I work construction and I am always dealing with neck and back pain. After a particularly bad pulled muscle I visited Massage Therapy of Boston. I was a little nervous having never gone for a professional massage and didn't know what to expect but after meeting with Ali who is also the owner I was totally relaxed and much more comfortable with the process. She explained how great massage therapy is for the body and that she sees people of all different lifestyles. Wether you are at a desk all day and hurting your posture, an athlete pushing your muscles to the limit, or constantly pulling muscles working construction like me, this is the place for you!

Massage Therapy of Boston is a fantastic practice. Their willingness to listen to your needs and alter their massage to help target what's most bothersome to you is immensely relieving. They don't just nod and smile; they're genuinely interested in helping alleviate your tension points. They are also quite knowledgeable in muscle health, and offer recommendations after the massage to continue keeping your body as happy as possible. Highly recommend!

I've been twice. The massages have been excellent. What bothers me though is that the second time I went one of the other massage therapists was speaking to no less than three other people and I could hear the details of her conversations while I was trying to relax. It really killed the experience. You'd think someone in the healing and relaxation business would know to be courteous and want their clients to have a truly pleasant and relaxing experience rather than hear her yack about someone's visit to Boston so loud it travels through the walls. I kind of want to come back, but not if I can't really relax.

Ali is experienced, thorough, detail-oriented, and applies the perfect amount of pressure every time. She tailors each session to what needs the most attention and can pick up on my problem areas without me having to say a word. She’s a miracle worker for tension headaches, and I notice an immediate difference in my overall quality of movement following just one of her sessions. Highly recommend!

I have had several massages with Deborah and each time i’ve got substantial release from stubborn+tight back muscle knots and relief from aching shoulders. Her flow is steady and intuitive so that I feel great when getting off the table and it lasts several days+ afterwards. Definitely recommend!!

After shuffling through reviews and status’ I finally found Ali, who genuinely took the time to educate me and work on my problems. Woah. Incredible massage. Had no idea what to expect going in, and it blew me away. Best massage I have ever had for the best price you can find.
