Doug is an amazing massage therapist who accommodates your needs with whatever you need. He not only does amazing work with fascia, but also offers life coaching and energy work which i highly recommend both. I have had a back and shoulder problem for years and since i have started seeing Doug, my pain has significantly gone down and now i try and see him once a week. Being an RN, there are a lot of physical needs I have to do and feel extremely sore afterwards but Doug fixes that right up!! I strongly recommend seeing Doug for a massage and fascia work and also life coaching. He is amazing at giving massages and advice!!
