During winter time the place is cold and they will try to sell you into a different package during your massage session.this place will also start counting your massage session right when you step at the door for your appoitment. I will let you judge for yourself next time you visit

i had an issue with my back and the woman was trying to rush me out. she gave me only 45 minutes and the worst massage i have ever gotten. all she kept on talking about is her tip. I said to her this is suppose to be a relaxing time not a stressed one. Do you think i will be back? NO

She asked me to do a happy ending then stole my money because I wanted to leave after feeing very uncomfortable I paid $65 2 minutes into it she pulled that and when I asked for my money back she took it

Two disappointing experiences. The owner is so obsessed with her tip and money that the massage becomes an after-thought. Even though the location is just blocks from me, I would never go back. Don't waste your time with this place.

I have been to serenity massage several times over the past years when I had more serious back issues. I was always greeted with kindness, and leaving relaxed and refreshed. The massage therapist has an exceptional intuition about exactly what my body needed, and any of my back issues addressed has mostly went away shortly after. Yet, I would make reccommendation on overall environment, and perhaps improving the image of an establishment by adding to more spa-like atmosphere. However, if I have a back problem, I will continue to return.
