I had a 2:15 Appointment with Kerry. I arrived at 2:00 and the receptionist ask me to fill out paperwork as it was my first visit. I went in the waiting room to do that and she got up and walked away . I sat alone in the room until she came back at 3:00and she informed me that Kerry wasn’t there and that she would call her at home. Seriously?? Then told me she is not coming and I would have to reschedule . This was an emergency appointment as I’m running a marathon in 4 days and have severe pain in my calf I needed worked out .Very unprofessional . Needless to say I didn’t reschedule and would never go back or recommend this place to anyone!

I was (and still am) suffering from Occipital Neuralgia. The therapist that worked on me was professional and really good. She knew exactly the right pressure to use and pin pointed the target areas needed to be worked out. I have been back a few times and every time I feel like I could stay for hours.
