting a massage for longer than an hour (a very good thing). Zayn understands pressure perfectly too, like where to go lighter and where to go deeper. Same thing with speed. I’ve had a lot of massages from a lot of different places and from quite a few therapists from here as well and Zayn’s technique blew me out of the water.

Great price, great staff! Went here for my first massage treatment, they explained everything and I was able to get just what I needed with my recent back spasms. The place doesn't have the bells and whistles of a bigger spa but they make up for it with more reasonable prices which also allows more time for treatments! Also was able to book a same day appointment with lots of flexibility in time which was great . Will definitely come back again

I have been to this massage place two times and saw two different therapists. Both therapists were great and had two different styles. In the past, I have gone to a fancy spa out of Holland that cost me twice as much. Although I thought I needed the spa environment, I have found that the massages here were equally as good as the ones I had received at the fancy place. NV is in an office building, but I have found it to be clean and sufficient. The difference really is PRICE! I save a significant amount of money at NV which allows me to come more often. Those things being said, I do have a couple of constructive criticisms that would make my experience even better. 1. Temperature: when you are taking off a vast majority of your clothing....it gets cold. Heated mattress pads underneath you would make it easier to stay warm and get comfortable. 2. Change the water to a bottled water upon leaving so that you can hydrate well. A bottle of water when purchased in bulk would be relatively cheap per client. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this place and will continue to be a client of theirs! I am in search of the therapist here that will be a perfect fit for me and my relaxation needs!

This was my first time ever to this massage place. When I was making the appointment over the phone I was unsure if I wanted to go to a guy masseuse. The lady reassured me he was the best in the office so I gave in and said yes. Got back in the room the guy asked if I wanted medium to deep tissue pressure I said deep. He started and I could hardly feel him massaging. I asked for more pressure he said ok, still the same. I then asked again more pressure, still the same.. I was then getting irritated and could hardly even relax during my 1 hour massage. Not satisfied at all with the massage I had there.

I went here to schedule a deep tissue massage for an hour. I called and got in the very same day. My massage therapist was Amber and she was amazing! The massage hurt but it was a good functional hurt. She had got out a fair majority of the knots in my upper body. My plan is going to a chiropractor and getting massages in between here. I have a lot of muscular problems along with some structural issues that I need to find out. I'll definitely be back!

Been going to NV for years. Found them on Groupon and haven't looked back. Nancy is a very friendly and accommodating owner. She also gives a very pampering massage. My newer therapist Sara P. does a fantastic deep tissue massage. You can't go wrong here. Best customer experience.

Reason was it was equally relaxing as therapeutic and working out the kinks. In the past I've often only had one or the other. Not to mention their prices are super affordable. Thanks again James! I came across this place on Groupon and initially went in for a wax. Its a fantastic place with great helpful staff, and very comfortable quiet vibe. I've been regularly coming in for waxes for over a year now, and go in for massages occassionally as well. Their prices are very affordable and typically I have no issue with getting an appointment, I highly recommend this place!

I took my mom for her 1st time massage ever. She doesn't speak English so I got to translate for her before they started . I bought 60 mins but lady only did 50 mins . I feel like they cheated my mom because she doesn't speak english. I have been here before and even with my friends and I told all my friends come in but now they know they lost business

My therapist was great, but they have trouble communicating policies and specials when booking appointments. Had a Groupon that has a promo deal and then an amount that NEVER EXPIRES, was unable to use and was told to handle it myself. Very unprofessional.

Email and phoned for an appointment. The inexperienced girl seemed a bit confused by my request. Told her I only wanted a 30 basic massage, then clearly stated nothing was available and she could see about another day. Never been here before but she did know that. Could of had a new customer for a long time. I have 3 stars because she did ask for another day. But I'm guessing they don't go out of there way to earn business. I may try again, but in today's world I have enough appointments and would like to have the option of walking in albeit not the last second. 3 stars for now.
