I've been coming to Health & Harmony for five years and I can't say enough good things about them. First of all, the staff is AWESOME!! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Kim and Sheila are fantastic massage therapists and Daniele is an excellent and thorough chiropractor, and in addition to adjusting you will work on some stretches with you as well. Unlike some offices where I often times didn't feel much of a difference after my visit, I always feel an immediate relief of any muscle or spinal issues after visiting H&H. Every visit is truly worth every penny, though the pricing is very affordable too (even for a college student) and they work with most insurances. And lastly, their new office is great! Definitely would recommend

Dr. Daniele is awesome! She tries different approaches/techniques to help relieve your pain. I've been to other chiropractors on and off for 12 years, but Dr. Daniele is one of the best ones I've seen so far. If you are looking for a new chiropractor, I would highly suggest her. She's personable, honest and she listens to your needs as a patient.

Kim and Sheela are both fantastic! They do a great job of adjusting from deep pressure to get to those really nasty deep knots I get in my back and shoulders to lighter pressure where less intensity is needed. Kim has even taken the time to show me stretches and techniques I can use at home to help reduce tension and back pain. The 90 and 120 minute sessions allow for both targeted, intense therapy while still providing a full-body relaxing massage. Their location is easy to find, comfortable and safe. I'm excited to hear that they are adding a second room and increasing the evening availability!!

I went in today for a last minute massage and had one of the best experiences of my life. I got out of work last night and knew I needed a massage ASAP and luckily found H&H online and somehow they had an opening TODAY. So not only was I able to book my appointment literally less than 12 hours in advance, but the service was amazing and so fairly priced. Everyone there was so great, the environment is awesome, and my massage therapist Akala was awesome. It was probably one of the best massages of my life. I’ll be back very soon!

Every thing about this location is amazing. Every nook and cranny is the home of a corbel, pleasing palladium window or thoughtfully designed accent. The Aromatic scents fill the olfactory senses. Subdued Music fills the ears. Homeopathic therapies and treatments are also available.

Ashley is a skilled, responsive, warm, reliable, knowledgeable, and helpful massage therapist. Her main concern is always her patients. If she is applying too much pressure, tell her and she will adjust. (I'm a wimp!) Best massage and treatment from a massage therapist I have ever had. I highly recommend.

I've been going to see Kim at Health and Harmony Massage & Wellness for over three years now after spending nearly two years searching for a massage therapist who was not only professional and talented but also knowledgeable. As a graduate student and a runner, I had my share of musculature problems, and I've yet to leave from an appointment feeling anything but relaxed and refreshed! There's no skimping on your appointment time, and focus is given to the problem areas you specify. I've been taught specific stretches to do at home in between sessions to help my muscles, which I do regularly. The membership program can't be beat, and I didn't stop with my appointments once I got pregnant. I've had a really easy pregnancy, and while there is obviously variance across each expectant mother's experience, I can honestly say my biweekly one-hour massages have truly contributed to my positive pregnancy experience! Kim and her team are absolutely amazing, stay up to day on training and techniques, and provide high-quality care!

This practice is absolutely a blessing! Dr. Danielle is wonderful. Her staff is great and the products are awesome. It is a very comfortable nice looking atmosphere. She gives fantastic adjustments and there is no hassle of insurance. You will be pleased.

This place is a find! Kim gives some of the best massages I have ever had. The establishment is clean and inviting, the massage rooms are welcoming, and Kim is professional and very skilled. Prices are extremely good for the variety of services she provides.
