I went there for a one houre Thai massage. The employes were all very nice and super helpful. When I told them I also wanted hot stones, they immediately agreed. I had Vivian and I told her that I had problems with shoulder so she really worked on it. It hurt a lot, but in a good way. I really liked it. It was awsome!

I’ve been a customer of relaxation for almost 3 years. The customer service is superb. I would suggest booking an appointment because it can often become busy. RelaxSation specializes in basic spa manicures and pedicures. I have been to multiple nail salons in Boston and this is the only nail salon where “ALL THE TECHNICANS” do a fantastic job on my nails and feet. The prices are fair I pay about $70 for a gel medi and spa regular pedi. The nail technician Ping does a great job with eyebrows. I have had about three body massages and one Brazilian wax. Overall I rate it a 10. Be mindful that it is small and can become crowded but still is wonderful especially if you work near downtown crossing.

This is my favorite place in SF. They offer an elegant and comfortable setting. I've been here for couple's massage and personal. Everything has been great. Never going here again. Once again harassed for tip before I could even take it out which prompted me not to give it. They call you out in front of the entire salon. I've been coming here because it's closer to my job but I know of a salon on mass ave (Ruby's) that has MUCH better service and does a better job. I'd rather make the commute than to be treated rudely.

This is a lovely spot and over the last year I've had really detailed and well done manicures as well as two amazing massages here now. I love all the people who I've met here, they are interesting and friendly individuals. The massage therapists are very intuitive, talented, and focused in their techniques and work throughout the time they're with you. May made me totally forget the world for the entire session. Alice was relentlessly focused and efficient and targeted every tense part of my body. I really enjoy coming here and knowing I don't have to worry about having a go-to place to relax!

You will be welcomed by the staff with a good smile, good place to start. Unfortunately, the front desk staff will rush you to pay after you asked for the price of the service you, and you will have to pay before you received service. This person wasn't great at explain the details of what I paid for. The space is clean and it has good equipment, bu the nail technician didn't do a good job for the following reasons: 1) made me bleed a couple of my fingers when removing cuticle excess 2) didn't pay attention to the curvature of the nails (instead of a smooth curve, my nails now look like jagged, similar to a stop sign) 3) my nails were not clean after she finished 4) there was still a good amount of dead skin on the nail groove, and 5) she couldn't communicate clearly that the massage she was giving me was gonna cost me more than I already paid. The staff had good manners and intentions, but the execution was poor.

The woman is a miracle worker! She can target all my problem areas without me saying a word. I walk out feeling like a new person! If you’re looking for great nails and nail experience come here! I just moved to Boston and desperately needed to find a nail salon. Alongside the fact that I was going to Aruba! I had read great reviews and wanted to try it out. Needless to say it was amazing. All staff is very nice and accommodating. As soon as you walk in you feel a sense of peace and relaxation (which makes sense because they also do massages there lol). I got a gel-polish manicure and a regular pedicure and let me tell you this... my manicure is still looking really good! I got them done 3 weeks ago and they look like I got them done 1 week ago! (I attached a photo of my nails currently that is 3 weeks AFTER i got them done). Obviously the pedicure didn’t last too long due to the fact that it was just normal polish. I am very happy with this salon and cannot wait to go back shortly! *one thing I will add is that the actual nail portion of the salon is quite small, it didn’t bother me one bit however that is one thing to consider if you try to be a walk in. I suggest making an appointment*

My husband and I came here for the first time yesterday. We booked a couples massage on our day off. Vivian and Alice worked on us for 2 hours. Not only were they sweet and friendly, they listened to our needs and requests. They were also funny and fun to talk to. My husband is a bigger guy and he said that Alice did not let up once - she was strong for the entire 2 hours. The staff who greeted us at the front desk were friendly and professional. The nail salon and massage rooms were clean. We would definitely come back again, and recommend RelaxSation, and highly recommend Vivian and Alice for massage services.

Cute place. Great price ($15) for a classic mani and Helen did a great job with my nails. Very efficient. She was nice enough to let me venmo her because I didn’t know beforehand that they were a pay-before-service type of place. I’ll just know to bring cash next time. I’m never sure, and half the time I grab cash only to realize at the salon that each tech has their own Square or whatever so I didn’t have to. Anyway, I’ll definitely be back. They were very accommodating and got me in and out early when I made an appointment 30 mins beforehand.

I thought the women painting the nails did a nice job, and the woman at the front desk was kind and welcoming, but they charge for every little thing. I asked for a design on my toes, and normally I’d tip more for something like this, and instead they charged me 15 dollars more because I wanted a flower on my big toe. They also charged more for the two nails that still had gel on them from a previous pedicure. It was way overpriced, for a nail salon and nothing over the top to compensate for that price. I’ll stick with the typical Asian nail salon from now on.
