The massage I had was absolutely wonderful! So relaxing, and Stu really knew what he was doing. He even kept me an extra couple minutes over the hour because he was being thorough. I got essential oils with my massage and it really enhanced the experience. They accept insurances too which is nice! I would recommend Elements to anyone who is looking for a quality massage.

Easily the worst massage (I would not even call it a massage) I’ve ever gotten. The masseuse Stu I don’t think knows what a massage is. He was polite, being very nice but unfortunately he has no massage skills. When I complained about this after the massage at the front desk there was no proper answer. My wife also got a massage while I was getting mine, she said hers was okay. Maybe it was this guy but if you get assigned to Stu ask for a different masseuse

There are massage therapists closer to my location but I've found Elements to have a professional, courteous staff. The monthly membership is the best value. There is maybe about annual turnover of some of the therapists but there continue to be competent replacements. The rooms are clean and, except for occasional noise from the establishment next door, the atmosphere is relaxing.

The professionalism is outstanding. The care and concern about keeping your comfort level is exemplary. The therapist questioned what was wanted and applied the right amount of pressure and worked on areas of concern as requested. She listened and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend this facility.

Overall massage was good. But I would say make sure they give you massage for full 60 mins. My massage therapist gave me massage for exact 45 mins. When I asked her that it just 45 mins she told me whatever paperwork they did before that was included in 60 mins time. I would say for 45 mins massage paying $95 is overpriced. P.S- After writing this review they contacted me and they accepted that enough time was not provided towards my massage. They offered me $30 refund. But they never refunded me. After 1 month When I remind them they said they don’t have my card info to refund my money. And till today after over 2 months I did not got my refund. Pathetic!

I've been here many times, always for a deep tissue. They are accommodating and professional. That being said each massage therapist is different. I highly recommend Eric for a deep tissue, he has a good rhythm/method and strong hands. I think Amy would be better suited for a stretch or swedish massage. I left feeling worse than when I went in.

DO NOT GO THERE! This place is an absolute horrible place to receive a massage! The therapist that treated me was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. He continued to speak over me that "my shoulders were the worst case he had ever seen" and proceed to overwork my shoulders muscles, applying too much pressure and ignoring me when I spoke that the pressure hurt. He replied, "Just breathe through it". I have received massages for years before but NEVER had I felt so sore and achy after receiving a massage. I called the place the next day to ask for a refund since I was not satisfied with the massage. The manager informed me that she would contact accounting and see if a refund could be issued. Several days passed, I spoke with the manager and she offered me a discount on the next massage to correct the pain. I explained I did not want to receive another massage from there; the quality of the first one was horrible, thus I was not confident that the other therapists would do a better job. I requested a refund. She responded again that she will contact accounting and return my call. The manager has yet to return my call. Stay away from this place at all costs! I'm currently completing physical therapy to correct the damage that has been done to my body.

NOT RECOMMENDED Stay away from those people, worst customer service ever. They wanted to charge me for an entire hour and only provide half an hour session claiming that I was late. The manger had a very bad attitude and nothing was resolved and cancelled my appointment without my permission although I said I am on my way. This was my first time trying to go by them and definitely my last.

As someone who has received many massages in their life, I have to say the massage I received from Eric at Elements was the most relaxing and soothing massage I have ever had. From the very beginning, the staff greeted me with a very warm welcoming and always had smiles on their faces. Eric made sure I was receiving the type of massage that I was expecting and at the end, he meet me outside of the door with a cold bottled water... which after such a great experience it is something you definitely look forward too. My overall experience at Elements was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend Elements to anyone looking for a luxurious massage.

I love going to this place for massages. They have a really good and respectable staff. They take there time to listen to you about what is going on with your body and they have different levels of therapies that can do all kinds of medical problems and issues. They are every good with there hands and make you feel so much better after whatever kind of massage you have done. So far the best person that I have had ever for a therapeutic massages at this place and any other place I have been to is Becky she is a level 4 therapist and the best hands ever and knows what she is doing she makes you feel so relaxed that after you get home you feel so relaxed that you will sleep like a baby I definitely recommend her if you are a Chronic pain person she really does help you feel better but you can't go for just one session with her and think that you are going to feel better you have to at least go once a month for it to help you out.

You are immediately relaxed when you walk into this Elements. Water and chocolates are there while you wait for your masseuse. The masseuses ask for feedback throughout so you get what you want. They also offer a lot of extras (hot stone, fragrances).
