Dr. Cathy is wonderful and her activator methods are non-painful and really work. I had been to loads of doctors and physical therapy but it was Dr. Cathy's team that finally figure out my problem and set me on a path to healing. Don't forget the amazing massage team that has been assembled, Laura is great and I really miss their office since I had to move away from the area. You won't be disappointed!

I have been coming to Holt Chiropractic regularly for almost 5 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is extremely friendly and are always smiling when you walk through the door. Dr. Cathy and Dr. Guy are both wonderful. The three massage therapists always do a great job working the knots out of my back. I always leave that office feeling better! If you are looking for a Chiropractic office that feels like family - you have found it!
