I have been seeing Tracy for 6 weeks and I can't say enough about what a positive experience it has been for me. The moment I walk into her office I feel an instant calmness. I suffer from tinnitus and my weekly visits with her have helped to de-stress my life a little bit and help to minimize some of the symptoms I have been experiencing. She is professional with a warm and understanding heart. I highly recommend Tracy and Merrimack Valley Bodywork.

Diego is an excellent massage therapist! I suffer from chronic lower back and hip pain and he is the only therapist that I have been to that has been able to alleviate the pain for me and keep it away. He is very knowledgable, professional, and great with deep tissue massage.

Just excellent! When I first started seeing Diego I could barely lift my arm. Within 3 visits I had 90% range of motion. Now about 3 months later he is addressing years of injuries. He truly understands the body. I have seen many massage therapists over the years and Diego is one the few who really focuses on my problems areas. So often a therapists nods and then gives a basic massage. Diego listens and pays attention to where I need it that week. He also includes cupping at no additional charge.
